Please read the update.We are very disappointed. Not only did the technician scuff up the wall of our laundry room, but also he also overcharged us for parts and labor. We will not be doing business with this appliance repair service again.Update: After listening to our concerns, our technician did everything he could to explain the charges for parts and labor. We really appreciate his desire to make sure we are happy.

So, the guy is here right now and I dont think Ive ever had a repair person diagnose the issue so quickly, get down to business so fast and be so focused on fixing the issue. Was impressed .... Wait, gotta start over ... so he just called me into the kitchen to show me that he fixed my fridge, but he didnt just fix the ice delivery flipper that was the original problem, but he fixed two other issues that I was told were either design flaws or wore out parts. All of the issues were traced back to a solenoid that was bad, but no other repairperson had ever checked that!!So - in summary - I still have the other companys magnet on my fridge, but I put an X through it so I will know NOT to call them again. Until he retires, Warren Doc is my Appliance Doctor speed dial guy!!!

This appliance repair service actually diagnoses and REPAIRS if at all possible! Bud Anderson tried to get me to buy a $12k HVAC that I absolutely dis NOT need. Thankfully I wasnt approved for their payment plan, and the Appliance Doc came to the rescue! He found a piece of ventilation had gotten into my duct system, clogging everything up! Fixed it in no time. And even looked at my other issue while he was there. GREAT, HONEST SERVJCE!!! I will only use him for all appliance issues from NOW ON!!

My refridgerator quit working on Labor Day Weekend. I called and left a message with The Appliance Doctors and he called me on Labor Day and scheduled a repair appointment for the following day. He arrived at my house that afternoon and had a motor replaced in about 30 minutes. The technician was a little rushed and rough around the edges but got my fridge up and running quickly and affordably and I appreciated it very much!

They never called me back. I ended up committing that I was gonna have to buy a new dishwasher so I decided to pull it out and take it completely apart. Found a small piece of glass in the drain pump. Cleaned all my seals, put it back together and works like new again. Im glad they never returned my calls. The knowledge I gained from doing it myself was worth the stress. Thanks for nothing Appliance Doctors.

Doc provided amazing and timely service. Was able to quickly and accurately identify the issue with my GE refrigerator and fix it accordingly at a very low cost. Even provided me with options and ideas for what to do while we waited for parts to ship in. Thank you!

I highly recommend this service for appliance repair. He was professional, timely, and didnt charge for a service I thought we needed but didnt. He called 15 min before he was to arrive so we could take the necessary cautions with Covid and wiped down the area where he worked when he finished. I really appreciate the fix, which he attended to quickly. Thank you so much! We will use him again.

Doc is truly an appliance doctor - he diagnoses the problem and then heals it promptly! He has worked on my 20+ year-old refrigerator twice, first repairing the automatic ice maker a year ago, then 8 months later it stopped cooling altogether, and he replaced significant parts so it works like new! The parts were delayed due to pandemic manufacturing issues, but as soon as it arrived, he came to install it. A few weeks later, we had him come in to work on the dryer that I thought was dying before my eyes. He immediately knew it was a minor plastic clip and fixed it in 10 minutes. Outstanding service, very conscious and careful regarding Covid protocols, and he has an adorable sidekick who loves to ride in the truck with him! Dont hesitate - call Doc for your repair and youll never have to worry about appliance repairs again.

He must be sexist, because he emailed my husband and said to call him about details. My husband was out, so I called him. All he said was that he had talked to my husband. Then when he got here he told him he had told me to open all the windows but had to reschedule us because I didnt. Then at least he let us know he didnt want to service us instead of leading us on. Also look out. He said we had to open all doors and windows and we couldnt be in our house. The other appliance repair company we called had no such protocols. Maybe he wanted to steal from us. Im glad we went another route. If we could give them no stars we would.

I am not only impressed with their service which is amazing and reasonable but the thing that impressed me the most today was his social distancing during his visit due to Covid-19! He texted and let me know his arrival time and where he would be working and remained social distancing the whole time he was here! This is the Guy to USE!!!! He is Quick!!! He is professional. He gets it the job DONE!!! Our dryer went out and he came in, knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in no time at all. I would highly recommend him for all your appliance repairs.
