The worst customer service Ive dealt with in a LONG, LONG time. Wed go weeks without hearing anything on the status of our job. Months after our first diagnosis appt. the tech finally showed up and charged us an insane amount of money for the repair..... absolutely no prior communication on what the cost would be. If we would have know what it was going to cost to fix a 9 year old fridge we would have said forget it. I then contacted the company expressing my frustrations and the response was basically yea we are horrible at everything we do, Ill look into this for you. No response since then, which was a month ago now. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Fast service. The tech was super fast and professional.

We had a really bad experience with Gliedt and would hope to never do business with them again in the future. From missing appointments, to not communicating delays, long waits between appointments, we finally went back to our retailer and got a new machine. If it were just the machines issues, there wouldnt be a problem. But Gliedt and its tech handled everything so poorly, I would definitely think twice about having them come out.

Paul and Rico were fantastic! They worked us into their schedule two days in a row and stayed late at our house to make sure we were taken care of. Their office stayed in communication with us to keep us updated on when they would be at our house.We can tell this is a very well organized company and they really care about their customers.Thank you so much for your help!
