If your African American please beware. I came to Supercuts for a simple hair cut. I provided pictures and was assured that the stylist Melonie could cut my hair. The haircut was a total disaster. The parting was zig zag in all different directions. She did not blend my cut; she literally just used a #3 guard and that’s it. I had to go to another qualified barber to correct the haircut the best he could. Because the parting looked like a 3 year old did it; I had to cut off more hair to get the parting correct. I called back to the shop to ask for a refund and to also let management know about my experience and that I was not happy with the services I received. The manager Stacy was rude, no empathy whatsoever and she hung up in my face. Eventually I was offered a refund but when I made it to the shop to get my money back; Stacy was gone for the day. She stated that I could come back on Thursday to get my refund. At this point, they can keep the 23.94. Please do your research before proceeding with a hair cut here. I have pictures that speak volumes of the services I received.

Ive gotten several good haircuts at this location and Ive never had any issues with them in the past. But after arriving today they first turned me away saying that they were closed. They eventually said they were kidding, but that they were tired from a long day. They asked me what kind of haircut I wanted, and then all 3 stylists proceeded to tell me that I was better off going somewhere else. They werent good at ethnic hair (even though they said that they could do both Asian and Hispanic hair) without even bothering to ask if I still didnt mind getting a haircut. On top of that, one of the stylists HAD cut my hair before (and did a good job) but joined in to tell me I was better off going somewhere else.I will NEVER go back to this place as apparently they will not provide service to people whose hair doesnt meet their standards.

R U D E energy here. I’m also pretty sure that my hair dresser was on pills. But, I’m not entirely disappointed with my cut.
