Today was my first time at rush automotive, I called yesterday and was able to get a next day appointment, the women who answered was very helpful and friendly. The staff in the store was also very friendly, they told me the cost and the amount of time it would take upfront, they have a wonderful seating area that makes the waiting very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I had my car service for oil changed and brake flushed, it was ok for a day or two, then later while I was driving I heard a noise coming under my motor and had to stop somewhere to check what was going on, I realized the shield plastic cover to my motor was not properly put together and was about to fall off... I also found out the coolant lid was left open. This place is not too proper with what they do. They do it quick and not put it back properly.Had to drive back extra to them even I have other plans, only to ask them again to fix it right!This is the last time im servicing my car to this shop. I will look somewhere else for my next service.

Took my car in to get an alignment this morning. The office staff were nice & welcoming. Service was quick and I appreciated there was a waiting area that was spacious and comfortable with a TV while I waited. They also offered coffee and water.

I love these guys and 2 out of 3 times my quote has actually been higher than my end total. When it takes them less time than they thought they dont charge you for it anyway. I truly feel I can trust these guys to tell it to me straight and get the job done correctly and effectively! Thanks Rush

I had a coworker recommend this shop calling them honest and practical on price. From his raves, I had high expectations, and not only were they met, but exceeded! From the very start of my visit, the guys at Rush were so nice and helpful. You could tell they wanted me to get the best service and price. While another shop wanted to charge me almost $2000 in repairs, Rush didnt see the need to replace all that was quoted. Ended up only having to pay $400. Rush not only saved me money, but so much stress as well. Thank you guys! My new go to place for all my car business!

I have used this company in the past and have absolutely no problem and have been pleased with the service. This time however has to be one of lowest in regards to punctuality. I set the appointment and arrived on time for an oil change and courtesy evaluation since I will be going on a trip the appt was at 9:30. Kenny asked when I needed it back by and I said the latest at 3:00. I was told no problem. Kenny and I spoke about an hour later and he said I needed brakes. At 11:00 I told him that’s fine to proceed. At 2:30 I called as my ride was on the way to take me back there. Only to be told my car wasn’t ready and Kenny would call me back. An hour later I called again. To be told by Kenny I forgot I told you’d we’d have it ready by 3. It won’t be ready now until 6. I had plans and they totally messed them up. I have gone to “Rush” for several years and this is the first time I’m totally disappointed in their ability to deliver on their promises.

Nice lobby with recliners and TV with enough room. Only thing I didnt like was the $40 full synthetic oil change ended up costing me $60 because apparently the fine print said shop fees and the filter and a bunch of other things were not included in the price.

I would NOT trust my car here. I am a loyal customer so once I find a place, I stick with it. I did not mind paying the high prices since I was assuming I was receiving good value. The problem with Rush Automotive is that every time I take my car there, I have to fix something else. I generally ignore some of their sales pitch on stuff I know I wont need for years. Difficult to bring parts for them to install because they will tell you it is the wrong size. I am currently fixing a lot of issues from my last visit there. I am seeking other shops as I dont trust them with cars.

My brother recommended Rush after getting his car repaired. Im writing this review after 2 months of them servicing my 2002 Tahoe for an oil leak. The car drives like a dream and I am glad I took my vehicle to Rush to help me understand what was wrong with the oil leak and how they fixed. These folks are fantastic! I cannot say enough good about this business and the people who work there. This is a huge, clean, well kept service center with a waiting area nicer than most living rooms that I have seen. Big screen TVs, real coffee, and no garage smell.The job I was there for was a big one with multiple repairs needed and it took only two days even with all the other vehicles coming and going.I definitely recommend highly.

Ive always had a very pleasant experience when I visit this shop. The service reps are very friendly and professional. They understand your needs. They explain clearly what services they are going to perform. I appreciate there professionalism and how they care for your vehicle. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. The lounge chairs are so comfortable you want to take a nap. However, the service time is quick so no time for a nap.

Went by on Monday at 4 pm to ask if they could tell me why my car is beeping constantly while I drive and telling me that my hood is open and it is not. They not only looked at my car so late in the day but had an answer for me within an hour. Justin was top notch and told me that it was a sensor problem and that they would need to order a part that would take a couple of days to get. The part came in sooner than I expected and when I went by it took them less than an hour to install it. Also they were able to find out that it was covered under my extended warranty. Have been taking my cars here since 2016 and will never go anywhere else. They are also very honest and professional and have an amazing lobby to wait in.

