The first time I went I waited two hrs almost but I like the work! Today I went in for a simple fix and polish change..,,, she didn’t remove all the old polish, didn’t file smooth, and it’s very bumpy looking! Not to mention the polish , was basically empty. N had separated which made it streaky, look closely at my picture! Inside it look okayyy, when I got home I was so upset! I was charged 30$ for one fix n a sorry polish change! So mad

I love this place! I only have the younger male do my nails but he does an amazing job. They dont charge for fixing nails if you have gel polish on your set and they havent charged me for the basic nail designs Ive gotten either. They value relationships with their clients more than an extra $5

Very poor customer service experience. Not all African Americans are the same. Thats 1. 2. The elderly gentlemen should be a door greeter not a nail tech. Next time clip the toe nail and ASK the customs if they want glue on their natural toe. Upsurd. So I left and Im never that desperate to return. Please improve.🦋

My Aunt and I were first time customers for a deluxe pedicure that was great. Place was busy, but staff made us feel welcome. The two gentlemen that did our pedicures conversated the whole time, which we appreciated. Nothing like someone working on you on mute. Pricing was comparable. We will go back.

Wouldnt take my dog here for anything unless the younger guy is there. The younger lady is rude and picks who is next. She uses dirty tools and over charges. I waited 40 min last time with only 2 customers there. Another lady walked in so I left. Because she let her in front of me. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I had the best experience so far in the Rocky Mount or Nashville area. He took time to soak my nails in acetone to remove the powder dip I had on, instead of ruining my nails with the dremel tool. He took his time and re-did one nail that didnt look perfect. He was so friendly and did an excellent job. Highly recommend this salon. Ask for the guy with the spiked hair. I went on a Thursday at 4 and there was no wait.

Open on Sundays YAY 1 STAR. Took forehead temp asked me to wash hands on entering was GREAT 2nd STAR. Did a good job on my brows theyre PERFECT 1st try... 3rd STAR.... then for eyebrow wax room... no disposable cover on the table... a cloth cover on it...do you really think they wash and dry it between patrons?... no, but I was probably the 1st customer. NO 3RD STAR. got a large gob of wax in my hair I felt she tried to get it out but no... she was going to let me leave like that (like Im still in the back room Im about to walk out but see it in the mirror and have to ask how Im supposed to get this out of my hair)

Had a pedicure with gel polish, within 3 hours the shine was off, very dull looking. I went back next day and asked if I could just get a new color. (Thinking that maybe that polish was old). The lady said no we just sand down some and re-polish. I said ok. As the nails were drying I could tell the shine was slowing fading in again. The young man said it was the color I chose. I was trying to explain I would like something else. Very rude. Lost my business for good!

Absolutely beautiful nails. Worth the money. Ive had some bad experiences but this place was beyond awesome.

This place used to be my favorite to come, I dont know if they changed administrator, but very poor customer service, they want to charge you ridiculously, and they want to impose what they want to do on your nails. I think you come to these places to do in your nails what the customer wants, not the way around, they didnt like the fact that I wanted to do regular nail polish in my toes, they wanted to charge me FIVE dollars to remove my gel polish. This never happened before, I changed my mind and I told them to do just my nails, but they refused to do gel in my nails because I had acrylic in one nail and they told me that I had to fill in, I told them I didnt want it, they just wont want to do it, so I left. Terrible service, never again! Very disappointing.

The service was amazing. Did a very good job on my feet and my nails. My sister an law and I tryed them because our regular place was flooded. The only reason why I gave three stars was the price. They charged 75 for a manicure and pedicure no fauls nail just regular manicure with gel polish. That was 20 to 25 more than everywhere else. Over all the service and people are amazing.

I got a pedicure done. It was great from beginning to end! I feel like I have brand new feet! I really enjoyed the hot stones! If only they could do the paraffin wax, it wouldve been a grand slam for me!

Terrible... could have done a better job myself. Looked nice inside, but my man was very rude and short with me. He rushed through the gel polish and it looks awful! Paint is on the back of my hands and all around nails. There are drips of paint on my nails and it looks bumpy and terrible! There was a piece of hair in my finished nails and he was going to send me home like that, but I asked him to redo that one. He cut my nails too short even though I asked him not to. Never going back! Waste of time and money.

I literally asked to get my nails taken off that’s it, and they told me to soak my nails for 10-15 minutes. I waited 30 freaking minutes for them to get to me, took my own nails off but two since they took forever. They got everyone before me I was thinking h it was going to take 10 minutes at least. HE CHARGED ME $10 just for two nails. do not go to this place.

After having artificial nails applied after recommendation from staff , after 3 weeks went to have them removed , and it was very painful . I have now lost part of one of my nails , and would not recommend the business .

I have been looking for a new place to get my nails done. Did my research on Google and found this place. I must say I was not disappointed at all! The pedicure I got was amazing and so was the manicure. I love my nails. So happy they are open on Sundays! Will def be going again

I have been going to the Nail Spa for numerous years!! Everyone I have come in contact with were professional and nice; except the owner. He is a very discourteous man. I do not suggest anyone receive services from him. Trust me; just say no !!

Today was my very first time going, and I loved it... They were short staffed and still managed to make everyone comfortable.They take very good care of their customers and they do an awesome job with the services that the provide..another plus is they are open on Sundays!!!!I love this place and I will be coming again!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I asked for dip powder. They used no UV light so they never dried. They rubbed them and the top coat was sticky and clumped up. They asked me to pay and I refused. Told me I could come back later and they would fix.... that won’t be happening!

Oh my gosh. Ive been searching for a nail salon that is professional and clean and IVE FOUND IT!!! The job is even and paint is coated perfectly. They also have extremely sanitary work stations and nail products. Not only are they clean but they are very friendly and family oriented! I wont go anywhere else!!

Busy on Saturday afternoon and the staff was super friendly and the leg massage was heavenly!

I’m here visiting and decided to get a pedi and full set while here. Very nice salon. Service was awesome and the music is perfect! This will be my nail spot whenever I come to Rocky Mount.

I got my nails powder dipped and they turned out absolutely beautiful and lasted so much longer than any other I have ever tried. I have found my nail salon heaven!

Owner has bad attitude and bad service. 1st time and last time. The owner let me get comfortable in pedicure chair and allowed my nails to soak but them left out.. came back in and said there is a charge to take gel polish off my toes. I said no thank u and I will not be coming back nor would I leave a good experience rating. He wanted me to pay for my gel polish to come off just because I didnt want gel polish but i chose regular polish this time. I have never paid for gel polish to be taking off before getting a pedicure. Bad service and I do not recommend anyone to visit this place. They should closed down.

They need hot wet towels for after your nails are done., n offer small water or soda

My wife and i just left and we had a Ball. The shop is clean and sterile. Nice soft music in the background. And Muoi is the best technician to goto. I will only use her. Very attentive and she wont leave you and do someone else. I reserve Muoi now everytime I go.

They tried to put Acrylic oh my Nails and tell me that it was gel . After I let him know that I knew the difference between the two, he had an attitude. Then he did a horrible job. I will never step foot in there again. DONT GO TO THIS SALON TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!!!! WARNING!!!!

I visited this place from out of town with my family. My pedicure was great. My sisters mani was good as well. What wasnt good was the gel mani my mother received. The man applied a red polish which was wrong, she wanted purple. Instead of taking the red polish off and applying the purple as a paying customer, he applys the purple over the red. This isnt good quality and it didnt make me happy paying $35 plus a tip for a terrible job. If you want happy customers do your job in customer service.
