Nice people there, very helpful. Only 3 out of 5 because the time frame for services on jewelry are not accurate and store hours are not necessarily adhered to. They will randomly close early for no apparent reason but swear their hours are until 7. Highly recommend calling before heading there to avoid wasting time.

This place was amazing!!! Everyone was going above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring in my budget range... They even wrapped it as a present for my wife birthday (Ring Upgrade) I will come back for more jewelry for myself and wife.... Thank you everyone!!!

I would advise against going to the store to purchase a ring and do it online. I went to the outlet and in addition to the cost of the ring they were going to charge an additional 150 to get my correct size. You can just get online if you know your size and order only paying for the cost of the ring. The people were nice though.

Good customer service in the store, but it’s impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone. No option for voicemail and no answer! I don’t think it’s too much to ask to be able to contact the company that is in possession of something so very special to me.I dropped off my rings for a resizing and to get soldered together 3 weeks ago, and it’s still not ready. When I dropped them off, I was told it would take 2 weeks, but after two weeks I got a call that the clerk never put my size on the form and they were just now getting around to resizing it. I still haven’t heard from them, can’t get anyone to answer the phone, and live too far to drive up there with the uncertainty.

I went last Saturday to pick a new ring up (my husband bought the ring a month ago, but need to resize it).The ladies took time to find it, and they gave me the ring on my hand neither box nor bag.Deficient customer service.

I cannot rave enough about this store! I CANT RAVE ENOUGH ABOUT TERRYL! I have had a ring on layaway since October, at the beginning of the shut down we were finally able to get the ring out of layaway. But we couldn’t because the store had closed. Terryl reaches out to me personally and kept me up to date on everything. She was so caring and understanding. Very straight forward and honest. I have now bought 5 rings from this store and I will forever buy my diamonds from Terryl! Everyone I have encountered in this store has always been so happy and helpful. I LOVE THIS STORE AND EVERYONE IN IT.

Really in over 15 yrs been doing business with Kay I’ve never been treated so bad as Sunday. I go in for sending a watch to get battery replacement and got attitude and just no cannot do or won’t do. I went in the same area to 2 jewelry’s in the same mall area and probably more expensive than Kay were more than willing to send it out for me except you guys which I have or soon to be had account with

I get it that we are under going difficult times BUT... this is the 2nd time we have come to this KAY to purchase our wedding bands!!!1St time they were on a 2 hour lunch from 1:00pm -3:00pm “mind you they open at 11:30am”We come on a Sunday and online it says they are open BUT they are NOT!! I have spent many a dollars here and at this point we are now looking forward to a new vender!!! Get your sh!!t together!

If I can leave a zero star I would. This has probably been THE WORST CUSTOMER service that I have ever received and I will be calling corporate. Ive called twice asking about an update about my rings that are getting resize only for the sale associate LYNN to have no clue were my ring was, TWICE!When I started to question her about them not knowing where my ring was, she called me snotty and refused to let me wait for a manager. Without getting a call back number, she hung up on me. This has been the worse customer service I have every received and will make sure to make a complaint with corporate after this.

The manager here went above and beyond to try to help us. We bought a necklace in a different state before we moved here. It broke 3 times in the 4 months we owned it. This store was great about repairing it but it just kept breaking within a day of wearing it. So when we went in again the manager worked with us to get it replaced with a much better necklace for a great discount.

My wedding ring (a sentimental piece to me) was sent away to get sized. They gave me an estimated time of arrival and told me they would give me a call once it arrived. Daily for 3 days (after the promised date of arrival) I called to check the status myself and each day they said “the next day, the next day.” Finally day 3 after the original ETA I called and boom there it was. I received no phone call to tell me it was there.......so frustrating that they didn’t do what they said they would do which was simple just to give the customer a call!

This store ruined my ring under a warranty repair. I took it in with one bad prong and it came back with four bad prongs (like someone took a hammer to it!) and a crooked center stone. Did they steal my stone, too? Corporate begged me to allow them to make it right and failed at that as well at the Lakeline Mall location. After getting it back twice after their promise date, my ring is still ruined and is going to a real jeweler who actually knows what they’re doing. What a joke!

It wasnt busy yet I wasnt help right away. When I finally was the sales lady was rude and acted as if doing her job was so much terrible. Not coming to this one again. Horrible service and very unprofessional. Bummer because this one is closest to my house but because of how much I dislike being here I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else. I was advice everyone else to do the same.

I was having a repair on my ring done and came in to pick up the ring but was refused to be helped by an associate because it wasn’t a new sale. Horrible customer experience!

Horrible customer service. Salesman Chris was very unhelpful and rude. We spend entirely too much money there to be treated disrespectfully. Will never shop here again.

Terryl and Elise are amazing. The store has a bunch of new people but they go over and beyond for customer service. I bought a necklace from another kay in austin and they only cared about me until the sale was through. This store will go over and beyond for me even AFTER the purchase!

The worst EVER!!!!!. I bought a Rolex from them and less than a year later it had to go to the shop and be repaired. They even stiffed me for the bill. Another $1500..... NEVER again!!!!!! That on top of the $$$$$ the watch cost me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took 7 months to finally get it back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to get a new battery on 2 watches and the sales lady told me that since they were busy they would not do it. So much for customer service. I guess since I was not making a big business I eas not worth it.