Outstanding. Told me what the problem was, what they would recommend but not what HAD to be done that day AND by them. First time I’ve ever had a tune up and could actually feel the difference. I actually went to them because I didn’t want to go to that hugely popular place that does oil changes and car washes. I always felt like I got up sold. Never once went in and was not told you need to replace this thing or that thing. Never. Rush did an oil change and told me “you’re good to go”. Go here. They’ve got my business for life.

Ive been bringing my Gen 3 4Runner to Rush for the last 4 years since moving here after getting a recommendation from a work acquaintance. Theyve always done a great job and have competitive prices; Ive never taken my car anywhere else after being impressed from the first visit. They still impress me now. Theyve never tried to upsell me or BS me. Theyve also never kept my SUV for an inordinate amount of time, usually finishing up ahead of schedule if not right on time. Daniel is amazing and very professional, as is all of the staff Ive dealt with outside of him. Ultimately, I highly recommend Rush. Great work, honesty, care, service, and cost.

We’ve been customers at Rush for years. Our cars were rarely brand new or in great condition, and we all knew that. They have never pressured us into getting a service in previous visits. They were always informative and honest. I have told anyone that would listen to bring their cars here. Recently, there have been some discrepancies in the usual service I get. I was gifted an older car this past year for commuting to and fro work. Well, it started having an oil leak- we took it in. We were told that we had to do a dye test to figure out where the leak was ($100ish). We agreed, but the leak got worse. I’m willing to say that was on us. We’re big people and this car is low to the ground so it scrapes... a lot. (I have puddles of oil in my driveway, y’all. I’m surprised I haven’t been hit with a fee or something for it.) So, with some clever budgeting, we brought it back in- thinking maybe it’s the oil pan since we don’t smell the oil burning, and the location of the puddles of oil. (Disclaimer: not a certified mechanic.) We bring it in, and we were told we didn’t run it long enough for the dye test to work. But they did notice a cracked valve cover gasket. We agreed to the repair. ($500ish) Now, the husband is usually the one to handle business like this for obvious reasons. But, for this visit he had to work, and I went to pick it up. A pleasant lady helped me out. I asked her if there were any other immediate issues we need to address. She said there didn’t seem to be any, but got the advisor (Jon) to come speak to me just in case. Which I appreciate. He said the same thing as last time. Run the car 500 miles so the dye test can be successful to locate any other leaks. Cool. I left. Didn’t notice anything immediately. Ran a quick little errand the following day. Noticed the leak. Maybe it’s residual from yesterday’s work? I thought. The more we drove it, the worse the leak got. And now we are back to square one with a huge leak. Besides, how can we drive it for 500 miles when I probably won’t have any oil to do so? So, we take it back. My husband was quoted $1500 dollars for something they weren’t even sure was the problem. So, they want me to pay $1500 for something that may or may not be the problem. No thank you. So, we are trying to weigh all our options here when we noticed my husbands mother’s vehicle is also there. Makes sense. They are usually great! Apparently, they quoted her $2000 for vehicle repairs. When her husband went to pick up magically the quote turned into $1600. For my portion of this adventure, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. But now, I’m really upset. They were going to take financial advantage of my mother in law cause she is a woman. It’s that same nasty reason why many women feel apprehensive about going to a mechanic cause of assumptions. But as soon as a man walks in, the price is lower and the service is better. Mad doesn’t even begin to cover how I’m feeling. I’ve met the owner of this place before. He’s a good, honest, hardworking man. I wish him nothing but success. However, he has people in his shop that are screwing things up that he worked hard for. So, that makes me upset on another level. As sad as it is to say, I don’t think we will be returning unless these problems are addressed, and everyone receives the same service as before. PS: if face masks are a thing for you- They don’t really enforce it in the waiting area. Plenty of workers are walking around without one. Regardless of your stance on the pandemic, we still have to deal with it.

I bought a new set of tires and visited Rush to see if I needed an alignment due to outer tire wear on the last set. They determined the alignment was in spec quickly and there was no charge. I will be back.

