The customer service at this location was top notch. I will highly recommend this location to all of my friends and family. Wyatt, Braylon and Chris were all very helpful and kind. Chris was even kind enough to give me a ride back to the body shop where my car was waiting for me to pick up!

I had a problem with getting a rental through my insurance and I felt like there was fault at both ends of the insurance and enterprise. Over the confusing situation the gentleman that helped me kept me cool. The next day Braylon the manager set things right with me. I appreciate that he called and helped me out. Thank you

I reserved the car using the call center. I had no idea what kind of car I would getThey told me on the day of the reservation to call the local number and request immediate pickup. I did that and was told that the earliest they could pick me up was over an hour and a half later. So I had to wait. They took me back to get the car which took some time but I finally get in the car and I dont know how to adjust the seats, or steering wheel. Im going to have to read the manual tonight to get it adjusted for me. Needless to say, they dont have great customer service and their call center really needs to better inform the person what they need to do on or before the day of pick up to schedule a time to be picked up.

As a divorced mom, I travel frequently to shuttle the kids back and forth to their dad’s. I don’t trust my old minivan with long distances, so I rent cars for these exchanges. I used to bounce between Budget and Enterprise, but now I am a sole Enterprise customer. There are only good things to say about the team they have working there. Braylon has always helped us and handles everything, giving me peace of mind. Honestly, I should consider buying stock in this company! If the upper management works as hard and courteously as the people who greet you at the door, this company is going to be around for a long time. Thank you for always providing excellent service and taking the worries out of co-parenting and long distance traveling. See you next month!

Didnt have to wait. The manager is awesome! I was checked in & on my way in 10 minutes. I even showed up 2 hours early. I was given a free upgrade & since I am a gold member, my deposit was cut. Recommend this location over any other nearby location.

Booked online. The process was easy. Went the next day to the store. The paperwork only took a couple of minutes and the car was ready and waiting. Car was clean and in great shape. I will be renting from them in the future when I need to.Thanks!

Great customer service experience!I came in 15 minutes before closing and I hate to do that, but I needed a car immediately. A gentleman by the name of Braylon was more than happy to help me and get me going in a timely manner. Wasn’t disappointed with the car or the with the customer service. My experience with Enterprise at Rogers is excellent!!! This location sells out very quick, so I try to reserve car rentals in advance! I use enterprise on a regular basis and renting a car for more than year at the Rogers location. They does a great job.Thanks for the great and friendly service from all staff members

This is the last time Ill do business with Enterprise. Typically the car is fine every time I rent, but every time Ive been up there, they throw a new policy at me that I have never had before and claim theyve always had it. If that were the case all of my rentals at Enterprise would have gone the same way, but they never have. If you are going to use a policy to collect extra money, then that should be clearly stated before the renter comes in to pick up the car, not as you are charging the credit card.

Extremely friendly fast service. They picked me up at the repair shop and I was able to leave the car there when I was done. Had a mechanical issue come up in the car and they got me a replacement immediately., no hassle.

One of the worst Enterprise location, when you are going for a car upgrade make sure you check the unlimited miles on it, or they will scam you by charging for the miles too, even though your original reservation says unlimited mileage on it and they will not inform you in advance. There is this guy at Rogers location who was very arrogant and disrespectful in the way he handled the issue when I confronted him about the miles charge they charged after returning the car and he was so arrogant to give his name and instead gave his manager name Jonathan, but luckily when I contacted the corporate to file a complaint about the charge and the behavior of this person, they gave me his Employee Id as E202SB when I told them that I will write a review about the experience. Ive been renting cars through Enterprise for some time and this is my worst ever experience. I booked a car using corporate code which had unlimited miles on it, but when I visited enterprise I got an upgrade on the car and they removed the unlimited mileage on the car and charged me for the miles too which they did not inform me about.The guy E202SB at the counter says, when using a corporate code you will not get unlimited mileage on it and if you need something like that, then you should not use corporate code and instead call them in advance and ask for a weekend rental or some deal. And this is only done at ROGERS Enterprise, AR which I got to know from corporate and dont know what kind of location preferences Enterprise got them. I would like someone from Enterprise to look into this issue and do the needful.

Bleh.. terrible company policies regarding credit card use. I have several credit cards and debit cards. And was willing to have them keep one on file for whatever may have occurred that I would owe for as well as leave a substantial cash deposit, a thousand dollars, which is the deductible that would have to be paid should something happen. My credit cards did not have enough of a credit line to cover the cost of the rental, but I was paying with cash and leaving a thousand dollar cash deposit and leaving a very active and current job to do this. But was told company policy required there be enough available credit line to cover any costs. Thought that was what the cash would do???...Only reason two stars and not one is. Because of the two employees were there were perfect professional and . As someone who deals with customer service issues and customer complaints daily, I know how important that initial point if contact is, and those two guys were flawless.. great job to those two..

Ive reserved a sedan premium vehicle for labor day weekend but I went to pick up the vehicle, there were no premium vehicles and they gave me a full size sedan base model Kia Optima. The vechile doesnt have enough pickup or control and we faced lot of trouble while travelling on the mountain roads of Colorado. We had driven around 2000miles with great difficulty and tried to change the vechile at couple of enterprise locations but none of the employees are ready to do it as they have other reservations that have to be fulfilled. If the employee at my location have thought about securing a premium vechile for my reservation my drive would have been much more comfortable.

Went to the Springdale location first- they were very nice, but they were out of cars and told me to come back the next day. Called the next day and they were still out of cars. Eventually I called the Rogers location and they apologized and got me in a car within an 30min of calling.

I had to get a rental car for an insurance claim while my car was in the shop. he check out process when first getting the car was okay. The car had a really strong stale smell and it had just been returned and cleaned so that couldnt have been from sitting unused. My biggest issue with the whole thing was what happened after returning the vehicle. I picked the car up on a thursday and returned in the following tuesday morning. When picking up, I prepaid for an entire week and was told I would be refunded for the days I didnt use. However, I checked my email tuesday afternoon and saw that they had charged me an extra $120. Without any sort of communication with me as to WHY this charge was being made. I contacted the office and was able to get it refunded (turns out it was a mistake and the guy forgot to refund it) but they also still had to refund me for the days I didnt use.

I booked them to pick up at 7:45, one hour later someone showed up. Great customer services at the office they apologized for all the inconveniences. After I dropped off the rent car I noticed that I left the control of my garage door in the rent car. I went to the office the next day. The guy who cleaned the car found it returned to the office then after that it got lost. So sad that nobody can assist me in this location to find something I accidentally left in the rent car.

The insurance they try to sell you is ridiculous in price. And i never made aware of the $200 (+ the cost of the rental) deposit. It didnt make sense to charge my card $296 to then later refund it and charge just the $96. I can say i will not get a rental from here again.
