The nail tech that did my mother’s nails had bad customer service. In the case that my family returns we will not be supporting this particular nail tech. I’m rating this 3 stars because my my nail tech and the woman who did her pedi was polite and did a great job. It’s unfortunate that she was made to feel uncomfortable supporting this business.

Lady was nice but she cut my ankle bone using the metal callus scraper. She didnt say anything about it but did know she did it bc she stopped when she felt her do it but didnt say anything else. She finished up and still didnt address it. I dont get my feet done too many times not sure if I will try for a while again.

Pros:This place has very fast service. I was able to get a pedicure on my lunch break. There wasnt a line to wait either and I was helped quickly.Cons: People are stuffed like sardines in the back for pedicures. It felt like a sweat shop. I paid $65 and the service was subpar for a $35 pedicure and the other $30 was the charge for removing my dip nail polish and getting gel color. There was no massage, she didnt properly care for my feet cutting me with the tools she used. My 6 year old could paint toes better than the tech I saw. The attitudes here arent friendly at allIf youre desperate or short for time, this is a great place to go

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!🤨🤨🤨 I knew there was areason I stopped coming here two years ago. I wanted to see if things had chaned since then. NADA!!Work was rushed and poor quality. Kept telling me they couldnt do this or that design excelpt on gel. 😒

Did a real GOOD job on my toe nails. We are from out of state, Missouri, were just passing thru. I will come back, the next time we are in town.....🙂

I went on a Sunday and the service that I received for my pedicure was good I cant say it was great because she missed a step in my pedicure process but my toes are okay the Polish could have been better now when it came to my full set she was trying to charge me $40 for a full set regular with no shape and no design when she find out it was not going to be a high-priced nail set she did a sloppy job my nails are sloppy I have nail polish on my fingers which was not removed off and my nails are oddly shaped I will not be going here no more for my nails

I went on a Sunday to this salon & had to wait over 45 minutes for a pedicure. I also got a manicure and wanted gel polish but she did regular & I just let it go because I wanted to get out of there. She painted my nails so quickly & sloppily. The clear top coat looks so bad. It was $53 for a basic pedicure and a poorly done manicure.

Wife says this is the best nail place in Rocky Mount. I even went with her this time for a pedicure! If youve never been before, try it at least once, be sure you take advantage of the massage chairs too!

I was the only customer left in the pedi area for 30 minutes soaking in cold water. All I wanted was hot water. Wait my turn . They may be nice to regulars and rude to someone from outta town. They killin they tip. How unfortunate 😕

The nail tech burned my skin around my toes with the electric filer then she cut my skin with the cuticle clippers and acted offended when I asked her not to use it on my other foot. Pedicure service was over and done with in 10 mins. I decided not to get my full set because of the terrible pedicure service I received.

This is the worst service Ive ever received! I just gave them $80 and now need to go somewhere else to get my nails and toes fixed! I will never give this place business again

WORST NAIL SALON EVERRRRRR!!!!! I came in after a 10hr Drive and showed the Male Nail Tech A design i wanted and asked him could he do it he said yes but he doesnt have the Colors😏😏😏 Finally we Agreed on a Gel Full Set & This guy forgot to put a clear coat on top Anddddd told me its okay to leave before they dried. Very Unprofessional. I was in town for a few hours so sad i cant go back and make them fix THEIR MISTAKE!!!

First time going to a manicure place. Told staff it was my first time. They never tried to make me feel comfortable. They actually carried on conversations among themselves in a different language. This made me very uncomfortable. I felt like they were talking about me & I would never know. I think this place of business is very disrespectful by not speaking English. I will NEVER EVER go back.

Finally said just go clear and one coat on nails of what she had in drawer. Not even sure it was a polish. $35 for less than I could have done at home

Horrible services. I walked in,signed the book indicating i wanted a manicure and my niece was getting a pedicure. My niece was taken to the back to receive services while i waited in the lobby area for an hour and a half. i finally said something. i was then put at a station only to sit there 30 more minutes. i complained because they had me get out of the seat to take another customer that had just walked in the door. I was told the guy station they placed me at does not do acrylic nails. What the Heck. My thing was please just communicate with me. The manager got nasty telling me other people are waiting because they wanted a certain person to do their nails. i explained to him that had nothing to do with me. Needless to say i left with no services. They are rude rude rude.