Ive been taking both mine and my wifes vehicles to Rush for the past two years. From the first time I stepped foot into their doors I can truly say this is a different kind of shop. They will take care of you no matter what the circumstance. I recently met with the owner who personally assisted me regarding an issue with my braking system on my Toyota. I had taken my vehicle to another shop in town who had told me I needed a full brake job to cost me over 700 dollars. I knew this didnt sound right so I decided to go back to Rush for a second opinion. Long story short, the other shop was just trying to sell me an overpriced brake job to meet sales numbers. Rush Automotive was able show exactly what was going on with my brakes and provide a breakdown on how the other shop tried to deceive me. They were even honest enough to assure me that I did not need new brakes. When I finally do need brakes, I will continue to take my business to Rush Automotive. I recommend you do the same. Ive been visiting Rush Automotive since they were a small shop off before their new location. They have always seemed to give me the most honest and accurate assessment of whatever the issue was without over-exaggerating anything to con me out of money like I feel some chain places do. I also like that some of the same people have been there all along. I think this shows how invested they are in the business themselves. With most chain stores you see a different face everytime you go, so those kind of folks may not care as much about doing a good a job to get my return business.

Other than a female employee making rude and unnecessary remarks about clients out in the open lobby (plus having food and drink at her station...) the service was fine, bare minimum effort. She made fun of multiple clients as they left and made fun of my broken key in front of me to another employee. They quoted me about $600 to fix a potential issue that when I got a second opinion was something I was able to fix at home... Service used to be better in years previous and I was surprised by the poor experience however I most likely wont be back again after this visit.

I had an electrical fire occur on the front end of my truck and thought i was screwed. I took it to Rush Automotive on the recommendation of a friend in the automotive industry. I was not disappointed! Daniel was my representative and he was extremely kind and informative. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns in a way that doesnt make you feel dumb. This is the best experience i have had with vehicle repairs. They will be my go to for future repairs.

So nice to be able to find that in an auto repair shop these days. These guys did a oil change on my vehicle and used the wrong oil first off. Very bad customer service and trying to price gouge during tax season. I wouldn’t recommend them on any service at all. My truck clearly says 5w- 30 and should have high mileage oil but they used 10w-30 and told me my truck needs 3500 worth of work. I then went to two other professional shops and they said it’s about $650 needed and that’s with labor. Once again these guys try to charge for things that aren’t bad on a vehicle. They will never get my business again nor my families.

I have been taking my 04 Camry to RUSH Automotive for the last three year and am VERY satisfied with their honesty, work ethics and customer service. My last visit was handled by Daniel who went the distance in conversing with my son (who live out of state) in advising him with what services were need when my check engine light came on. As I am a senior citizen, my son wants to be involved all services required on vehicle.I used to take my Toyota dealer and Lambs Auto and always felt they were doing services that were really not needed.I HIGHLY recommend RUSH AUTOMATIVE!

Told him my issue and that i was on a tight budget and wanted a quote.The waiting area was clean and comfortable. He offered me tea, coffee and water. The recliners were so comfortable! I gave them the go ahead for work and he warned me that it would be a few hours.Honestly, i could have hung out in there all day. The service was great, the guys were friendly and it was nice to kick back for a while.

I was very pleased with the cost, work, and honesty at Rush automotive. I am an older woman and took my truck to a different replace facility before coming to Rush. That place was going to take advantage of me with a repair that I didnt need at a very high cost. I am so happy that I went to Rush a received the repair I truly needed at a reasonable cost.I recently took my same Ford F150 to Rush for additional repairs because I was so satisfied with the service I received last year. Every thing was repaired at a reasonable cost and in a reasonable time frame. Im happy with the pleasant individuals that helped me and the quality repair work.

