Ive used this automotive repair shop numerous times over the last 10 years. It may look rough and seedy but the owner, Martine is a highly skilled and experienced mechanic who does quality repairs and is honest in his work ethics. He will not cheat you or say you need unnecessary repairs. Best of all Ive found them to be far less expensive than other repair garages.

They got my motorcycle after it was stolen and damaged... and I was unable to pick up my bike the same day... he told me he wouldnt raise my fee if I picked it up the next day.

Have never met a more honest, professional, prompt, and fair priced mechanic. The best experience we have ever had with towing and fixing our truck engine. Great people!

My truck threw an alternator belt in the middle of Rogers, Arkansas and I found the number for this towing service online. At first, they were not going to be able to fix it at the end of the day since they were busy. I told them that I was 75 miles from home and they immediately said that they would get it fixed today. They were awesome! They came out and picked up my truck, and then one of their mechanics dropped what he was doing and put a new belt on for me. They were polite and friendly and got me back on the road quickly. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

One of the nicest people I have ever met, went above and beyond what anyone else would have done to make sure I was taken care of. And this was over a holiday weekend. Highly recommend.

I would leave zero stars if possible. This company towed my vehicle this morning without my consent and damaged the tires in the process.I asked them to simply move it out of the way of traffic, but they took it to their lot and impounded it.

I have worked with La Frontera twice now and they have been amazing both times. The first time was back in January when my parents cars ignition switch broke. The Ford dealership was going to charge us $300 plus labor to fix it and it would take 3 days and we would also have to have it towed on top of that. La Frontera came and towed it and fixed it within 24 hours all for $175, which was also less than what they had quoted us.Recently, the brakes went out on my fairly new used car. Firestone was going to charge me over $800 to get them fixed. La Frontera towed it and fixed it within two days for $300. Again, it took less time than the other shop quoted, less money, and their final price was cheaper than their estimate.I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.

Do not let this business provide towing for you. I had a low profile car towed by this place as they were in the process of loading the vehicle my front bumper was dragged off and scratched. The young man tried denying the damage that I witnessed. I refused to pay unless they provided me a written statement that they would repair the damages. I paid and will not be taking it back as they want to place a screw to hold it in place. Very disappointed and feel like this company is unethical and dishonest.

My mother in laws Facebook post says it all...For some time my car has been an adventure to drive, so very seldom left Bentonville, acually more than three miles from home, when did leave only took back roads, with the front end shaking, shemmie, thump, bump, and the transmission slip in and out of gear, only going 15 MPH, yet 4,000 RPMS. Well that is now history, praise God and loving family that allows God to use them to serve , in such awesome ways. Have two new front tires, new tie rod ends, front end alignment , new sprak plugs and wires, several other things but at this very moment cant remember. The point is God IS GOOD. Today i drove to Fayettville, on hwy 49, have not driven since the new part had opened up, so took a minute to realize where i was, but again God is good. There is much joy having the freedom a car give a person, i am blessed beyond words. Since Janie Sue and Bill are no longer in business, try La Frontera Auto Repair, in Rogers, they are nice people , and actually figured out my cars problem. Have had at dealer ship several times, spent lots of money, yet never fixed. may i also state the last time at dealership they said would be several thousand dollars, more money than value of my car. Am so grateful, my car is now happy , me too. Have a blessed day. God is good.
