Went above and beyond to help me select best tire size for my truck. Even mounted a tire for free so make sure it fit. Size ended up being too big, so they remounted a corrected size. Great prices too

I went to Plaza Tires for an oil change the young man who helped me was Emanuel. He was very polite and made me feel great with my decisions on my car needs. First time using Plaza Tires. I must admit it was a very pleasant experience all the staff was very friendly and the prices I thought to be fair. They had me in and out in about 1 hour 30 minutes to do 4 tires and a all wheel allighnment. I was very pleased with the service and will be using them again in the future.

Best tire shop. Craig and the guys are always helpful efficient and courteous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else except in the tire world I guess there are brand/manufacturer agreements where one shop can’t carry all the top brands.

I’d heard mixed reviews on plaza, but I called for stock and appointment time. They took me right in. Gave me 4 options on my tire model. I left my vehicle and they called me within an hour. Over all a very smooth operation. A guy checked me out and took his time to explain their road hazard warranty. Overall I’m very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommend.

I would give them more stars if I could! Cant say enough great things about this place in Rogers. Ive never been there before today. (4-8-21) I got there 15min before closing. I believe his name was Kevin, he was behind the desk. 2 men were in the shop. I had ran over a screw and needed a patch. They were friendly, fast, and the price was awesome. The waiting area and shop was very clean and organized. Even though I was there at closing, they were all friendly. I highly recommend this place and will brag on them to any1 who needs any of their services.

I feel they did answer some of my questions. They sold me a new set of tires of my 2nd choice. They did not have my 1st choice in stock. I feel that they took advantage of a lady because they kept finding something ’else’ to make their quota for the day. Now I have a problem with my air conditioner that I did not have before, because they put a new filter in it. And the NITRO air they ‘recommended’ has caused me to lose 5-6 mikes per gallon in fuel. My tires are bouncing and they did not before. I went with the name I new that were already on the car so I knew their value to me. So I am very displeased at this point. I had coupons from another place that would have given me a $100 discount but they had no such discount. If I had gone to the other place of business I still would have had the tires that I chose but for $100 less and I would not have felt like I was an easy target for someone to take advantage of.

Great and friendly service, but lack of mask wearing is the reason behind the low rating. Did not feel comfortable checking in/out with someone not wearing a mask. There is some social distancing, but thats not a constant with items being traded back and forth.With infection and death rates peaking, youd think that Every precaution would be in place without a request. Sadly the check-in desk didnt even put one on when I inquired about it. They offered to have the car sanitized and a masked person to drive the car, but these need to the default. Small sacrifices help avoid the big one.

I have received tire service from places like Tire Tracks and Firestone but Plaza was by far the the easiest and pleasant experience! It was not busy but I was able to get in and out in 30 minutes for a tire patch. I love that it’s right down the road from me! I will be back! Thank you!

Got new tires today as well as a quick oil change. Walked in w/no appointment and they took care of me pretty quick and had the tires on hand for staggered 20s. Normally got a wait at other local places for them to be ordered so I was super happy. I had looked at their website before going and it said they had them at the one I went to. Always a bonus when the online and physical “inventory” actually match up and are accurate. Clean and cool inside and staff was nice. Will come again for my next set of tires for sure. Thanks.

I picked up a screw in my truck tire this week and was able to make it to Plaza looking to patch it. Unfortunately it was in a spot it couldn’t be repaired and my tires overall were nearing the end of their life. Kevin gave me a couple options for replacement and set me up for install quickly. Once the tires arrived, I was in and out in around an hour. Good customer communication and timely service. Only thing that would’ve made it a 5-Star would have been having the tires in stock so I could have been fully served on the first day.

While traveling from out of town, noticed my tire pressure was low. Arrived an hour before closing time. They got me in right away, repaired the tire and I was back on the road in no time!

This was my first time going to Plaza and I was completely satisfied. I made an appointment online for Monday afternoon to check my brakes. By noon the next day, my car had brand new brakes and a realignment at a great price. So efficient and the people were so great! Jose communicated with me several times from the time I dropped the car off to when it was fixed the next day. I couldn’t have been more happy with the service I received at Plaza!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I had a construction screw in my tire. I went to a place that I was told could help me prior to them. When I got to the other place, I watched the guy stare at me while eating for a good 10-15 minutes before he moved my truck. Almost immediately after he came inside and told me he can’t help me because of the location of the screw. I came to Plaza tire with the intention on purchasing a new tire. It was almost closing time when I got there because of my work schedule. They were EXTREMELY helpful. The tech took my truck back and came and told me he is patching my tire because there was more than enough room on the tire. To top it off they didn’t charge me for patching the tire. I will definitely be back for all of my tire needs!!

Amazing customer service and quick team! My car battery died and I needed it changed ASAP. I took it over to Plaza Tire Service in Rogers and was helped by some awesome staff. Kevin was very professional and called to keep me updated on everything and even called to tell me that my brake pads were getting low. I didnt know this, so I was very happy he called to ask if I wanted them replaced while my car was there. I dropped my car off at 8am and was able to pick it back up by 10:30am (on a Saturday!). In addition to having excellent service, the prices were great too. I was expecting to pay a lot, but was surprised when the total come in way less than i thought. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I went up there at 7:30 to get new tires and an old change. After 2 and a 1/2 hours they broke my valves steam on my truck Then try to tell me it was my fault. When I put this on the Internet They ask me to please remove it. I agree to remove it as they were supposed to fix my truck. Now they tell me the vows deal isnt reading and they will have to order a nother one after wasting 4 hours of my time . But the main thing is the ask me to remove this so people would not see it

Great service and super nice and knowledgeable staff. I just had an oil and filter change plus some other filters that need changing before a road trip.

The service is 5 star. Very fast, helpful staff, great tire selection.The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because none of the employees wear masks or sanitize their hands. Customers are not required to wear masks either. For a business that deals with being inside the public’s vehicles and working closely with people out of their household it seems counter-intuitive for a masks and sanitizer to not be used.

I got a flat that day and had called EVERYWHERE in Bentonville I could think of before resorting to something in Rogers (because of the distance I would have to drive with my dinky spare). This was the ONLY tire/car shop that 1) had my size 2) could fit me in last minute and 3) had the NICEST people helping me. They got it done super quickly and did an amazing job! 10/10 would go here again and 10/10 they gained a loyal customer.

I took a group of teenage girls on a weekend trip to Bentonville. My tire light came on as soon as we got into town. The next morning I ran by Plaza Tire Service to have them check my tires. It was going to be at least a 45 min wait. The girls and I had scheduled plans and couldnt wait that long. The guy working there kindly checked the air pressure in all my tires and told me it was more than likely a censor since all tires were at max pressure. Instead of having to wait 45 min, I was in and out in 5 min. Best service ever.

When my 16 year old daughter had a horrible experience at the local Sams Club Tire, waiting 3 to 4 hrs just to hear them say there was no nail or hole in her tire, I called Plaza Tire on New Hope.. Mr. Craig answered the phone and immediately said to send her to them.. that they would fix the flat right away.. When I asked how much it would be for them to help her, he said there would be no charge after the experience she had already had at Sams. 10 minutes after she arrived, Plaza Tire took the car into their garage.. and 10 minutes later the hole had been found & repaired.. and she was finally on her way home..
