Waste of time and money. I came with the issue of my headlights not turning off and was scared my car battery would die. He looked, told me nothing was wrong with my car, did the oil change as asked and charged me a ton for it. Next day car battery was dead because the lights wouldn’t turn off. I spent two hours at this place to prevent the problem but since he didn’t know what he was doing, I had a dead car the next day anyways. Found another mechanic that could pinpoint the issue over the phone and I brought it in and the next mechanic found the issue in a couple minutes.

I called Jesses on Wednesday afternoon and took my car in to be diagnosed. he was so easy going and very professional! We set an appt for Friday and my car was fixed in a few hours! He explained everything to me in detail and as a woman going to the mechanics shop can be daunting. I’ll be coming back for any other repairs if i need in the future. Thank you Jesse!!!

I was passing through Roswell on my way to Houston when My brakes went out. Called Jesse about 3 pm, before I knew it I was on the road again at 5 pm. Jesse and his guys went all out to help me and my family make it home safely. Really appreciate your help. Highly recommend this auto shop.

Took my daughters car, 2003 Nissan Altima after having some overheating issues. Jesse looked at the car and gave me a list of issues but also what he recommended that needed to me done as a priority and what could wait. He had the car ready in 2 days and very reasonable on his prices. He also stands behind his work and provides warranty for the parts. Being a single mom and getting my daughters car ready for college, we drove away with the peace of mind our car was running like new.

My moms a traveling nurse and in Roswell on assignment until the end of October. Her car started having ignition issues which left her with no ride to/from work in an area where she knows nobody. We got referred to Jesses and let me tell you, I wish he was local to me out in Indiana! Jesse accepted the car right as they closed, looked at the car the next day ASAP, called me to discuss options, made recommendations to me that were CHEAPER than what I had suggested, and even delivered the car to my mom after-hours. Jesse is the best. Ive taken my vehicle there for a couple of things. He has always been honest, fair and reasonable. Also got the work done in record time. He tells you up front the cost and any options and then when he gets done there isnt an surprise charges. Lets face it we all are looking for good work and the best price. We were passing through as part of our road trip and wanted to have something checked out on the van. We contacted Jesse and he was able to fit us in the very next morning which was great. We are traveling through Roswell for the tourist locations and needed an oil change on our ford van, Jesse was able to get us in right away and the service was very prompt and cheap compared to other shops weve been to along our vacation. Jesse is personable , sincere and honest. We had a little transmission leak and he diagnosed it for free and gave us peace of mind and offered to fix it if we had more time. If I could give this place 10 stars I would, just wish we had Jesse back in detroit to be our go to guy.

Honest place!!!My son broke down in Roswell and Jesse totally took care of him. First of all, he drive my son back to hotel after picking him up so he could check out his van. After driving the vehicle and checking out transmission issues, he called me out of state and told me that we would need a transmission shop. He gave me a shop to call and provided number and name of owner to call. He also told me what exactly was wrong with it. He then, offered to go back to the hotel and pick my son back up to take him back to the shop to retreive his van. This guy is so kind and honest!!!! He couldve easily been dishonest. The only thing he cared about was my son getting to Tennessee safely. Jesse went above and beyond and sincerely helped my son out big time!!!! This type of kindness is very rare in todays world .... 5 stars !!!

Had my vehicle sent there for an oil change a few months back. Now it came down to change the oil again and changed the filter which hadnt been changed i believe the filter should be change each time the oil is needed to be changed
