(0 Stars) The lawyer we used attempted to get personal service of a legal document through this process server. After multiple attempts and piling fees we were told that they were unable to make contact and provide personal service to the defendant. I tried on multiple occasions to speak directly with someone in the office to give them additional information in an attempt to assist them in being successful in making their service, even leaving voicemails and asking to be called back. Over the course of successive weeks I was never able to actually speak with anyone at this company and applaud anyone who has because you have obviously performed a miracle! I dont know how you can run a business and make money when you can never make service or answer phone calls from customers/prospective customers. Warning for all others, stay away! And before the owner or someone at the company provides a smart response, you will not find my name in your case files. As stated, our case was referred to you through our lawyer. Your acceptance to the validity of my complaint is irrelevant. What isnt irrelevant, is your professional incompetence and lack of empathy and personal regard for people who are already under stress in a legal battle.

Rudest people Ive ever met

The law firm that I work for uses MTG as our process server and they truly go above and beyond for us. We on occasions need serves done at off times and it is never an issue for them. They are always very friendly and professional! I highly recommend MTG Process Servers if you have any process of service needs!

As the owner of MTG just told me if you could use another process server, wed appreciate it. I will, and I recommend that everyone else do the same. Now when Mike posts that I was rude to his wife please understand that the only complaint I shared was that the website is poor. AFTER THAT she had me e-mail the SUMMONS and VERIFIED COMPLAINT, instead of telling me that I was being rude. In other words, she accepted my documents and then complained to her husband. I am a real New Yorker, and we tend to be more aggressive up here than in Virginia (I own a company in Winchester VA) as well. Rude is subjective. Unprofessional is not.

Professional, courteous, accommodating. They always accommodate the volume of business that my firm has, and whenever an issue arises, they are prompt in their communication and rectify the issue quickly. I would highly recommend them.

I would not recommend using this process service for the following reasons:The papers (for a divorce) I sent them for service included a picture of the person to be served (“servicee”) The servicee complained that the person who served her spent 10 minutes hitting on her and telling her that she looked better than her picture. It took about 10 days for them to return the paperwork (they were busy) and the picture was not included. When I requested the picture, I was told by Tony that because the picture was deemed “sensitive,” it was shredded. When I inquired if it was sensitive why it wasn’t returned, I received the same response. They consider them totally nonprofessional and barely competent. Never again would I use their services.

HORRIBLE...NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. BUT THEY NEVER SERVED THE PERSON THEY WERE HIRED TO SERVE AND THEY STILL CASHED MY CHECK!!!!!!!!!...DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WHEN THEY INSIST ON A CHECK AND NOT A CREDIT CARD THEY JUST LIE AND TELL YOU THEY HAVENT FOUND THE PERSON WHILE THEY ARE AT THE BANK CASING YOUR CHECK.In response to your retort. I have never heard of a process server actually calling the person they are supposed to serve and telling them that they are coming. Isnt the whole point of your job to make it a surprise and to NOT let them know you are coming. Your INCOMPETENCE knows NO BOUNDS!!!!!!

I used them to deliver a process of service. Which was done professionally and recieved proper notice back. I over paid them since i had a banking issue and was trying to obtain a simple refund of $70.00 dollars. (Paid them twice) Its been two weeks and still hearing from Joanne the owner has to look at the account. Pain in the butt to deal with

In response to Tom from New York: Yes, I cashed your check! We did what we were paid to do. We went out to the address given by you three times, twice at night. We cant serve someone whose clearly to scared to come out off there house at night. We are process servers not MI6 You paid us $75.00 for three attempts and I offered personally to go out this Saturday. But, you cursed out two of my employees and Me! You need anger management classes. Further, you should learn how to talk to people! Dont call here again and harass my employees!My dad all ways said believe half of what you see and none of what you hear. In the case of Mr. Robinson this is an appropriate saying. This story about the driver and the servee is patently false. What Mr Robinson failed to mention is that the paper was served personalty on the servee as ordered and we thank him for his business. So that being said, if you need someone served with legal documents personally we are the company to use MTG Process Servers, LLC.

Where do i begin with this court house .. 1. Yall need a free public parking because NOONE HAS TIME TO BE GOING BACK AND FORTH EVERY 2 HOURS TO PAY GOR THE METERS2. Im not from here so i came here to ask if this is where i gile for child support and yhe front clerk LITERALLY SAID I DONT KNOW she ask her coworker and she said SHE WASNT SURE i was confused like what??? Thank goodness there was a police officer that was filing something and HE HAD TO TELL ME WHERE TO GO. Thanks to him!!!. And thanks to this court house i wasted $1.25 to pay for a Meter and didnt get the answers i need. So please move somewhere where its less traffic congested free parking like any other courthouses. And please RETRAINED YOUR EMPLOYEES please thank you

Bad experience. Will stick to using the sheriff in the Richmond area.

I was supposedly served a notice of a court proceeding, in which I did not appear to due to the fact that I was not actually served.

If you need it served, these guys are the ones that can get it done
