I really love this store in general, for the great prices, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and having certain products available that even Walmart doesnt have most of the time. Here recently though, the customer service has seemed to be lacking. There also seems to be an issue with the digital coupons. My most recent visit, I tried using the digital coupons and they failed to come up on the register. I pulled out my phone and showed the cashier that I had in fact marked the coupons but was informed she could not do anything about the issue. I had thus issue before and it was corrected before by another employee. It may not seem like a big deal to most. However, I am on a fixed income and losing out on 3 or 4 dollars is a big deal to me. Especially since this establishment is my go to store for most everything. Hopefully the issue with the site is fixed or the employees are able to start handling any issues with this at the register, if proof is provided. Still love this store, and will continue to shop here, just hope things are worked out soon. Thank you!

Had what we needed, had working restrooms, was a good place to stop for snacks on way back from the beach

Fantastic customer service. I had to stop to use the bathroom, which I would not normally do at Dollar General, as they dont have evident public bathrooms, but the young man working as a cashier was so kind and understanding and immediately allowed me to use the bathrooms made for their employees. One had to go back into a room and hall that was full of merchandise that anyone could steal of they were dishonest, but he trusted me and understood the emergency we all have sometimes. This occasion was caused by too much coffee! 😁😂 Nicely stocked and neat, as well.

Great little store for quick shopping. Can find some real gems there at great prices including clothing, garden tools and much more. I found what I needed for lunch and supper. Only lacks fresh fruits and veggies, but otherwise a good store.

I love dollar general @ they have great products for all your household needs at low prices! They also offer digital coupons which save alot of money on items especially laundry soap, softner dryer sheets, unstopables or fireworks, air fresheners, toilet paper, paper towels, many other items as well as over all purchases so I definitely recommend downloading the app and setting up your coupons. They also have great clearance sells!

There was like 10 people in line and the lady at register moved slow as molasses she held up the line for a good 25 minutes. Then a boy walked in that worked there and caught up flow within 3 minutes and she found it hilarious. I dont like to be disrespectful or out of the way but successful businesses dont hire and keep non motivated employees.

Its your basic Dollar General, store is over packed with good deals mostly. You can find a great deal if you just look. The store is old and shows its age, the people are friendly and helpful. A convenient store for us if we need something fast.

Had to stop in while on a road trip traveling through. Quintana showed amazing customer service skills. It was nice to have a positive experience in a small town DG.

This place has about everything you need for fast shopping. Problem is that it takes a very long time at the check out. There is always just one register open an the person that is supposed to be there is always doing something else instead of checking customers out.

Customer service #1 Hwy Rockingham store sucks!!! Those black people rude as hell & they act like it kills them wait on you.

Customer service sucks and the aisles are always so crowded with stuff that you cannot get down them. Always messy and always a long wait with only 1 register open all the time. Going to start going to IGA instead of this place. If a customer knows how to get digital copies sold on their phones, they should know how to use them at the register instead of the cashier having to figure it out for them and hold up the line thats already crowded in the first place.

I was traveling through there on Sunday and purchased a cord because my phone was out of charge . Bought this duracell charging thinking it would work. It did not went to exchange it and brought to the attention of a red headed girl with glasses then we had to wait. I got worse when the other female refuse to exchange it or fund fund us our money . This store is a tourists robbery trap. I am going to report it to the BBB and the attorney general of North Carolina and Im waiting for that paper work. I told the girl what I was going to do and she acted like a thug.
