Moises himself attended to us! Very pleasant, knowledgeable, capable, and patient :) my sweet-as-can be mother-in-law wanted a new watch, but wasnt sure what exactly she wanted. Moises helped us to customize the face with a separate (specific type) band, even tightened it to her liking after she left the store and decided it was a tad loose. Excellent customer service and surprisingly wide selection for what appears on the outside to be a small shop.

By far the best jeweler that I have ever met! What makes them stand out is that they can literally make jewelry for you and surprisingly most jewelry stores arent able to do that in house. I have taken in old rings and had a beautiful pendant made out of them...its pictured below. Today, I just picked up this newest creation they made out of my dads old wedding ring and the first ring my dad ever gave to me. They even engraved his name in it for me. My father passed away this year, and this piece of jewelry is something I will always cherish. Just cant say enough about this jewelry store!

The jeweler is a cool guy and works with you on layaway payments. I buy and get my jewelry cleaned there as well as get my watch batteries replaced. Highly recommend.

They are wonderful with their attitudes and excellent when it comes to jewelry! Ive never had to come back for them to fix their own fix! Unlike the high end jewelry stores that take your jewelry forever it seems and when you do get it back its either worse or something else is wrong with it that wasnt. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a need for repairs but I have used him on several occasions to fix clasps on necklaces and bracelets and buy new watch batteries. He always did a great job and the service was usually very quick. Most times, same day. I will def use him again when it is needed.

I would highly recommend this jewelry store for jewelry repair. I took my engagement ring here to have it sized down and he did an amazing job! You can’t see any sizing lines and he cleaned it up for me. He does the repairs in house so you don’t have to worry about it being shipped off somewhere or lost. He also had the ring ready within a day and a half of me dropping it off. The price was less than most large jewlery stores as well. Very affordable, great service, and great work.

Moses continues to be my favorite jeweler ever! I have used Z&M for years and he is the only jeweler I use! He has created custom pieces for me out of my family heirlooms, he has repaired countless pieces for me... another favorite are the sizing beads he put in my wedding band. They keep my ring from circling my finger! Every ring could use these :)

Wished I found this place along time ago. I went in to get my battery for my watch fixed. Gentlemen took my watch and replaced it within 10 minutes. I have gone to other places and have to come back in an hour. Highly recommend.

Amazing jewelry repair. I had a ring repaired here that had previously been damaged and once I got it repaired here it looked good as new!! I also had another ring sized here and was impressed by the quick service and quality of work done.

I am from Virginia visting my family. My husband gave me a Necklace 27 years ago and I have always worn it, until I broke it. The Jeweler down home didnt want to fix it , along with not wanting to shine up and fix my sweetheart ring that my husband gave to me, that was his Mothers. It is 53 years old.Z&M Jeweler took both item and fixed them both. Both the ring and Necklace looked brand new. I was amazed!! They did a excellent job on them. I have NEVER been this impressed by a Jeweler until now. They even completed both items in 1 1/2 hours. The price was amazingly cheap!!I highly recommend these wonderful people to all and I will use their business again!

I was looking for a local jewelry shop to remove some links on my watch and came across Z&M. Staff was really friendly, and there was no wait. Did a great job and very reasonably too.Turns out that the watch then became too tight, so I came back in the next day and he fixed it in a jiffy.Really great service and friendly. Will definitely bring my items to them and recommend them in Round Rock.

Great place to get your rings fixed

I picked Z & M Jewelry based on the reviews I read, and was not disappointed. My husband and I had not worn our wedding rings in years due to gaining weight. Worried this would cost us, to have two rings enlarged. The price was great and even had enough to buy two other rings. The staff was very helpful.

We had a ring that needed resizing and a stone replaced. Moises did a great job.

Wow. They fixed my wifes diamond ring and made it look better then when we first got it. The service was fast. He knew it was important so the ring was done the next day. Great price and very friendly.

I have used Z&M for a while and cannot say anything bad, they have done a wonderful job on everything I have taking them to repair, whether it to be sizing the ring fixing the watch or repairing bracelet or necklace. I also bought jewelry from them. Overall I am very happy at their work and reasonable prices.

Service was extremely fast and was taken care of while i waited. Staff was super friendly and anxious to help. Needed a battery replaced in my watch and was having trouble finding someone to take care of it for me. My husband and I took our rings to be resized for our wedding. It was very inexpensive and we got a call telling us they were ready to be picked up just a few hours later. It was a little disappointing that they didn’t clean the rings, like most mainstream jeweler shops will throw in, but we would still definitely recommend them.
