This company has been the worst to work for, the recruiters become non responsive once you get hired after they’ve thrown you to the wolves. It has been completely traumatizing to work for this company let alone the assignment I was put on (Conduent) they didn’t even have everything together. Everything was unorganized not just with Conduent but Randstad too. They have no communication with each other and everyone just points fingers. This was the first and lady temp agency I will go through. I would not recommend going through these people. They look at you as nothing but a dollar sign.

I worked for Randstad about 3 yrs ago and found them to be a great agency who care about their employees. Now I was in need a new job and of course in 3 days they found me a position. I think Randstad is a great temp agency. They really care about everyone that walks in the door and will do every thing they can to help you find a good job.

May be good if you are 35 or under. They do not cater to experienced older than millennial age candidates that have an excellent work ethic and outstanding skills.
