It stings when the realization hits that the primary issue negatively affecting this Centers effectiveness is, ironically, that the very people who should be having difficulties in finding jobs (due to their overall lack of knowledge and personal skills) are the very ones failing to assist those who could make a valuable contribution to the workforce.

If Mr. B Davis would say off of GRINDR and A4A during work hours ( google it ) , perhaps some of these bad reviews could become become positive reviews !

The one worker I have been working has not been that helpful. As I have emailed and called and will not receive a call back and only get an email back several weeks after my initial email concerning my benefits.

Been waiting for days to even speak with somebody. How difficult is it to answer a call or type hi in the support pop-up. Might be waiting for weeks only for them to tell me they cant help me, (Which is probably what they will do!!)

My worker is a sweetheart she does what she can to help. The supervisor is very unprofessional gives information and then switches up what she says. I miss the way it was back in 2015 when Ms.Marci(supervisor) was there she was all for helping everyone. And mrs.Teale too they was the best.

The staff is awesome and really go out of the way to assist you.

Went there recently for assistance with resume and resources. The staff half knew their job. I was told multiple times no one there could assist me. A family me mber of mine was trying to job search and asked if he needed to register online to apply for a job found on their search engine. The staff response was You have to apply on your own. We dont help with that! Everyone appeared to have an attitude when asked a question.

They are the worst. No response not even from the supervisor. All they want is for us to attend classes but absolutely doesnt have any follow up. It is so frustrating
