The worst customer service ever. They are not even licensed to deal with claims. They are only interested in getting money out of you. If you want to cancel your policy they make it so hard so that you cant do it.I have called more than 25 times since last Saturday and still my issues and questions have not been resolved!Do not get this insurance

I got great 6 month policy through them with way more coverage than my current company. The ladies made it to easy. I currently have throat cancer and lost my ability to talk. She was very patient and customer service was 100%. Literally saved just under $300 for my 6 month premium through and good company also. Round Rock location ladies are very nice and easy to deal with. Will definitely continue my business with them for sure

Hands down the best Insurance place Ive gotten a quote from. My friend had recommend me to this location but I was a bit doubtful about switching till I came by and was automatically greeted and attended by Crystal. She was able to find me a cheaper rate than what Im already use to paying. Honestly the best choice Ive made by far. I will highly be recommending this location to my friends as well!

My 1 star rating refelect the customer service experience. Lady Who Just Answered The Phone At 9:04 Am today was extremely rude. ALL I asked her for was a email of my insurance card. To get my Car Inspected I Hope They Play back the call since its recorded .THERE was no reason to have such a nasty attitude I think her name was lisa but Im not sure. She definitely need more training on Customer Service..

To the manager Emily, let your employees know that if you’re going to put sign outside enforcing a mask policy for customers that the employees them selves have to wear them. It is not a law that requires us to wear a mask. If you’re employee feels at risk then they should do as documented outside yalls door and wear their masks. I went in today as a customer with a previous quote and turned away by your employee not wearing a mask as she asked me to leave for not wearing one.

As a 20-year-old paying a fortune just for car insurance, I went in and spoke with Andrea about getting new insurance. She was able to find me an amazing rate for almost $300 less than what I was paying before, so you know I had to switch over to this company; amazing rates and superior customer service ?! What more could you ask for. If It wasnt for her, I would still be paying a little over $400 for full coverage!!

Car Insurance may not be as cheap as it should be for me, but i must say, Amax Insurance is a reliable and friendly environment going above and beyond in providing A+ customer service and the most competitive insurance rates for me. Possibly the worst customer service of my experience. The particular company Amax sold in my situation is American Access Casualty Company out of Illinois, and my adjuster is Eleana Rodriguez. And Im not sure which Amax sold it to him. My accident has been a month ago, and i still have not spoken with my adjuster. Every time I call, it goes straight to vm, and she doesnt even bother to return my calls. I left 2 or 3 vms a day for over 2 weeks, and got nothing! I just tried to call to get the status. My adjuster is out for long weekend, so I got to talk to Mike. All Mike could say was, Oh, wow. Oh.....ummm....these are questions your adjuster needs to answer. My very difficult question? Whats the status of my claim? I patiently waited my amount of time, now I am filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance. All I can say is, if youre shopping for insurance, look elsewhere!! I can only imagine how policyholders are treated if they need something.
