Been getting calls from this company trying to tell me they are collecting on a complaint. Wont give any identifying information on this complaint or what its for. They follow none of the guidelines under Fair Debt Collection laws, and I havent recieved anything in the mail, as required by law. They gave me a number to another company, which they wont name, then a case number. Doing a google search, the number given comes back with JP and associates, with which many complaints have been filed as they have tried to collect on bogus collections that never existed. They try to seem very convincing on the phone, dont give any personal information!

This is the only Process Server company to use in Richmond. They are courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.
