Most expensive oil change I’ve ever paid for. They replaced my bulb over my license plate and didn’t even put the plastic cover on right where they took it off to get to the light bulb and left the old bulb in my trunk instead of throwing it away. They were messing with it for over 10 minutes to try and put it back together and that’s how they left it in the photos. I went back the next morning and one of the techs said “it came apart again?” They actually broke 2 of the tabs and had to order replacements so once again, I have to go back for them to try and fix it. The one checking my fluids told me he couldn’t add windshield fluid because my tank has a leak and won’t hold it. That’s funny because my tank is brand new and I’ve been using my windshield fluid with no issues. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They didn’t even offer anything for my inconvenience that they caused.

Terrible experience. When I got home I noticed oil dripping all over my garage. It appears the gentlemen (Juan) who poured the oil into my Jeep, poured most of the oil all over my engine. There was basically a waterfall of oil coming down the drivers side of my engine all over my suspension, drive shaft, tie rods, outside fender wells, etc. I have spent an hour trying as best I can to clean all of the oil off of my Jeep and my garage floor. Of course, that is the last time I will take any of our cars to the Valvoline on 3501 W Walnut St.in Rogers, Arkansas.

Im not sure of the names of the two gentlemen who worked on my truck on 4/26/21 but they did an outstanding job. Not only did I request an oil change but I asked to look at my indoor cabin air filter as well. With a little YouTube help we were able to figure out how to get one of the pieces of trim off to by the glove compartment to reach the filter. As for the video, we watched it together and I assumed he wasnt offended because I didnt know how to help him and Im sure he didnt want to break anything on my truck. He took his time and was very careful not to damage anything. With that being said, I told him since it took this long to get to the filter, change it anyway. Once we got to the filter it actually looked almost brand new and he suggested that a new filter wouldnt be needed at this time. After all that work, he was looking out for my pocket book. Two thumbs up! Also, the gentlemen under the hood did the same thing with the engine air filter. He showed it to me and suggested that the filter is still in good shape and a new filter wouldnt be needed at this time. I know this is long but its not very often you get folks that work for a business out to make money saving the customer money! Job well done fellas! By the way, service was quick, fast, and friendly and they also reset my oil life percentage reading and provided a new sticker for the window. Thank you!

Recently I had them do an oil change and tire rotation. As far as I know they did okay on the oil change. After the tire rotation, I asked the tech if they reset the tire positions for the tire pressure monitoring system. I was given a deer-in-the-headlights look. After I explained what that meant, I was simply told No, we dont do that.You make money doing tire rotations; would it kill you to buy a TPMS relearn tool? Then the next day while on the interstate, ONE OF MY WHEEL CENTER CAPS FLEW OFF!! Nothing like this has ever happened in my entire ownership of this vehicle. Obviously it was not reinstalled correctly after the tire rotation. Now I have to replace the center cap. Not worth saving a couple of bucks to have this kind of experience.

Wonderful experiences every time I go here, this is the only place we bring our vehicles now. It’s a bit more expensive than Walmart but the quality of service and speed that things get done more than make up for it. I’m always confident they will take good care of my car here. Went on lunch break hoping to get in and out and they did not disappoint. There were already 2 cars in the bays, and I was directed to pull into the third one. They instantly greeted me and we got started. Both employees that interacted with me were professional and courteous.There were additional services offered at the end, but I didnt feel like they were pushed on me, just explained and we moved on. Entire time spent from start to finish was maybe 15 min. It was awesome. The base price was slightly more than other places, but I felt the additional cost was well worth the confidence that they did a good job and the quickness in which they got me in and out.Will recommend Jackson, Gavin, and his staff. Horrible place. Do not take your vehicle here. Wife got an oil change and they sold her everything they could that was unnecessary. (Air filters, windshield wipers) Have a pretty new car and never have had any issues. After they finished replacing air filters, wipers, etc...the next day the check engine light came on. Car starter cutting off at every stoplight and when idling low. Took car back and called for a month. Manager was never available and did not end up fixing vehicles problems. Stated the sensors were in areas they were not working. (not true) Just too coincidental that we never had any problems and now after an oil change these issues arise?

Quick service with friendly people. Appreciate there honesty. I asked for a tire rotation but they recommended against it based on tread depth. Would have been easy to charge me for something I didnt need!

First the tech are efficient at changing your oil, but make sure you understand any add on like getting windshield wiper blades installed, I heard the tech say $29.95 , after installing wipers he told me I owed $89 bucks , I brought my own oil and filters which was reasonable at $33 bucks and some change , but wipers costing almost $60 bucks and warranty for only 6 months is way too expensive, I dont care how fast they change your oil because they say in reviews fastest oil change , sometimes fast is not always good . So if you go to Valvoline to get your oil changed just get that and you be alright dont buy any of the add on items.

Price is double what I paid when I went to Walmart, but the service and detail I got at the Rogers location was amazing! Everyone I interacted with was so incredibly polite and thorough. I found out they will even change the oil if you come in minutes before closing, which I didn’t but that’s good service. I called Firestone and was told there was a 4 day waitlist, would definitely recommend Valvoline.