I came in with an engine fault light right after having 4 tires changed and just knew it was because of that..Joe and Randy did some serious research and found out that Ford had put out a service bulletin on my vehicle and it was just really odd timing. They fixed and reset everything for a fantastic price and much faster than I anticipated. Plus the waiting room is nicer than my living room so waiting was actually kinda nice..Highly recommend them for any and all auto repair and they ARE NOW my go to folks and I couldnt be happier. They diagnosed my issue as a catalytic converter, and instead of going ahead and just doing the work, they offered to clear the code to see if it was a false read. I am in the market for a used mini-van, just a second vehicle for weekend road-trips and camping (my Honda Civic isnt really cut out for this). I needed to find a local mechanic shop that I could trust to do a good used vehicle inspection report. I searched on Yelp and saw all the glowing reviews and Ive always trusted Yelp. So I decided to give them a shot since they were also only 2 miles from where I was test driving the car. I was SO pleased with how they run this shop. I called only 2.5 hours before they closed on a Friday and asked if they could fit in this inspection, they said sure, no problem - bring it in. I was greeted before I even entered the building. There seems to be tons of guys working in the actual shop area, not just one or two. They got me checked in immediately and I got to kick back in their super comfortable leather recliners and have some Keurig coffee. They finished the inspection in the time they told me it would take and the cost was $89.99+ tax. They gave me a complete list of everything they found wrong (only complaint is that I wish this was a more formal computer printed list and not a hand-written one for me to show the seller, or perhaps a formal used vehicle inspection form that they could mark off and notate on instead of just listing the things on the blank area of my invoice) and I ended up not buying that particular vehicle. Im still in the market for a used minivan and this is *definitely* where I will go for used vehicle inspections! Also - should I ever have any problems with my 2008 Civic, this is where I will be going for sure. Been lucky with my Civic so far, but - ya just never know! Until going here, I didnt have a repair shop I could say I trusted. I do now!

Rush has been great. Ive taken all 4 of my cars here for years. They always explain whats going on with my car and give me the options that I have for getting things fixed. Given the number of times that Ive come in and left without paying much for repairs, I dont blink an eye when I do need major work done. These guys are honest to a fault and always go the extra mile to get me back on the road.

They performed all the work expertly, faster than expected, and for slightly less than the quoted price.They kept me informed at every step of the process, and gave me detailed recommendations for future work, along with a timeline for when that work should be done.This is my favorite mechanic shop, since Tower Automotive closed down and David Cohen went to Benz workshop.

When we first started going to Rush, they were great. The time before last, the customer service was not as good, and the price seemed high. This time, the customer service was terrible. They kept the vehicle a week, and did not give us updates. I thought the Estimate they gave us was a little high, but we went ahead and did it. I called another place out of curiosity to ask them the price and it was a couple of hundred dollars cheaper. I’m not sure if they have new owners or managers or what but I think we will be looking for another place to go.

I went in to get a quote on what it would cost to replace my driver side seat belt. I was told the part would be over $100 and it would take two hours of labor to get it installed. I instead took the vehicle to my brother, a mechanic would was out of the way enough for me to consider Rush in the first place, where it cost me $68 for the part and he had it installed in 15 minutes.Either the mechanics at Rush are unacceptably slow and theyre incapable of finding good pricing online for parts, or there was malicious greed involved. Either way, Im not inclined to use them again.

My 2012 Ford Fiesta had a bad wheel bearing. I initially dropped it off at Ford and was quoted an outrageous price and they weren’t sure when they could get the parts and get it done. Was recommend this place and I’m never going back anywhere but here! Kenny was awesome, he got me a quote within 45 minutes, the price was reasonable, and they got it finished within 2 hours! Honest pricing, nice people, quick but quality work, and they even let me pick up my car after hours! Highly recommend! :)

As a woman I need a place that’s going to be honest and upfront about what needs to be done. With Rush Automotive, I’ve found that place. I will never go anywhere else. The guys tell me what NEEDS to be fixed now and what can wait a while. They do not take advantage of women like other shops do. I recommend them to everybody I know.

My vehicle, Ford Edge Sport, was taken in for service on Tuesday to get a brake booster replaced. The issue was corrected but two more issues replaced why my vehicle was taken into the shop for the first place. First issue, after $700, my vehicle now has tail lights that wont turn off and brake lights that do not turn on when the brake pedal is engaged. Thankfully I was not pulled over. Non issue prior to service. Second issue, noticeable loss off acceleration or a misfire when driving on the highway. Again, non issue prior to service. To say Im annoyed is an understatement. I will have to take it back to the shop to see what is causing this and the immediate concern is figure out how to turn off the tail lights before the battery is drained. This was not a good experience and has quickly left a bad taste. It does not take much to lose trust and Ive been a customer since 2014.

Went because I thought I might need new brakes and needed an oil changed. They checked the car out, the brakes were actually in good condition minus a small squeak. I am happy that they were honest with me and advised me on what did/did not need to be done. Im happy to see a business where they arent looking to take advantage. They do good work and I will be back with another car of mine in the future.
