Neat and organized. Very well stocked. Friendly staff. Not bad price for sandwich/quart/gallon bags.

My mom and I were shopping for Fourth of July stuff and celebration material and there is an employee not sure what his name is but he wore glasses he had short hair and stuff but anyway he really had a bad attitude and was kind of aggressive or throwing some of our stuff over to the bagging area. Good thing I’m not here that often.

Walked in to the Dollar tree and it seemed very busy. Saw people without masks and boxes everywhere. Toys in different bins and things scattered across the floor. People walked around without masks and the place was buzzing. We went in and left with nothing. The place offers not variety to items and the Dollar Tree has never been a favorite of mine, selling very cheap items, almost expired food and damaged merchandise. I would not recommend.

Has alot of great stuff and truly everything is a $1.

This location is messy and has questionable selection, but Dollar Trees in general (this one included) have a variety of options for a great price.

A good place to get things for cheap, such as cards, toys, bins, birthday party supplies, and more. I take my kids here to pick out presents they can give others or to let them pick out a reward for themselves.

A typical dollar tree, I think they overcharged me on 3 of my greeting cards though.

Good deals, everything is a dollar. They have school supplies, candy, birthday and holiday cards, very cheap toys (havent bought their toys yet), food, cleaning supplies, and lots of holiday items. We go here to find decorations for holidays. We also have found cool drink glasses. Some of the school supplies are good, but some are cheap. Great place for poster board. The isles are sometimes messy, but that doesnt bother me. I keep coming back to see what new stuff they have to offer. 50% of the time I dont buy anything, but I do like looking around this store.

My daughter left her BRAND NEW toy at the Halloween store next door.... I was so upset (because we live all the way over in Murray). The Halloween store didn’t have a direct line, so I couldn’t talk to a live person to find it and hold it for us. So I call this dollar store, and spoke with a Bobby. She was more than happy to run over there and see if she could find it. She agreed to call me back and left me know if it was a success or not! Thank goodness, 5 or so minutes later, so calls me back and happily says she found it, and is holding it at her store for me! She was so nice, and I cant thank her enough. This location always has great stuff, but I am Very grateful they have such kind and helpful employees, too! ❤️❤️

Clean and tidy with friendly employees. The manager went the extra mile looking in the back for items I was looking for. I called ahead to see if they had some of the new spring items. I had called 8 other locations and no other store looked in the back nor were willing to sell me their spring items (stored in their back room) until after Valentines Day 12 days away. Excellent location to shop at! I will definitely come back to this store. .

Clean, friendly service

I am a Dollar Tree Queen, meaning I am a frequent visitor to many different locations. The Riverton location was exceptionally clean, organized and well stocked. They put the South Jordan one to shame, which was quite a mess. Ill be visiting this one as my home base Dollar Tree from now on now that I am a Herriman resident.

Best Dollar Tree, clean and well stocked I always find what I came in for, I travel hour away to shop at this Dollar Tree due to the helpful employees and how clean the store is!

Best place ever for holiday decor. Its a dollar store so I didnt have high expectations, but I was very pleased. The employees have all been friendly. Could use another check stand open at times, but its worth the wait.

Had returns with receipt. Was told that I could bring it back with receipt since I bought more than I needed for the kids crafts. Get to the store and they only allow exchanges. Really? I get to buy random items, even when I was told with a receipt they will do a refund. Not this time. I guess this policy is conditional as I have seen them do a refund. NOT COOL!. I wont buy extra again.

It was a mess. Boxes all over. Empty shelves. Debris on the floor. I love dollar stores. They were really busy this morning, but seriously, at least get the store put together before its time to open.

Bobbi, the manager, was so helpful! I had to drive all around the valley to multiple locations (both Riverton locations, draper, south Jordan, and sandy) getting over 200 charger plates and of all the locations this one was the best as far as customer service. She went way out of her way to help us.

Mike is definitely not manager material. I get it we have bad days, i dont wanna hear about it. The line was 6 customers deep, and he was upset I moved over to his freshly opened register in front of his pretty friend.

