This location was super clean and the bathroom is beautiful and they even offer you mouthwash love this place oh yeah they have gas too.

I have enjoyed using the gas and car wash service until yesterday afternoon. Take caution ⚠️ the car wash conveyor over steered my car just before exiting, this caused the rim to grind against the guard rail and scared and scratched my rims on the driver side. I went inside to inform the staff and a lady halted me as soon as I said I just used the car wash and that was it before she said, if you want to complain talk to the manager on Monday morning. Well, after a second of being stunned by her abrupt response I said you should shut down the machine until its fixed, I have deep scratches and scraps on my driver side rims, you can see the ground up shavings on my tires. She restarted I needed to speak to the manager Nancy on Monday. I said okay! But you should stop the car wash so no one elses car will be damaged. She said okay. I parked in view of the car wash for 20 minutes no one checked or turned it off. WOW! She didnt even care.A tip on customer service, the attendant should have taken my name and number and had Nancy call me. The attendant should have also checked the damage, taken photos and considered discontinuing car was service until a technician came to adjust or repair the device. I am sure there is a way to communicate at the pump that car wash service is temporarily unavailable. She should have communicated to any other staff regarding the car wash status for any one looking for a wash during this time.Thats customer service and or common sense, both are relevant and helpful if youre going to come in contact with people.Very Disappointed 😞

Terrible service, cheat you out your money ,cashier rings up wrong price on items, bring to attention of management nothing done ,allows people in with no mask, never considers the others thats in the store ,wont get anymore of my business,

Dont buy their monthly pass for the car wash for 19.99 you have a manager there by the name of Nancy who refuses to let you put the sticker in your car and if YOU put it in they cut your service off so you literally have to walk in and get a number to get your car wash YOU PAID FOR ON THE MONTHLY SERVICE THEY ADVERTISE and when you ask for the OWNERS NAME and NUMBER they refuse to give it to you almost all the people here do not speak English or understand English or know what is going on the worst place Ive ever dealt with in my life. Advise....go to the car wash that you pay $3.00 for you get better service there.

Came to pump some gas and get va quick car wash. Pumped the gas and when arrived to the car wash it was blocked. Questioned the lady at the counter that tells me ho yeah...I forgot its not working... sorry.... but you have ten days to come back to wash youre car.... shouldnt have charged me first place and informed me that the car wash wasnt working. Very unprofessional.

The car wash gave me the Express wash when I paid for the perfect shine wash. When I asked the fat chick behind the counter, she said it wasnt their problem. Dont bother with their wash and definitely be aware of the rude customer service at this location

Unwelcoming workers and too expensive! Picked up some candy bars off the shelf to purchase and they were covered in dust! Restrooms were closed because of Covid-19 concerns??? Theres nothing convenient about this gas station.Pure disappointment.

Be aware! I used their express car wash at 12:31PM on March 16, 2019, and damaged my car! The brush must had some hard objects like tiny stones stuck on them that put numerous small dents / paint chips all over my car including on front and back windshields.

This place was good but lately they run out of gas and the vacuums don’t work (at least they posted signs this time) Pumps have always been slow so expect it to take a while to fill up!

Purchased a car wash only to find out it wasnt working. Attendent inside said they didnt control the car wash and theres nothing she can do. She also declined to close it or put up sign. After leaving I saw 2 cars trying to back out of the car wash (cuz of course once in the exit door doesnt open until the wash is done, but since it wasnt starting... Horrible service.

The cashier didn’t even mention the car wash was unavailable the day I purchased the $5 deal. The day I went to get my car washed it was a joke, wouldn’t recommend.

Worse experience ever here and I come here a lot but never again after this time. The gas price was 2.49 without wash so I figured Ill fill up before I go back to Chicago. I walk in because the machine outside wasnt working I tell the lady can you prepay pump 11 and she obliged, I hand over my rewards card to get a discount and she says ok all set. I fill up and it never gave me my discounts on anything. Then as Im vacuuming my car within a couple minutes the gas price just went down .10cents shaking my head.

Pumped $20 worth of gas and payed in the store ,their card machine declined my credit card 5 times as I tried in disbelief that my card was declined because I know I have money in my account , later to get a call from my banks fraud department that the gas station charged my credit card 5 times for $20 , $100 total , how can their card machine say declined and also be charging me at the same time ,? Bank said its fraud , so beware of this place when paying with a card ,
