I was looking for another insurance company for both my house and car. When I called up Angie was very personable and not pushy at all. That alone won me over to proceed. Glad I did as I ended up saving a good amount over what I had been paying at Farmers.

I starting with Bill based on a recommendation from a friend who told me they got a great rate and that Bill had even followed up a couple years after they got their policy with a recommendation to switch providers to get better rates. My experience was not good (my friend has since dropped him as well), the rates went up a lot every year and they consistently told me they could not make them any lower when I called. I just switched and Im getting better coverage for hundreds less. As a nice send off they made the process to cancel my polices a pain the the butt too. Boooooo.

Bill is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was calling on behalf of a mutual customer and he was very very rude. I called back and asked to speak to someone else and he just kept telling me he was the owner and there was no one else I could speak with. What horrible service. Stay away.

A colleague at work located this agency during the mold panic of 2002. When Farmers tried to rip me off by baiting and switching to an HO-A, Bill Meunch stepped in, demanded a refund and found a company writing decent HO-Bs. When that company had problems, they found me yet another HO-B policy. Friendly folks who know the business well.