This store use to be my favorite store of the ones close to me. But, I cant even breathe when I go in there now boxes crowding the isle ways, empty shelving, empty pegs with boxes piled in front of the empty shelving and pegs. I do love your stores and this makes me sad to see the decline in this store.Recommendation:Hire an over night crew for a couple of weeks and there would be a HUGE difference in the condition of this store. Especially with the influx of Christmas merchandise being sent to the stores. This way your employees can get a handle on their over stock piled up and not have to be divided between customers and stocking.I really do love your stores! This just make me sad.

Because I am not from Riverton, rich, white, or snobby. The sales associates were following me around the entire store!! Also, the cashiers do not have any kind of customer service or friendly, willingness to help attitudes.

Its Dollar Tree! Great cards, wrapping, gift bags, helium balloons, etc. for cheap.... just like any thrift store, if you look hard enough you might find a treasure! (Books, crafts, etc. But here they are unused and always the same price!)

Its a dollar store so with expectations set it was a good one. The stuff they sell was typical of a dollar store but the employees were very friendly and helpful.

Probably the worst Dollar tree Ive ever encountered. No recovery, merchandise all over the floors, manager talking bad about an employee to a new hire ON THE SALES FLOOR. HR needs to visit along with the DM.

My recent 3 trips to this place were the same...very, difficult. The store is covered in boxes to be unpacked. They are blocking isles and actual shelving. It is very hard to maneuver a cart and kids. It is also dangerous as the boxes are piled high.I hear they had a shelf break in the storage room that caused a major domino effect and luckily no injury but maybr they should hire some temporary employees to help with stocking?

I called from Walmart since they did not have a turkey baster, the knowledge staff at Dollar Tree knew their inventory and told me it was there. This made for a quick efficient trip.

Typical dollar store but I needed to use the restroom. One out of order, everyone using the other. Thats fine. The bathroom was very unkept. There was urine in the toilet and I didnt want to pee into that. I flushed. PEE COMES SWIRLING OUT. I was wearing shorts! Gross and disgusting. I had to go badly so I went. At this point Im expecting the swirling pee out of the toilet. I hoped Id be able to flush and jump back out of the way but no. Disgusting. I bought my stuff and went home to shower. Discusting.

This store is always a disaster they are pulling to much freight out at once you cant even walk down one isle without running into boxes and boxes of stuff. Maybe they should work on one palette at a time... To cluttered!!!

We ordered on line and shipped to this store. 4 trips to the store and 3 phone calls later, we finally got our product. Every time we went in they said it wasnt there even though we got an email saying that it was. They either blamed it on their shipping company or flat out refused to look through the piles of boxes all around. The store was a mess and the employees seemed incompetent. We will take our business elsewhere until they clean up their act (and store).

A dollar store with a decent selection of product. Its got a bit of a smell to the store and seems a little dirty. I dont expect much from a dollar store though.

This specific dollar store is very messy and unorganized. As a teacher, I usually enjoy going to the dollar store for supplies. But anytime I go to this one everything is in a pile on the bottom shelf. I dont have the time or patience to be digging through things that should be hanging on a shelf.

Not a clean, or organized store. There are boxes all over, hardly any room to walk.

I love Dollar Tree usually but this location is terribly managed. I went in Dec 5th after work looking for their holiday mugs, which all locations carry. I walk in to see the seasonal section by the entry appearing half empty, and boxes upon boxes of items labeled as Christmas merchandise stacked in aisles needing opened and shelved. Dec 5th is pretty late in the game retail-wise to only be starting to put out holiday specific items. The store had few customers at the time, so I saw staff walking around appearing to at least be planning to stock the end of aisle displays, etc. This on its own didnt bother me so much. I know things need shelved and it takes time, so I left to come back another time. No harm done.But I went back today after work, about the same time, two days later expecting the stocking of shelves to be done or at least had progress made. NOPE! After 48 hours, still every pile of boxes was still in the exact same spot in the aisles, unopened, and the shelves just as empty. Only now more random crap was piled on top of the stacks and on the empty shelfs by customers. The place looked like a disaster that I know had been building for days, if not weeks. Something akin to how a store looks after a disaster happens in movies once the riots and raiding had died down. Plus today there was a line 8 people long to check out, not including the children roaming around while the parents waited.Who knows, maybe there was a localized apocalypse and this DollarTree WAS raided and I just missed it, but I doubt it. More likely is that the manager doesnt care about their job or the business, and it would serve everyone better if they were replaced.