These guys are amazing!I went about a month ago to have my oil changed. After a few days, I noticed I was dripping oil. I called the shop, they asked me to bring it back in so they could look at it. They cleaned up the oil and sent me on my way. So then, a few weeks went by and after driving around one night, we came home and my car was smoking! I called the shop the next morning and they sent a tech to my house to inspect my car. I was so impressed that they made house calls and drove an hour to check my car for me. He even brought an oil filter and new oil in the event he would need to redo my oil change. Mr. Jackson was very pleasant and informative about what was going on.Then, on his way back to the shop, he called and told me to bring my car back in so he could check to see if anything was dripping on my exhaust to make it smoke. I brought my car back and after further inspection, they discovered that my drain plug had a small leak and had been burning on my exhaust, causing it to smoke. They called the auto parts store, got me a new drain plug and replaced it for free. All I can say is.. “wow!” These guys went above and beyond to help me out. Very professional and kind. I’ll definitely continue to get my oil changed here.

Horrible place my wife took her hummer h3 in for oil change less than 24 hours later the oil light came on I checked the oil no oil on dip stick two managers came to my car lot where the h3 was they checked it and added 2 quarts they said it was dry underneath the car and no signs of leakes now the car smokes like a chimney loss of power I left Walmart this am and same thing happend I was right by the store stoped in for them to check it they refused to even check oil cause I have a open claims case I will be talking to my attorney first thing in the am

I had my car serviced in mid May. They did not tighten the screws on the engine guard under my car and in about 150 miles it became disconected and dragged for miles until I could get it home. I had just exited 49 South on Walnut and had just been driving 70 mph. They have been telling me since June they will replace it and that it is being shipped. They will call me. It is July 22 today and havent heard a word. I wouldnt use them again.

First time at one of these Valvoline locations. It’s a tad pricier than other places but the service rep Jackson really made it worth it. He took the time to actually go over my vehicle and explain everything they were doing. He even went out of his way to fix a couple of small issues I wouldn’t want think most oil change places would bother looking at. All in all an awesome experience for me and I definitely recommend.

Pricey, but you pay for the convenience. (My vehicle takes over 6 qts of synthetic, so it was over $100) Stayed in vehicle and oil change was done quickly.

The oil i need for my car is often not stocked at other places, but this place had it on hand as well as my uncommon air filter. Highly recommend this place. Never have I ever been to a place that goes above and beyond explaining the why behind what needs to be serviced. Staff are all courteous and genuine about providing top-notch customer experience. Its also pretty cool staying inside the car while service is being done. I will definitely be back!

Instant oil change is a misnomer in my experience here. I drive an Enterprise Fleet Vehicle, and dont have much time for oil changes, but the folks here have to get approval from Enterprise. Instead of a quick phone call to approve an oil change, they try to upsell Enterprise. Somehow they got Enterprise to approve wiper replacement and tire rotation and I didnt have time for that. The van was 2 months old and had 9,500 miles. Before I knew why it was taking so long, they had already replaced the wiper blades at a cost to Enterprise of $60. Its now 6 months later, and the passenger side wiper blade broke because it was frozen to the windshield when I turned on the wipers. Drove it in to Valvoline for them to replace it, waited 10 minutes for them to approve warranty replacement. Asked if it would be more than another 5 minutes and the response was Yes!. So I drove away never to return. They do not respect their customers time.

Came in yesterday for an oil change in my truck, the manager Kyle was absolutely outstanding according to several of my co-workers. Having had terrible experiences with the management in Florida around the Orlando area, (I believe there’s too much pressure put on them by their upper management) this experience was absolutely incredible. Definitely a breath of fresh air to receive quick and friendly service (even tho I wasn’t spending a lot.)I’m not sure about other shops, but all Valvoline’s should use this area as a reference/model for their stores. Absolute pleasure. Thanks again to Kyle, and the rest of the management team!

The manager truly cares about running a top notch shop and it shows. Great attention to detail, and they get the job done right the first time. Hasnt happened to me, but if they do make a mistake, Ive witnessed them going the extra effort to correct it and make it right. I trust them implicitly.

First time going to Valvoline good customer services and good price! I liked that I got to stay in my car and watch them work on my car. And I like that hey heck all the basic like the headlights, taillights, turn signal, fluids and other stuff. And the guy who was helping me he showed my engine filter vs a new one and he recommended that I changed it. And of course I did. And I got to watch them do it while I’m in my car. Really good customer service! I’m definitely coming back!

I normally change my own oil but when have not had time my wife and I have had our oil changed here several times in the last few years. I have also had them flush the transmission on a couple trucks. Service has always been fairly quick and friendly. They do bring up other things like air filters and general maintenance due by mileage but they dont try to hard upsell you or find a long list of not so import work to rack up the bill like some quick oil change places do.

