Wouldn’t take my business here again. They have a $5.00 minimum and the cost of the package I needed to ship with a prepaid label was $1.50. I do not carry cash and they would not take my card because it was below their five dollar minimum. Cheap way to do business and I’m not spending money on the little items in your store just to increase my ticket. I’ll head on over to the post office. Would not return. Would not recommend.Update: Free packaging at the post office! I had a prepaid label for a return item ordered online. Why would I pay you $1.50 at the postal annex who doesn’t want to take my card anyways?

Absolutely exceeds my expectations for every service. Store was clean with very visual signs to help shoppers practice 6ft distancing. Staff (Lacey) tremendously helpful to customers in front of me and those who came in after. Cannot find a better service for mailing / shipping needs, fax, passport pics, and specialty gift items.

I had a WONDERFUL experience. The women there were very friendly and they do passports there!!!! I even got my passport pic taken there and it was great! No line, friendly/happy people (unlike the post office). And to top it all off, they had the cutest stuff in there to shop for.I will DEFINITELY be using them again!

Winstead.They have all the basic shipping supplies. They offer notary services for a reasonable price. Do business here!

This place is great! Staff is so friendly, they welcomed me to the neighborhood/city. Since theres no FedEX in Rocky Mount, you can bring it here and itll ship! You can compare prices between FedEx, USPS, and UPS! You can print, and copy labels. They sell shipping supplies and shipping packages and boxes of ALL sizes. This place is my to-go to for shipping stuff!

I was looking to ship something before went to work but the UPS in Rocky Mount closes at 11am and 9pm. This place is great staff is great and very kind. I will be doing more shipping with them from now on.

I visit each and or every few months, friends and fam in Rocky Mount, NC.I see a Few bad negative comments but i m not seeing that nor my fam when we visit #PostalAnnexwe always pass on thru to either fax, and or get a lil few things there, or even to receive a fax, we need. Mainly they are a VERY friendly, yet professional team of women there, i like LACEY. Not all places whether in South to here in NYC NJ jtri-state are like that, so i m glad they are.adios.
