A big shout out to everybody who was so helpful and kind.. especially Howdy, Joshua, Vivian, Tracy, Billy, for a job well done. We had some mistakes along the way, but they came back out and corrected everything. Very good clean up each day and so pleased with the final product.

The entire experience was very professional, not forgetting the super great personalities from everyone assigned to my project. Was impressed with installer Tyler Cole handling pretty much the entire project by himself in a timely manner. LOVING THE END RESULTS.

Rebath of Austin gets a generous 2-star review only because the “final” result looks pretty nice. The counter top looks a bit ridiculous at the end, besides the fact that it is warped. According to the manufacturer it is fixable (Rebath doesn’t have enough experience according to the Onyx rep), so we’ve made our own arrangements to get the countertop issue resolved. Also, we had to order a different mirror to counteract the eye sore of the light fixtures being installed off center above the sinks. The project manager, Virgil, is not very knowledgeable and blamed us as customers for his mistakes, while the owner Josh fumbled and made excuses for all of the debacles that happened during our project. The shower itself looks nice, and the glass installer did a great job. If you are going to spend $36K on a bathroom remodel I would seriously consider another company.

They use their own employees instead of subcontractors so they were able to control the entire project. They finished a complete redesign of the master bath in 2 weeks. Others told us that it would take 10 weeks. They were always professional and courteous. Workmanship is excellent. We are completely satisfied with the experience and would happily refer them to others.

I went from having a bathroom that I hated to one that makes me happy every time I walk in. My excellent experience began when Adam came to my home with his bag of goodies. He helped me design my beautiful bathroom with the colors, materials, and textures that all work together with my vision. We worked out the time line, which allowed me time to work with my other teams for the elements that I had in mind, outside of Re-Bath. My entire Re-Bath Team, including Adam Churnick, Virgil Farmer, John the glass guy, and Sergio and Mario, the installers, was very responsive, efficient, and did a great job! The tear out and install were completed in 3 days! Then, John came and measured for the glass, after the shower was completed, so as to get the most precise measurements possible. I am truly delighted with my result! Thank you Re-Bath.

I have used rebath on 3 separate occasions. The first two we had excellent results. The third rebath did a 180 degree turn and we are totally disappointed in their work. They tried to install fixtures we did not request. Parts that we waited for over six weeks to arrive werent even order until they had already started the job causing further delays.

I didnt have a problem with the personnel. What I have a problem with is the product. At a week after the warrantee terminated, the inside of the tub started to delaminate. Now I have a tub I have to be careful cleaning as the delamiation progresses each time scrub the tub

Appointment cancelled by RE-bath rep. I contacted another company for estimate and had it fulfilled. I would like to give RE-bath another chance to bid for business.

I rarely give such poor reviews. But my encounter today with Re-Bath really upset me and I feel compelled to share this with others who might find it helpful.I contacted Re-Bath via their website form in order to get an estimate on replacing a drop-in soaking tub in a new house I just purchased. I got a call the next working day - which was much appreciated. However, when it came to arranging for someone to take measurements and work up an estimate as the Re-Bath representative stated was necessary - I was told in no uncertain terms that both me and my wife would have to be present. When I asked why both of us had to take time out of our busy schedules and that this would be a major inconvenience I was told that they needed to get full agreement from all parties. The response was that often a husband and wife have different opinions and Re-Bath didnt want to come out twice. To me that smacked of lack of responsiveness to a customers needs. And it was borderline rude to assume that my wife and I cant communicate what we want and convey to each other what the estimator would detail in his visit and quote. All I wanted was a quote for the work. Ill go elsewhere where my time is respected and my business is appreciated.

Sales agent was very nice. Price estimate was not! We were getting pricing on upgrading a master bath in our mobile home, upgrading a tub area in second bathroom and installing two wider interior doors. Their estimate was around $35,000. That was if I did the electrical work, bought the vanity and sink myself, bought and installed a linen cabinet myself and bought and installed new flooring myself. They would install two new tubs, install new shower, texture and paint drywall ... $35,000!

I had a very good experience with Re-Bath.I liked the short time period (3.5 days)from demolition to new shower and new plumbing. Because I work full-time, I wanted the work started & finished while I was on vacation from work. The walls and shower pan look fresh and I anticipate their remaining so for a long time. The two people who worked on my bathroom, A.J. and William, worked very well together and worked hard too. Each played a vital role in the process and it was cool to see how well each did his job. I appreciated their clear explanations when I asked questions.

We had an excellent experience when Re Bath of Austin replaced our shower. The work was preformed when and how they promised. We had a minor problem after the installation that was dealt with the same day we notified Re Bath. The personnel we were in contact with were all very professional, polite and friendly. We do not hesitate to recommend them VERY highly !

Re-Bath of Austin was an absolute blessing for our family. In one week they were able to come in and completely remodel both our master and guest bathroom upstairs in our home. Their workers were professional, timely, and caring. My husband is a disabled veteran who was injured in Afghanistan and Re-Bath of Austin blessed us by not only doing amazing work but donating it to our family. My husband can now safetly use both of our bathrooms and above everything has made some friends with a group of beautiful and caring people who while doing the remodel even helped him through his seizures. I cannot say enough about this company, their values, and their product quality. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!!!

