Love the selection of themed party supplies as well as the more generic. Everything from bridal shower, Baby shower, 1st birthday, kid birthday, milestone birthdays and every holiday and special occasion. The staff is friendly, courteous and always helpful.

The best place in town for birthday supplies, luaus, diy wedding catering, baby showers, etc only place in town with some costume and cosplay items year round too. Fun just to browse.

Capt. Party has a lot of stuff! I was there early in the day and it was easy to keep distance from others without disrupting my shopping. I was just browsing and didnt ask for help from staff. I did overhear another customer ask for help finding a specific item, and the staff member quickly helped her find it. Checkout was fast. Capt Party has plexiglass shields in place and is following the pandemic safety guidelines.

Phenomenal customer service and amazing employees that were very personable. When they talk about shopping local, its businesses like Capt. Party that really earn your support. To make it even better, their main guy is a pirate. CRAZY RIGHT?!?

Great place to pick up party items. Costumes, decorations, staff is friendly and quite helpful. If it is a specific theme you ar looking for, they will do their best to get you set up.. have shopped here for years and will continue to do so. Reccomend shop.

Bought a fog machine and it was defective, they were very helpful and exchanged it with no hassles. Nice staff, good selection of party stuff.

I stopped in there briefly to look for themed birthday paper and to my disappointment they didnt have what I wanted unfortunately. I think it is too crowded and too much stuff and not enough space. Also there was no one to wait on you (I was going to ask about the themed paper) and that was irritating to me. I wont be going back in there . I have heard people talking about it and rave over it not to me there isnt anything good to say about it. I am sure there are people might enjoy this place but it may not be for everybody.

It is a little bit tight in the store. But they have a lot of stuff so thats understandable and the prices are extremely reasonable. Ive been going there for several years now for New Years Eve stuff. Love it!

Great place to get just about anything you need for all kinds of parties! I was surprised they had two different themed party plates/napkins/cups I couldnt find anywhere else! Not to mention the staff was very friendly and helped me find another item at their sister store that I had checked all around town for! If you need party supplies dont run all over town just go here!

Large store with tons of party decorations for (almost) every occasion and theme. I feel like theyre way overpriced on most items, but if you can afford it then knock yourself out. I only shop here for items I cant find anywhere else and to blow up balloons Ive bought elsewhere. The staff has always been friendly, but it can be tricky trying to get their attention unless you wait in line at the register.

I recently went here to purchase a few supplies for an office party. Its sort of overwhelming at first and a bit cluttery, but every aisle is labeled by party type, so it was surprisingly easy to find what I needed. Overall, Im satisfied.

One staff member only spoke when I walked in it was 3 people working and no one asked me if I needed help the only reason theres one star cause it wouldnt post unless I put in something other wise it wouldve been no stars

Great place to get decorating supplies for not having a birthday party!

Had never been here before...the salespeople were very helpful and nice. Found everything I needed. The alize are just a little tight if the store is full of customers.

There was a very good selection of decorations and party supplies, however, it is extremely expensive!! I was there for paper plates with footballs on them. And mind you they were just plain football plates not even a franchised team and for 8 plates they wanted $5.89. I think that is absolutely insane!!! Its very unfortunate too because I have not been able to find plates like that anywhere else for my sons birthday party.

They ruined our graduation party by failing to inform us the balloons needed to be treated and BLATANTLY told us they would last over night WHEN THEY CLEARLY DID NOT. And then failed to fix the problem when addressed and WHERE EXTREMELY RUDE. And wanted us to pay the same amount to fix the problem they made ?!? DO NOT RECOMMEND