They were very professional and nice but for the price I could have changed my oil at least twice at home. $104.01 for 1 oil change is too much and won’t happen again.

When I first came to this Valvoline Store, all I wanted was a fast, cheap oil change. But what I found was a crackerjack service station that is eager and able to handle all the routine service on my 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Bart and his staff are well-trained, informative, honest and personable. Best of all ... they helped me to save money by pointing me towards coupon offers and other values. This is now MY store, and always will be.

This place broke something on my tire. It was 18 degrees outside..little piece of metal on my tire snapped off...its life, things happen.They Immediately got ahold of Firestone, paid for it be fixed.And had me on way in no time.This is the only place in the country that I didnt have to fight with to fix their mistakes.Incredibly professional.Kyle came out the next morning to make sure Firestone did what they needed to do.I will definitely return for their business.Thanks guys

Lots of new faces here today. Over an hour for an oil change, air filter and tire rotation. Chaos. Nothing is getting done in a timely matter and new folks are more pushy on the extras. And they dont check batteries any more. Not much reason to come here anymore.

I would HATE to be in this business competing against these guys...insanely professional, and very fast. I did not even have to get out of my car. Felt like I was at the Dr’s office, except 10x faster. The crew knew their stuff, and I was very impressed. If you need an oil change, this is the place.

Left my oil cap off causing me to lose some oil from the rough road I live on. I found this out after hearing a noise from my motor and taking it down the street from them to be checked out. When I went back to the Valvoline place the guys acted sympathetic, however only gave me a $15 off coupon for my next service (that I would be a moron to take them up on). They said that they would tell the manager and have him call me, but no one ever did.

Im changing my 5 star review from a year or more ago to 2 stars. The old team at this location was awesome. Friendly and fast. It really stood out above the rest. Service has gone downhill in my past few oil changes.Yesterday I pulled up for an oil change and the young guy who checked me in told me Id be done in about 15 minutes. I had to turn my truck off, of course, so there was no AC and I had my young sleeping child in the backseat. After 15-20 minutes of sitting in the heat, nothing had been done on my truck. I asked the guy who checked me in why and he said they didnt have the right part for the car next to me, so they had to go to O Rileys to get one and after they were done with that car, theyd get to mine.I told him that I would have appreciated knowing there was a delay because I wouldnt have stayed in my truck with no AC with a child had I known. He said, Its better than going to Walmart. (Its a lot more expensive too...) He left and then came back over a few minutes later just to say, That guy has been waiting here for almost an hour and youve only been waiting 15 minutes. So unprofessional! If the guy in the other car had been there for an hour and his car still wasnt done, WHY DID THIS (rude) TECH TELL ME MINE WOULD TAKE 15 MINUTES? I will not be returning to Valvoline.

1st time I was here they used their top of the line Euro-oil and they got my odometer reading wrong. at this time I had around 115,000 miles and sd I needed an oil change at 155,000. I came back again a few months later and a red hair tech did not apologize and told me the printer must have been out of order and this was the reason for the mileage error. on my 2nd visit the tech said my oil was sludgy and all oil is only good for 3000 miles. When I came in the 1st time the tech sd the Euro-oil is good for over 5000 miles. I gave them 2 stars because you can get in w/o appointment.

Theyre extremely professional, they explain absolutely everything theyre about to do, theyre super friendly, they offer free WiFi and cold & hot drinks inside; I could go on and on. Its like a Kauffman Tire mixed with a Valvoline Instant Oil Change, not just an instant oil change place where they quickly switch your oil and on the receipt itll say they checked & filled 10 other things, but theyre not filled when you get home. This place is one of a kind. Highly recommended!

They dont give you any options they just change your oil and before you know it you owe 100 dollars I have never paid 100 dollars for a oil change I go to the Cadillac dealership and it only cost 51 dollars what are they pulling at Valvoline they are ripping people off I will never go there again.

Ok ladies and gentlemen I dont take the extra time to praise companys often. So this is something Id take into consideration. This is the best shop Ive been to I think ever for maintenance needs. Everytime Im here they get done in a timely manner and they always remember me. They never push for parts I dont need but are sure to explain the benefits of getting certain maintenance done that you didnt know needed to be done or wasnt planning on. The prices are comparable or lower than most local shops. I definitely recommend giving them a shot next time you need some vehicle care.

One of the only places in NWA that doesn’t work for commission or try to upsell you on any of their services. It’s a drive thru oil change with the greatest mechanics working to guarantee an excellent experience. Kyle worked on my car and gave me a discount for being a first time guest. I’m beyond impressed. Valvoline exceeded all of my expectations; I’m definitely coming back in the future!

Good service but do not fall victim to the “ya need a new air filter” gimmick air filters get dirty over time it’s not till they start to succumb to corrosion do they need to be replaced

Suggested a transmission fluid change, wanting to do whats best for my car, I agreed. My transmission went out within days. They had put the wrong kind of fluid in. They would not help correct the situation in ANY way. Corporate would also not help. Do not walk, RUN away from this awful service.
