Matt was very courteous on the phone and did a fabulous (and quick) repair of our iPhone screen and battery. This is the first time weve used Batteries + Bulbs, and we would definitely recommend it to others. (We especially liked the $10 discount for online scheduling and the 1/2 price battery w/our screen purchase. We saved $40!)

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Prices are competitive and they have lots of specialized batteries and power accessories. They also fix phones! We had a Samsung phone screen replaced with same day service (1 hour wait)! They also have some unique and hard to find Iight bulbs as well.

I would highly recommend coming to Batteries Plus Bulbs if you have a mobile device that needs to be repaired. The workers are always so friendly, helpful and prompt with their service. Ive had an ipad and two phone screens repaired by them. Ive never had a problem with them and their repairs are excellent.

When I went to pick up my purchase, the manager made sure I knew what I was getting. It was the wrong thing. He then made a suggestion that fit with what I needed and made the entire transaction smooth as glass.

Was in this store and as soon as we walked in they asked us if we had masks. I had one and put it on immediately as requested. However my friend who has a medical condition and a letter from his doctor stating that he cannot wear a mask. The two on shift told him to go outside and didnt even ask for his medical card or show compassion for my friend. They laughed at him and talked trash about him while he was outside in front of me, maybe not realizing I was with him. They refused him service once I called them out on their behavior towards my friend. I understand a businesses right to refuse someone service.. However, there is a law about discriminating against someone with a disability. Even when my friend followed their instructions to go outside they still refused him service and behaved inappropriately. Customer service is not a priority at this location. They lost a sale of $120 for a motorcycle battery. They were very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Sad to see people behave this way to someone that has medical conditions.

The counter guys pulled up my order immediately. Also when I asked if my current battery still could be good, they eagerly agreed to test it and gave me an honest evaluation instead of just trying to sell me another battery.

I like the multiple locations in central Texas. I was able to get a backup battery for my security system in a pinch. While other stores are still closing at 6:00 p.m. during Covid Batteries Plus was able to serve me at 7:45 p.m. They always have what I need in stock.

My husband shattered his screen after his phone was ran over by his conveyor truck at work. Thought we’d have to buy a new one honestly. Yesterday in the blistering heat, I thought my car just needed a new battery. But it wasn’t. While Ernest was helping me to figure it out, he let my small children stay in the store in the ac. Long story short, it needed more than just a battery. Him and his wonderful staff let my car sit there and watched it until it got towed to the dealership. Everyone in that store is amazingly friendly and genuinely care about their job and helping others. Highly recommend.

I came to Battery Plus Bulbs in Round Rock, TX to purchase two small 25 watts LED bulbs for the front porch. The gentleman waiting on me shared one of the bulbs would be handled under warranty. He located my purchase from over a year ago on their computer...which I had no recollection of. Thats outstanding customer service, which is why I KEEP COMING BACK! BPB knows their stuff!

My phone was expelled from my car during a collision and then run over on the road. Ordered truck battery online when I arrived at the Round Rock location the battery I purchased was put aside waiting for me. The staff was efficient , cutaneous and installed it right away. Before always purchased car batteries at an auto part store, dealing with Batteries Plus was an easier affair. Cant comment on the quaity of battery , auto parts batteries never lasted the 3-year life.

Went in knowing they did small repairs on phones. What I really needed was repair on a circuit board for my Tacoma. There is a known issue out there with the Toyota Tacoma compass/temperature display. One of the only low quality components in those trucks. New parts from the dealer and online will run over $100. Online repair will cost about half that. Well low and behold - Walter Walter Walter! This cat does me a solid on the spot and repairs it for free. Went out the truck, plugged it in, and BAM! Product seems good. Same size as the OEM I removed from the riding lawnmower. Has much better CCAs than the original. Good price.Did online purchase with store pickup. I did not like getting hit with the environmental fee at pickup. Seem at this point of technology they could have charged that based on location of purchase (they record zip code), or be very specific that there will be an environmental fee of X dollars collected at pickup. It is 2018 after all.

The store associate was very friendly, but the advertised policy that you can do the transactions curbside instead of going into the store is not true. I bought a new vehicle battery and took my old one, and they brought the new battery to my car, but insisted that I had to come inside to deal with the core deposit. The rona doesn’t care about your store policy, bro.

This was my first time buying a car battery from Batteries + Bulbs. I purchased my battery online in the parking lot to get an extra 10% off. Walked in the store, and got my battery within less than a minute. I changed it out in the parking lot, and got my core charge $ back. The process was easy & painless.

Had a problem, it was an expensive problem, but I was able to get it figured out but needed a certain battery, actually a lot of batteries! (60 total). The store manager here, named Matt, was super helpful and knowledgable. Although he did not know how to fix my problem, he did know how to get the correct volts/amps to my problem with a much more cost effective battery than I could find myself. After getting the system power correct, it was then discovered the real problem. (time for new machine). BUT the work I was able to do with Matts help saved me a couple of thousand dollars!! and he was able to return my unused batteries. Thank you Batteries Plus!!

Ordering on line was simple and easy. Got email that order was ready, only to go to store and be told it was still charging. Then had to pay environmental fee in order to get battery. Product is fine, just a little more effort into the programming would be helpful.

Called the store to verify that they had a particular bulb. Asked clerk to hold the item while I purchased on-line. Drove to store only to find out that the bulb that I specified the part number for was not the correct part. The clerk only looked at the bin part number not the part and the whole bin had incorrect parts.Clerk was good enough to call other stores at my request. Only could find the parts at a Batteries Plus that was not part of their network so I had to get a refund to go buy parts at another Batteries Plus. Way too much driving and complication even though I specifically asked for them to check on the parts.

They had what I needed in stock and ready to go in less than an hour after my online purchase. Also had a 10% off coupon for purchasing online. The guys at the round rock location were friendly and fast.

If they dont have the bulbs or cant get them, you are out of luck. The boss usually knows right where the odd special bulbs are. Good service. Frindly.