Worst Service Ever...Kept tell the lady she was hurting my foot. She wasnt satisfied until she caused my feet to bleed.. Then tried to apologize. I will never go back again. Then tried to charge full price! Oh No!

Went in to get my lashes done and they are supposed to last 2 weeks or depending on your lashes, I usually keep up with my lashes pretty good and know what I’m doing with them, well I had given them a few weeks to breath with no extensions I went back to get them put on thought I’d try a new place. They lasted me about 2 hours I got home went to sit down and thought I had a spider on my shirt.. nope was just missing half my eye lashes I just JUST got done... well I thought okay I’ll go have her fix them tomorrow no biggie... woke up to “spiders” in my pillow.... not really jsut the rest of my eye lashes that are supposed to last a week. I won’t be back but on another not they where somewhat friendly!

I was on vacation from DC. I felt like the tech rushed! I got a fill-in and was in and out in 20 minutes! They should call this place SPEEDY NAILS!!! I felt like the quality was poor. I will not visit again or recommend anyone passing through the area.

Im new to the area and I struggled with finding a good nail salon. I stopped in to get a fill and I love nail tip design work. At first everything was going well. I asked for a tip design and was given it in regular polish. No big deal. The top coat was a thin layer, and then the nail never dried after waiting over 20 minutes for them to dry. I asked the gentleman if they were dry he said, Yes So we left well within 5 minute they were messed up. I immediately came back only for them to charge me another 20$ to fix their mistake and me to not end up with the design i wanted. NEVER EVER GOING BACK.

I love Pi but the only one I let do my nails is number 10. She take her time and do great work. Also Paul and his wife are great too.

I came to get my toes repolished because when I got home a hour later to get in the bed my toes were smeared why did it take that long to dry I tried to explain to her that the lady put two different clear coats on and instead of listening she tried to argue like I messed my feet up. Out of the years that I been coming here I will never step foot in pi nails again.. she was very rude and wanted to argue instead of fixing the problem...yes ..Im the girl with the colorful dreads. Save your money and go somewhere else ...

I went in last week to get my nails done for graduation. I got gel nails and the next day my nails were chipped. I went back to have it fixed and 2 days later almost all my nails were chipped. The products look old and it did not look like gel to me!!!! They overcharged me 20 dollars as well! I will never go back to PI!

The absolute worst as usual...it had been months..i should have known better. Idk whats worst, the work or the customer service. They are not in the least concerned if you like their service or not. She was very nonchalant as I told her what i didnt like. ( I was not rude or ugly...I hate when we do that) but I could tell by her demeanor that correction would have left me in worst shape(so I understand why we do that). I will NOT return! I think im just gonna shave my damn eyebrows off! Ugggggh! I do have a $30 gift certificate if anyone is interested in purchasing it!

This place is horrible , I got a fill in last week , I was trying out a new salon since I was back home. They charged me $27 for a fill in and one of my nails has already broken. They kept pressuring me to get gel because it last longer but I have been doing just fine with regular polish until I went to them. The woman did a horrible job on my nails I had to get one nail put on and it’s shaped differently from the others. I’m so confused on how it cost $27 for a fill in that looked this bad plus I got my nails cut down so length should not have been a problem. Where I’m from my nails be super long and it’s only $20 for a fill in and they look great! So ladies consider before you come to this horrible establishment.

I just had the worst customer service. I asked more than 4 times to have my nail done right and still wasnt correct. I was told to talk to manager to make a complaint. While talking to manager he turned his back away and said hes tired and needs a nap and doesnt care about my needs. He was rude and loud and disrespectful. He said he only only cares for his employees and not his Customers. He admitted he does not like his job and his role as a manger at the store is to sit around and chill a do nothing. Worst place Ive ever been too. If no respect is given then no job well done will be given to customer.

I will never go to this nail salon again. The lady that did my nails and toes was in such a hurry that she rushed. My acrylic was coming off within a couple of me having the nails. Most of my nails were either to short or to long. I would not recommend them to anybody their service is terrible! Waste of $94!

They are very unprofessional. One woman started doing my nails and then switched me off to another lady. Why idk. I got a full liquid gel set, I had to go back to get five nails redone because they werent done right. They are expensive and u have to pay extra for everything. I will never go there again.
