I have been using CoolGeeks services for 4 or more years and the experience(s)have been great. My first experience with their services was when I purchased my first laptop, they were helpful in recommending the different programs that were available on my laptop to keep it running at its very best. i have made several purchases also in which I have been well pleased. My overall experiences has been where Ifeel I have received great service and will continue to receive great service.

Top service and a great price. CoolGeeks have repaired my laptop - which was pretty much dead - nothing was working. It is now running like it was when new!

Great service

Poor customer service. Nothing was completed in the time frame that was scheduled. Left my computer for repairs and never got it back. Sold me another one with the promise of it being similar to the one they either lost or sold. And its no good it doesnt work and they refuse to return my money. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND THE OWNER SHOULD SEEK ANGER MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESSES MANAGEMENT COURSES.

When I found this place I was so happy because they dont just work on computers, they work on almost any electronic. I highly recommend this place because they are friendly and very reasonable with their prices and are willing to negotiate with you.

So happy I found these guys! My Macbook was crashing over multiple times, and I was so scared I had lost all of the data. I took it to Apple and they couldn’t do anything for me.these guys sure enough they fixed it the same day and at a reasonable price! ...(Thumbs up)

Nope, won’t be going here. Called to ask for a quote and they said a diagnostic would be $25, maybe more, and that I would have to likely leave it there for days. The administrative assistant put me on hold for several minutes to get to this conclusion. Ok, that’s fine. I call the next place and actually seem to know what’s up within 30 seconds and how to pinpoint my problem- they tell me to come in, no cost for a diagnostic and would only have to leave computer there if surgery is needed. I’m sure coolgeeks know computers but even calling them was stressful and sounded expensive- I’m down $25-50 before I even know what’s wrong with the computer? That would be ok if they fixed the computer and then credited diagnostic to the repair costs, I would get that, I know it takes time to do diagnostics...The answer was clear though, not choosing coolgeeks....

First of all I got HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the owner of this establishment. He is extremely unprofessional when it comes to his customers, he often times comes off as entitled. And last but not least he isn’t paying his dues to his own company 🤷🏽‍♂️ You’ve been warned.

Terrible experience.The owner failed to meet promised repair date and charged for labor on a tablet they did not repair. I was civil but displeased and said if I couldnt have a full refund then we would have to go to civil court. The owner, Terry, threatened to call my employer and my spouses employee because he said I had no right to disagree...Whatever that means. It is appalling that a business owners immediate reaction is get customers in trouble or even fired over a billing dispute. I had high hopes that a downtown business could succeed, but now I must advise people to avoid Cool Geeks. The broken promise was troubling, the labor charge dispute was unfortunate, but the owner actively seeking to tarnish a customers employment is a first for me and strangely dispicable.

These guys can never seem to follow dates and are always behind when they tell me itll be ready. The first time I thought it was a mistake but again? I wont be coming back. Plus these guys come off as entitled and talk to me like Im dumb and wont understand how computers work when that is far from the truth. Rude service. Please take your business elsewhere.
