WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!! I had an order for a glass top to be delivered to my home. I paid two people to be at my home to get the glass top and I took off from my job. The older driver was extremely rude and nasty to my helper and I. When I replied back to him rudely as he did, he took my product and left. He was not suppose to leave my large glass top at the bottom of my driveway as he said. He was suppose to at least bring it to the garage door because he had nothing to lean it on at the curb.I called to make a complaint. I spoke to a supervisor named Ryan who stated someone would be calling me back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I suggest to anyone working with this company to make sure you know all the specifics of your order and request a polite professional delivery person that understands his/her job before they deliver to you. DRIVER WOULDNT GIVE HIS NAME WHEN I REQUESTED IT!

Worst place ever. The stuff here need to learn more about shipping. Also thier warehouse is not organized it take long time to find your order. I would not recomend this sh**ty place.

AAFES uses this delivery service and it’s really awful. They were late and I had to call to check on eta. Driver had a bad attitude but I guess It’s a bad day everyday you have to deliver Heavy cargo. However, I would’ve been happy if they could’ve made a good and honest effort to deliver my item inside. Bummer after waiting all this time. I would NOT use this service and definitely, I DO NOT recommend this business.

We had very good luck with a mattress delivery and installation. They were flexible on scheduling, called in advance of showing up and delivered on time. The delivery guys were very polite.

WORST SERVICE, WORST DELIVERY I have ever experienced, I wish I could give ZERO stars. Terrible customer service, delivered my shipment over 2 weeks from the estimated date and I had to call them to get my own package delivered, on their time at that! (Which of course is business hours when I am at work!) I bend over backwards to have someone at my home to receive the shipment between 11a-4p (the time they gave me that the package would be delivered) and the delivery driver had them waiting for 6 hours and didn’t show up until 5:30p causing my friend to miss an extremely important meeting! So ridiculous and unprofessional and they don’t own up or apologize for any of their numerous mistakes. Stay away at ALL costs.

I advise no one to send their freight threw this company nor should anyone ever work for this company they will blaim you for everything when the real issue is the office the most unprofessional company ive ever seen other company drivers use to tell me but i did not want to believe it.they will use you up and spit you out like your the problem but why do everybody complain. The turn over rate is terrible they are not professional. People no one ever went to school for business management but every obe in office is a boss lol.