These guys are not only bullies but they absolutely DO NOT know how to install a shower. From leaving no angle for the water to drain to installing the shower door BACKWARD. Them the real problems come from the horribly rude office staff who suggested the backward door was our fault. Unbelievable. Do not use this company. Youve been warned.

Among Rebath of Austin,Statewide and Lowes, I finally chose Rebath of Austin for my master bathroom remodeling project after long time and careful comparisions of pricing, design etc. My master bathroom did not have a tub and I need a soking tub for helping my prostate healthy. So I had Rebath of Austin convert my existing shower and one small closet into a big Japanese soaking tub and a very confortable shower area. Yesterday Rebath of Austin team well finished all the items and did excellent jobs for my master bathroom remodeling. I am very happy and very satisfied with Rebath of Austin whole teams excellent great jobs:--Josh--Excellent company president & designer, I am specially satisfied with his excellent designs for my big Japanies soaking tub area with three beautiful steps.--Matt--Excellent overall production manager who was easy to communicate and always can satisfied my expectations.--Dago--Very Excellent installer who was very easy to communicate and always came on time and did everything very carefully. I was happy to have Dago as this remodelling project installer.--Virgil--Excellent piping master who helped a lot for the piping jobs and did excellent jobs.--Colt--Excellent glass master who did excellent job for the glass door installation.--Mario--Excellent assistant for Dago.As I am very satisfied with the result and their lifetime warranty terms, I am now discussing with Josh for my another remodelling project.Thansk again for Rebath of Austing whole teams excellent job !!!

I have no issues with the work the problem came after the work with the payments. They informed me that I could finance with them for a year and I would not pay interest rates or any other fees, which sounded too good to be true and of course it was. They set me up with GreenSky and the process was confusing and inefficient - I received calls from Re bath employees demanding payment and letting me know there would be legal action if I didnt pay, apparently they didnt know I had finance the project etc I finance starting August 2018 and in three months GreenSky has charge me no interest but over $400.00 in finance fees the amounts they charge change each month and seem to be arbitrary and of course Im in contact with GreenSky trying to resolve this issue but Re bath set me up with them, I read all the paperwork of course but I still ended up with what looks to be a scam. So, either pay in cash upfront or youll end up with a problem.

We asked ReBath of Austin to renovate, modernize, and make beautiful two bathrooms in our hill country home west of Austin - new countertops and sinks, new cabinets, new flooring, one tub to shower conversion in ForzaStone, and new framed mirrors. We ordered ourselves lighting sets, cabinet knobs and drawer pulls, which ReBath installed. The project went beautifully, with a very professional salesman who came to our home, filmed and measured everything, calculated with his IPad, and gave us a firm cost, with a discount]. Others in the Office provided information, advice, and assistance over a two-and-one-half month period -- the main work in a week-and-a-half stretch by two very skilled tradesmen -- meeting their deadline. ReBath stated that the costs were actually reasonable, consistent with the high quality of materials and workmanship. I found that to be true, as best I can tell.We actually could not be happier with the beautiful outcome!!! We had lots of choices for shower and floor materials, in both color and substance. We found it most helpful to go twice to the ReBath office on Howard Lane in North Austin to see larger and more varied samples, and to visit Floors and Décor warehouse on Braker Lane to see their huge offering, before choosing a different more dramatic flooring. We are grateful to the whole ReBath of Austin team, and we highly recommend them to our friends and others.

ReBath did a complete remodel of our master bathroom. This comprised of tearing out the glass shower and garden tub as well as the 8ft vanity, full length mirror, and tile floor. The 2 drains had to be combined into one for the new walk in shower that is now 8 ft x 4 ft. The plumbing was completely redone as the walls in the shower and tub area were stripped down to the studs. This truly was a custom job from the ground up.The remodel project took about 2 weeks to complete. Part of this time included ReBath coordinating with a flooring company we hired to replace the tile floor in the bathroom and to run the same tile into the master bedroom. ReBath does an excellent job on tiling floors too, but we wanted tile from another company. The cost of the tile flooring for the bathroom and bedroom was an additional $4000 above the cost of the bathroom remodel. The total cost of our project was $22,000.During the 2 weeks we had plenty of opportunity to observe how the work was being done. These are our comments regarding our full experience with ReBath:1. Working with the ReBath design consultant to plan our remodel was an excellent experience [Bryan Letts]. We were able to pick out all the materials we wanted to use as well as having total input to the design of the remodeled bathroom.2. The same 2-3 man work crew came every day and did the complete job from start to finish during this 2 weeks period. This crew was led by Ismael, who is a plumber, carpenter, and tiler. It was nice not having different people coming each day as our remodel progressed.3. The work crew did an excellent job of cleaning up before leaving each day.4. I have never dealt with a more courteous and professional company than all the ReBath people we interfaced with .5. Every part of this job was done right as Ismael and crew take the time to do it right the 1st time.6. The entire ReBath staff was very accommodating with our all of our requests during this entire project.7. The ReBath staff was even responsive to phone calls/messages after the job started.8. The only area we could see for a little improvement was on one occasion I was trying to get pricing and a part number on an extra accessory that was not part of the original job scope. This request was not responded to in a timely manner, but eventually the accessory was provided and installed at no cost!OVERALL.....BEST JOB EVER! WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED!
