We had recently moved and a package was sent to our old address. Instead of of Re-addressing it and send it back through the system. Chris went out of his way to drop it off at our new location. (I did try and call his manager but could never get him in the office). But wanted someone to know there are awesome drivers right here in RM.

Day 2 of waiting for a package that shows on map being 2 or 3 min away and not deliver. Haad text alerts saying its on the way a few stops away. Saw the truck even passed through my street ending up at another location on map 2 min away near city hall. Wishful thinking hell come back this way. Only to see the truck back at their hub for the night. Smh.Lets see if day 3 is wasted as well.

The experience from this UPS has been terrible! My package has been at the warehouse since Saturday and still no delivery. It was suppose to arrive on Monday and it never showed. I am waiting all day today and don’t have hope that it will show up today! This is the worst service ever. I called customer service and the agent FRANK had a nasty attitude. Next time I will just pick up at the store. I don’t trust this UPS with ntn. FEDEX would never be this way! That are so much better than UPS!!

1-18-21 & 1-19-21, I stayed home both days waiting for my package. I received an alert both days that the delivery was attempted, but there was no one here. I don’t understand they always leave the package at the door. I watched the ups driver drive by my home and didn’t even look this way. My camera caught this also. They are not doing their job properly. Then I call and can get anyone, always a automated machine. Smh. Where’s my package. Good help is hard to find no these days impossible. Rocky Mount NC...

The UPS driver delivered the package on time, but left it at the driveway, and reported it as “delivery left on front porch”. The recipients were not able to retrieve the package, and therefore someone else had to retrieve it and take it to the them as they are elderly. The driver merely did not want to go to the house 800 feet away. Sad.

Received my notifications that my shipment was out for delivery Delivery. I waited at home all day with excitement but the package never arrived. Around 7:30pm I received notification from Best Buy that my package was refused and is being returned.I promptly called both Best Buy and UPS to try to stop the return. UPS customer service told me that the package was scanned on HWY 42 West instead of East and the homeowner at the house on the wrong side of town refused the package.I just don’t understand why they didn’t try calling me for directions or rerouting the gps to make sure they were at the correct house.I don’t know who this driver is but he ruined Christmas for my son.The driver set the package as refused/return to shipper.It’s Christmas and because of this driver error “mistake“ or lie, I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my refund and there will be no Christmas gift for my oldest son.This is really messed up! I cried all day yesterday because of this drivers error right here at Christmas.

Never meet the estimated timeframe. Truck has been in the same location about 2 hours so the follow my package map is pointless. Highly inconvenient to even attempt to do a pickup. So I hate having anything shipped through them. Never have this issue with FedEx. I have regular shipments & when I get notifications that ups is bringing it I already expect the runaround & delays. Covid has nothing to do with the sorry service provided if anything made it extremely worse so they can hide behind that excuse.

Will not deliver if they can’t visibly see the package on top of the pile!!! And it doesn’t matter how bad you need it. Also can’t get in touch with a single soul in the facility!

I live in a Senior complex. Majority of delivery personnel do not knock on the door or anything other than dump the package and run. You find out you have a package because you hear that speeding truck change gears or you cant get the storm door open! That is same way they drive on 301 in the afternoon -speedy.Again! Another package left and no tap on door and definitely NO knock!!!!!

Too bad a negative star is not available. The worst service ever, they have missed every pickup for the last 2 weeks, but the driver showed as being picked up. Have waited all day for a call back in 1 hour, still no show for the pickup that was missed yesterday.

Anytime I sell something fragile or valuable on eBay I use UPS to ship it. I feel like they take more care in the handling of your package,especially after watching a USPS mailman throw an iPhone 7 from their truck to the porch as to not have to get out... This facility is great and Ive had nothing but great experiences here.

The website says my package was delivered today and left in my front door at 6:02 p.m. I was home my front door was wide open I have no package I can I get ahold of you PS were anything to figure out why is says it was delivered but I have no package not very pleased I dont know how my get my package and if Im be out the money I spent from my package

My package (Xmas gift) was supposed to be delivered on Dec 24 and said it was out for delivery but never came. Delivery was pushed back to Dec 26 and was out for delivery but again never came. They never even tried today. Really getting frustrated and will probably call them if my package isnt delivered by Monday.😡

Oh my I just looooooove me some UPS because I always get the option to pick up my packages on the UPS app! Soon as I get the tracking info and put it in the UPS app and select the UPS location to pick up from and wala it is done! Easy, Quick, Fast pickup!
