I have done business with a number of UPS Stores over the years and I will tell you first hand that no two UPS Stores are the same. This location is family run and run by far the most efficiently I have experienced at ANY UPS location. They are very personable, polite, and even remember you by first name. I can honestly say that I am impressed and hope that every UPS store can learn a thing or two from this store. Thanks so much for your hard work and helping my small business thrive!

Just mailed a broken bottle of Vitamin C that I had purchased from Amazon back to Amazon. The fellow at the UPS store took care of everything. Took less than 5 minutes. Very impressed.

I mailed a package (a returned iphone) on 12/14/2020 (in my mind before the holidays) and the company still has not received it.TWO WEEKS later! whats more disturbing is there is no update of movement at all. Now i work in customer service and i am empathetic towards things but as a consumer thats being charged 200.00 for a phone i already returned im upset. I ship here all the time and they are nice people even today after leaving I knew the worker had tried his best but unfortunately its still bs. He told me the mail person that picks mail up from them sometimes dont scan packages correctly (aka do their job) which in turn wouldnt even tell the system the package has been picked up. He gave me the number to a local annex which i was happy with until I called waited for 30 mins and was hung up on without a hello even. Now ive tried to call them several times with no help. I understand its the holidays but its no reason anyone should be allowed to drop the ball. Change your job if its too much now im out of 200.00 and not trusting to the shipping process.

They were professional in every way, I had an insurance claim that took me quite some time to get finished and resolved and they were with me every step of the way. Would call the claims department while staying on the phone with me and doing everything they could to help. Idk if I can drop a name but the man in charge of claims at this store was above and beyond a professional and I suggest you guys keep him. Thanks for all the help!

These guys are great! Twice I’ve found myself on a time crunch with important printing needs. Service was prompt quality was great. I have a need for their services often , but when I do they never disappoint.
