Best tech dont believe it mess up your phone

I was having trouble with my Samsung Note 8 cell phone. It needed a new battery plus was having some other issues. I dropped it off with Melvin. He replaced the battery and cleaned out the charging port, but the phone still has issues and wont charge properly. I tried to pay for the battery and services, but Melvin would not take any payment. He said they have a No fix, no pay policy. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you, Melvin, and Sunset Computer Techs.

Great service fast and reliable with my iPhone repair. Just wish they would’ve replaced it with an iPhone screen cause now i have an error message every time I unlock my phone that will not go away. Now I have to go get another screen put in from Best Buy

Melvin is very unprofessional in May 2020 phone was unable to be fixed was unaware they have a 30 day policy they get rid of your devices keep in-mind I never signed anything and was unaware months later I’m looking for my device can’t find it just wanted to see if they have it.they gave me the runaround claimed a look through some boxes saying that the computer should’ve sent out a reminder text (never received) they try to fast talk bottom line they are very unprofessional.they need to Work on communication with their customer especially in a pandemic where everything is all over the place I will never do business with them Melvin clearly have personal issues because he wanted to argue With me like I was his woman disgustingIn response to the owner that does not explain your communication is still very poor we’re not saying it’s your responsibility to keep me in touch the fact that it was not made clear to post a sign somewhere in the corner of your store not making it know courtesy and communication would’ve been nice just like I responded to you guys and thank you for the attempt to fix the phone a nice courtesy would’ve been like hey you have 30 days to pick up your device just as a courtesy reminder thank you People always want to justify that the customers are always wrong no is your business and is your job to make sure your customers know what’s going on not up oh well like I said you’re a pitiful and disgusting Melvin was so rude

Never disappointed.1st visit they replaced the lens on my Samsung phone for the camera.2nd. visit I needed my laptop repaired.They diagnosed properly and repaired quickly.Very friendly staff.I would definitely recommend them, (which I have) and will go back if I ever need a computer or phone repair.

If I go into details it would be to long of a post but I’m a single mom effected by the current pandemic so when my six year old broke my laptop I was devastated I couldn’t afford a high end quality and all cheaper models were sold out so I took it in. Although Mr Melvin and Jeff spent hours looking at my device they didn’t charge me due to not being able to fix the problem. When I tell you they are honest hardworking people because anyone else would have still charged for that time. If you are looking for someone to trust choose them you won’t be disappointed! They also gave me suggestions on how to do a temp fix until I’m able to purchase another

I went in to get my phone battery replaced and laptop repaired. The service was friendly, the repair was fast and very reasonably priced. I actually ended up buying another computer from them and the repaired one is going to make a great christmas present for my nephew. I highly reccomend them if you need your computer or phone worked on.

Their was a virus on my computer and I took it to multiple locations where I was told that I would have to wipe my computer. This was very bad news being that I needed the information on the computer because it was really important. When I came to SunsetComputer Works they not only removed the virus but also kept the data that I needed. The service was fast, friendly, and at a reasonable price. I WOULD RECOMMEND this to anyone who needed their computer fixed. They also fix phones and iPads.

The staff was great. Really knowledgeable. Their price was competitive with Raleigh stores and they worked wonders. My Iphone traveled 2 miles on the hood of my car before it flew off onto old rt 64. I found it an hour later after at least one car ran it over. The screen had exploded. Via phone, the Apple Store told me I would need a new phone and I could kiss my photos goodbye. I was distraught. The guys at Sunset took the old screen off, put on a new one, and voila, its like new. Most importantly, I was able to retrieve all 400 of my family photos. Thanks SCT!!!
