5/1 at 1:50 pm we visited this location. The line started to form to to the abundance amount of stuff 2 people were buying and male clerk didn’t know how to ring up stuff. My boyfriend asked if the female cashier could help prank she rolled his eyes at him and gave him attitude! Nice hire Shell!! You know how to hire great customer service.

I fueled my car for $70 from the v type gas, after finishing fueling the car , I started the engine but it wouldn’t start. Then I wait and the car start working. When I hit the highway the car stopped working again. Fortunately, I stopped safely and called the dealer and said it’s bad gas. I have the resets of the damaged shell’s gas caused to my car. You could’ve imagined what would happen to and my baby if we couldn’t make at the highway.

I wisited their carwash today and this is what happened during the wash. Needless to say I had glass all over the car, kids started screaming and crying, and above all, when I addressed the issue to the so called manager, she was beyond rude, unprofessional and with an attitude clearily showing she could not care less. Also, I was told corporate is going to call me, nobody did. So frustrating!

Best gas prices lures one to take conversion for a fill .Shell meeting the car needs and Loop meeting travel needs...In a neat location in Rockling shopping.

Nice gas prices, not bad for the surrounding area.

This is a newer shell station. We often stop there on our way up to Tahoe because of the nice and clean bathrooms (and to get gas). No dice today. BATHROOMS ARE OUT OF ORDER. :(

My first experience in the store was fine but when I came to pump my fuel didnt give me any fuel they only gave me water mixed fuelDrove away after putting $40 my gas light is still on the truck turned off on me in the freeway now I have to pay a mechanic to fix my vehicle this gas station should be shut down

I just put 20 dollars on gas it was reading like it was pumping gas got into my car and my gas light is still on they didnt give me no gas the customer service when I told them about it the said it was my car gas gange ive had my car for 6 years my car gas light work at it should no problem with my car its a problem with them Stealing customers money

Wouldn’t complain but service was refused because I was paying with $100, seriously just cashed my check and didn’t bother to ask for smaller bills. Lady working said she couldn’t break the bill, I asked for a manager she said oh well they can’t break the bill either because they can’t get into safe. So kinda confused on what they would do if they had five customers in a row with $100, refuse service??? well they just lost mine. And the next person with $100.. bulls**t

The folks at shell save me money for every dollar I spend. They go out of their way for their customers! Thanks guys! Each everyone of you

I just bought two corn dogs. The catsup and mustard bottles were empty, I asked if they had more and I was told that was all they had. When I went to my car and took a bite the corn dog was cold, some of it was warm but it was mostly cold straight from the refrigerator, they came out of the hot case. I took them back in and put them on the counter and told them they were cold and they just looked at me.

Paid $60 in gas, n accidentally pulled off w/o pumping. Cane back 20 minutes later &the manager said i was screwed. The other attendant working said she could check the camera to see how much I paid, and if I did or did not pump my gas. The manager refused to let her check the cameras. I think that manger totally pocketed my money!!!if a manager is reading this, this happend on 12/17/19, by a very overweight woman claiming to be the manager.

Trash management. I get off late for work every night and I stop here to get gas and smokes. Supposedly its 24 hours but the door is locked and no one is answering the phone. 4th time this has Happened
