Jonathon is wonderful and so easy to work with. I used them to do a big “make ready” that included a complete master bath remodel. They also did work on my other bathrooms, painted the inside of my home and recarpeted the whole house. His estimate was fair and far lower than others I had gotten. He absolutely knows what he’s doing and gives great advise and guidance. I would absolutely use them again. They were very responsive when I needed them to be and completely trustworthy in my home. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a great experience working with Jonathon and his team remodeling our kitchen from almost the studs up. He brought some original ideas to the initial planning session that we are really loving now that the kitchen is finished. ICS is a team of experienced professionals. They have been here for our entire home remodel. Luis did an amazing job on our master bathroom with our new wood-look shower tile. They did all the proper water barrier work and cut no corners. Everything was measured and cut PERFECTLY! I mean perfect right angles! ICS also had my ceilings re-textured and new plumbing done right the first time! Home Depot’s awful remodeling affiliate came to my house and tried to quote me around 3x what I paid ICS for the same work (I’m not exaggerating.) Just call ICS. Jonathon has a team of pros and they know what they’re doing.

Over the course of several years, Jonathon and his crew have been our go-to maintenance company and we are very satisfied with the work they do.Throughout the process of receiving a maintenance request from any of our rental properties, we simply email the Work Orders to Jonathons company and they are great at communicating with our residents to set appointments to address the issues and they provide updates to our staff. They work tirelessly to meet our deadlines for completion & they are attentive to our various requests for project additions/modifications and work hard to make sure we are fully satisfied with their work. I wish I could write a review about their work, however, they never even got back to us with a quote. Incredibly unprofessional.Johnathon came out to our house on a Thursday to give us a quote for paint, floors and bathroom remodel. He told us he would have the quote back by Monday. We eventually heard back from him AFTER my husband emailed him to find out what was going on. Johnathon apologized and said he would have it later that week. It has now been two weeks since his visit and we still do not have a quote. Very frustrating and, as I said before, incredibly unprofessional.

We have used ICS Construction in our real estate business for over 5 years, and they do a great job. We have referred ICS to numerous clients for either make-ready updating or post closing remodeling, and have had wonderful feedback. Their prices are competitive, they offer a wide variety of services and they have a strong commitment to customer service. We always know that our clients are always in good hands and we would not hesitate to recommend them!

Great service through and through! If youre fed up with contractors and handy-men not showing up, being rude or unreliable - use these guys. Communication was clear throughout, so we were kept up to date with the project throughout the process. We always knew who was going to be on site, as well as any changes to the original plan we should consider. For a seamless, stress-free (or as much as a remodel can be!) process, I cant recommend ICS enough!

We worked with Jonathan and his crew several years ago with a custom mantle/bookshelf project. The end result was perfect. Jonathan organized a team of craftsmen who helped translate our thoughts into a workable design and built custom woodwork that looks like it was always a part of our home. We have recently completed bathroom updates which included taking out a set-in shower/tub and building a new custom tiled shower. The entire crew with ICS is fantastic. They are wonderful to work with, have great skills, and produced a unique and quality bath remodel. Jonathan listened to our concerns about costs and gave excellent suggestions of places to save money (keep the vanity cabinets but replace the countertops) vs. areas to spend more for a better outcome (shower fixtures and hardware). Now we are onto a third project replacing woodwork and painting. We know we can trust ICS for a great outcome.

Jonathon and ICS have done several projects in my home and I couldnt be happier with the professionalism of their work, communication and timeliness. As a realtor I have referred ICS to a number of clients for all different sizes of projects. They take pride in the job they do and making sure the client is completely happy with the outcome. Not only do they do a great job but Jonathon has a very good eye for recommending ideas to stretch your dollar and make the most of your options.

Jonathon was a pleasure to work with! He has excellent customer service and the work done by his company is top notch. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because during the job nothing was taped off which resulted in a huge mess in our entire downstairs living area. I was very pleased with how Jonathon handled it though and he had a cleaning service come over and clean everything up! Overall I would say that we would use this company again for future projects, we may just remind them to tape off the area they are working in!

I asked ICS to take a look at my master bathroom shower. It had a previous remodel that did not last as long as expected. Jonathon took a look and we discussed options. His deep knowledge of construction techniques and material is awesome. He knew exactly what we needed to do so that we could replace the shower and have it last a lifetime. His team is great. They cleaned after themselves. We added task to the list as we progressed with the project. We now have a solid master bath, and new paint on the master bedroom with a great accent wall.We will be using ICS again on future projects.
