Recent homeowners insurance was raised almost $400 this year without any notice of the increase. When I called to ask why, they said that my house value increased by $6k. Ok, but some notice would have been appreciated. I would have shopped around a bit to find a better value. Still going to do that, but had to make a payment so we would still be covered in the mean time. Very disappointed on how this was handled.

The office is completely incompetent they were unable to find a policy I purchased back in December. I called today to find out why no one has sent information to my complex about the insurance I purchased. When the first unpleasant lady said she couldn’t find my policy. I immediately asked to speak with someone that could cancel the imaginary policy that my hard earned money purchased and that they were so kind to take! Definitely WOULD NOT recommend them! Save yourself the headache and choose another company!

We have been with this agent since 2005 and are very pleased with them. Anytime I have a question and have needed to call several times in one day they have been nothing but patient and kind. They do their best to work out any issues you may have. With being on auto pay going from one 6 month policy period to the next is so easy. They are professional but still very personable.
