Five stars for Current Pixel! We had over 50 reels of super8 film dating back to the 1970s. Current Pixel duplicated the films and preserved them on flash drives for the family. Many of the family members on the films are now deceased, including one who passed recently. A big thank-you to Current Pixel and their staff. With their expertise, dedication to their craft and customer service, our family has been able to preserve these beautiful memories when we really needed to have them. *Heart*

These are professionals that covert your tapes and videos to modern day technology for you to enjoy. I brought them a 90min cassette to convert to CD. The cassette was from 1980...I did not think it was possible. But, they did it. Even put the MP3 and WAV file on a thumb drive for me. I was so excited I played it in the car, this was my great grandmother having a discussion with my father about the family tree. So, Interesting...I learned alot! Thank you, Christian, and Kevin!!!! You guys were awesome!

These guys are amazing. I gave them over 700 slides to turn into jpgs. I had spent weeks sorting and dating and naming the boxes and expected to get back 735 jpgs that I would then have to resort and redate and label to copy into the cloud for safety. What I got was a wonder! Current Pixel labeled and sorted exactly how I had. Used every name and date on every box. I was so very pleased. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I cannot recommenced Current Pixel enough. I have used them for work and personal projects. They are efficient, extremely reasonably priced, and great to work with. Do not think twice about sending your files in the mail to an online service when this local business does incredible work. I had lost one of my usb drives that they converted for me, contacted them, and they were SO nice to send me a dropbox link of my videos at no charge. I will use them over and over! Had a precious memory on an old BETACAM tape....another highly recommended company I heard about on Rush Limbaugh could not convert this media and I didnt learn this until I received their package back with two other typical VHS conversions. Was really bummed until I found these folks in Sandy Springs (Atlanta) GA. Not only did they convert it to DVD for me, they kept me up-to-date every step of the way. Believe me, they have all MY future business and anyone else I can recommend!!!

This is some of the best money Ive ever spent! Tim at Current Pixel is courteous and professional. I dumped off two large boxes of professional and personal tapes ranging in formats from VHS to 3/4 and Beta SP and he transferred everything. He even recovered decent video from tapes Ive had in storage (some since the 1980s) and a couple tapes that were severely damaged. I will definitely use Current Pixel again.

Current Pixel did an excellent job transferring 30+ reels of 8 mm film to digital files. If you ever get the urge to do this type of work on your own, save yourself the time and effort and get the transfers done professionally. The finished product is worth it.

I cant say enough how awesome these folks are. I needed to get 1400 feet of 8mm film transferred to digital format and they handled it with no problems. They were very fast, very professional, understanding of my situation, and prices were cheaper than competitors for my needs.They transferred all the film to MP4 and put them on a flashdrive for me. It was amazing to see 50 year old videos of my father as a child. They made it so simple for me. If you have any film needs, give these guys a call. They are worth every penny.

Elaine digitized precious recordings of a deceased relative from old cassette tapes. Unfortunately the tapes had been reused, and there was obtrusive background noise from a prior voice recording. She returned to the master files and profoundly improved them by eliminating the background noise. I judge the service provided to be well worth the expense.

These guys are the absolute best. I can only tell you that they provide you with the best service, are friendly and are exceedingly fair. I have been going to use them for various services for over 8 years and the new owner is just as good as the old owner. I highly recommend.

Tim and his crew are so patient and helpful. I brought in 12 VHS tapes over 20 years old, and the made them into MP4 files that I can actually use and share. They did what they said they would do, on time, and for the price they quoted. I love these guys!

Video Impact was extremely helpful to me. I had gone to another place to get some cassette tapes converted to CD and the guy promised me it would be done by a certain time that I needed it. It wasnt. I called Video Impact, they told me to come right over and they would get it done for me right away. I had it within an hour. They were very nice and I highly recommend them.

Really great video services. Turned around my project very quickly. They were very helpful and very nice. Helped me load all the VHSs in and out of my car. Can even provide a hard drive if you need it for pretty cheap. They even kept the original files for me on their servers for a while since my computer was having issues. Very great service.

Great service and reproduction quality. I had some special requirements for the reproduction and they handled it without any problems. Have much more to digitize so will definitely be using them the finish my project.

This place is great! It really shouldn’t have taken me this long to write a review. Around thanksgiving last year I decided I wanted to get some old home videos and mp8 tapes digitized for my mom for Christmas. I had originally planned on using a mail in service but I was very nervous about mailing off my precious home videos (even though I had no idea what was on them) and also it turned out that is would take much longer to get them back and I wouldn’t have them on Christmas. By chance while searching for options I came across a search ad for current pixel (money well spent guys!) and decided to shoot them a note on a whim to get an estimate and see if they could get them done in time. I got a response back that night - on Black Friday! With various quotes since I wasn’t specific and saying they could get the job done. I immediately roped my brother in to searching for the home videos discreetly at my parents house. We finally found the old cam corders and what we thought were the old tapes but none were labeled. Current pixel assured me if the tapes were blank or tv recordings they wouldn’t charge me. I brought the tapes in and was given an estimate that they’d be ready the Friday before Christmas. They man who took my tapes was very kind and helpful and made me feel like my tapes were safe and in good hands. 2 days later my brother called to tell me he found the real video stash and the ones I brought were likely all blank tapes. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to swap the tapes or get them back in time and sent a panicked email. They responded quickly and let me know it was no big deal and I could swap the tapes. I brought the correct ones the very next day on a Friday but they had said I could have waited until the next week if I needed to. They were very kind and understanding again and gave me back the blank tapes. My order was ready a day or so earlier than originally promised and I received all my original tapes back in perfect condition. On Christmas morning I played one of the tapes for my family of a Christmas morning over 20 years ago and everyone was so happy to be watching it and my mom was crying with joy- wouldn’t trade it for anything! The service is definitely not cheap and if you have the time I’d recommend buying your own drive to put the files on but it was well worth it to me and they did a great job. I’d certainly go back again.

These guys are great. Very responsive, great value for helping me take my videos and format them to a CD that my family can enjoy watching on the DVD Player. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently put together a slide show for my fathers 80th birthday party. We put together a collection of old printed photos and slides and brought them to Current Pixel. I cannot begin to say enough about how happy we are with the quality of the work, the timeframe in which they turned the job around, and the service they provided throughout the process. It’s ironic that it took an occasion like this for my father to realize just how many family memories we have crammed in closets and the attic that have a shelf life. Digital is forever. We will absolutely be back!
