It’s usually NOT a pleasant experience there. HOWEVER, I go there to support a small business in the Pecan Grove community. Honestly, never know what to expect not always the kindest person. Don’t think she means to be rude but she is and it’s unfortunate. Very disappointed in my last visit! I went to drop off 130 wedding invitations that were already stamped and she would not take them. What upset me the most is I mailed Save the Dates several months earlier and she had no problem taking 130 stamped envelopes at that time. I even purchased my stamps with her. I don’t know if she makes money off of them or not however at times I’ve purchased some things in the past to help support the business. Don’t think that I’ll returning. 😔

Lady who worked there told me it was a $1 fee to ship out a package for USPS even though it had a prepaid label. However, every other postal center I have dropped a package off never required me to pay. Avoid this place if you don’t want to pay unnecessary fees.

First time visiting today the lady was so nice, sweet and warm. Even gave my son some stickers...this place saved me from the frustration of a 30 minute drive not to mention the time it will take for my turn at the post office. She had a big variety of stamps and a larger variety of services she offered...she will definitely be seeing us more.

I went in to drop off a package for USPS. They have a huge sign for drop off on their windows. The lady had a very nasty attitude about being a private owner and not taking packages without even asking what was I there for. I would recommend reading and getting knowledge on customer service. They should remove her from Google search. Funny thing someone went in after me to drop off a package and she took it. Im sure she was just racist.

Completely unprofessional and rude. I simply called to seek help on a missing package. The rude and unprofessional lady was arguing with me that my package wasnt trackable. I told her I had a tracking number and she told me to call the post office. She wasnt even remotely trying to help. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. Save time, money and frustration, visit a real postoffice unless you want to be talked down to and brushed aside as if you were inconveniencing their business.

Never in my life I felt extremely discriminated against like this one. I was the only non-white person in there. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. There was one customer before me, she spent 10 minutes chatting and delivering the service in the friendliest manner. Then when It came to my turn she asked what I was here for. When I told her she blatantly said that she did not want to do this kind of service today (which listed as her line of service smh) and kept on whining the whole way through. She was so rude and rushed when it came to my service. She asked for my 2 forms of ID and when she gave 1 back to me, I was trying to put my driver license back in my wallet, she rudely threw my credit card on top of my wallet just because she did not want to wait or did my service at all. She was trying to reach for the next customer behind that was all that is. I paid for the service and I do not think I deserve this. NOT AT ALL. I hope someone inspect this place and give them some sort of disciplines. I cant believe its 2017 and Im still dealing with discrimination.

This place is only getting one star because I had to choose a star. The older lady was very rude. When I walked in she was wrapping a box, She never acknowledged my presence. I was on the line with the individual who was giving me instruction as to how to mail their package. I said hello, she said I am waiting for you to complete your call. I didnt want to stoop to her level of ignorance and we needed to get the package sent today as it was for an elderly couple who lost everything in the flood. Even after I completed the call, the lady behind the counter snatched my debit card from me. I thought she was having a bad day but looking at other post it appears this is her natural demeanor. I was doing volunteer duties and I wasnt going to allow this lady demonic demeanor kill the joy I have and that I am trying to spread to those in need. I am just going to pray she finds happiness and change her ways, but in the meantime I will never go back.

Always a pleasant experience coming in to ship packages. The ladies there are extremely nice and efficient. They have recent addresses saved in their computer for quick and easy transactions. It might be a little more money to ship here but in my opinion its worth it.

I love going into to see the ladies. They always have my addresses in their computer and I trust them to pack my items carefully so they do not get damaged. I have been there many times over the years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I pay a little more, but for peace of mind it is worth it.

I will never go here again. The older lady is extremely rude, even with me being very polite.It cost double the amount to ship from here than somewhere else. Which I feel like arent just actual USPS fees.I had multiple packages and was told one of my prepaid shipping labels was wrong, but yet I was able to drop it off at USPS with no problem.I definitely will be driving the extra distance. DO NOT COME HERE!

Worst service and they CHARGE for just leaving a box to have the post office pick up. I have dropped boxes at dozens of other places and none charge for this service thats the craziest thing Ive ever heard and a terrible customer service practice. I routinely spend money on shipping supplies for my business at these shops, so charging to leave a package and loosing the income potential is not a good business practice. Owner was rude as well and even though I called to make sure they accepted usps packages I was never told of the fees for this until I arrived, at which point she said well you didnt ask if I charged?! Why would I??! Do not use this shop!Also the lady helping was the older lady I believe was the owner since she said she was trying to run her business (as I reminded the fees were for no actual service). Read all the negative reviews here and on yelp and do NOT visit this place.

Agree with the post below:I understand that this business is an independent company, not affiliated with USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. and that they need to make money to stay in business. However, not only are there prices overly inflated (they wanted to charge me $38 for postage on a package Parcel Post through USPS when actual postage was under $25), their personal service was quite lacking, as the two ladies sat behind the counter while I struggled to get the door open while wrangling a two year old, and carrying a large box and a 1 year old. I am very glad theres a contract USPS location opening up down the street.On top of that the are rude in ask for fees that are not required by Fed EX.

Highly recommend NOT going here. Drive the extra 2 miles to the postal store by Kroger. The older women is very rude, told me my prepaid Fed Ex box wasnt actually for Fed Ex. I had to show show her the email for proof. Then she proceeds to charge me for dropping it off at her store. Fed Ex should not have this place as and authorized drop off. I will never go back.
