Horrible Delivery service never schedules delivers even though we are a delivery only facility. loads items onto vehicles they shouldnt go onto Pallets are falling apart and loaded onto smallest truck when it should be on a freight vehicle. Drivers have a lot of attitude if they dont get there way right away.

Lot kinda tight with big truck. Took nearly 2 hours to decide where load was supposed to go, but once every thing figured out fairly quick load. People on dock friendly and helpful

If I was able to give a zero rating I would horrible experience never again will I do business with them again Ron is useless and so is Brian from being hung up on to being mislead to them doing absolutely nothing about a package that was in transit with them and some how disappeared when 3 pieces were shipped all at the same time. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who ships or receives products.

Rescheduled delivery twice. Both times they called us 5 hours before expected delivery to cancel. Staff wasnt helpful with the situation. On the 3rd try the couch was actually delivered and driver came 20 minutes AFTER the 4 hour time frame. Very frustrating 😡
