Excellent customer service. I have had two phone screens replaced the same day I brought them in and for a very reasonable price. I also brought an older phone with a broken camera - the tech diagnosed the issue as a problem with the main board (and thus not worth replacing) free of charge.

Did the best and most unselfish thing a repair shop can do: tell me what the problem is, and doesnt push you to have repair work done thats not necessary. In my case it was a damaged charging port (Moisture detected message). He told me what it would cost to fix, and recommended a lower cost alternative (wireless charging pad).My family has also been to the store and have had similar experiences.

Cell Phone Technicians are fantastic! My iPhone 6 was submerged in water one night. I brought it to Cell Phone Tech. as soon as they opened the following day and they preformed magic and fixed my phone. For very little money my phone was like new. They kept me informed while they fixed it and gave me updates on if they thought it could be repaired. I highly recommend going to them for any phone issue. Its much less expensive than a new phone and their customer service is top notch.

I went in to their location yesterday to check about getting an LG G5 screen fixed. The man at the counter was super polite and explain to me all of the possibilities about fixing my phone. He was also kind enough to talk to me about one of my old phones that was also not working. He seems to genuinely care about people and want to provide the best customer service he can. My phone, like most adult phones, is a critical employee; when it is out I am, literally, out of business! After speaking with three other smart phone repair shops, I found that Cell Phone Technicians offered a high level overview of the CORRECT repair for the device. After a Q&A, they agreed to get me up and running in less than one hour.They educated me, detailed their experiences relating to the repairs and the pricing was far superior to what was put forth by other shops, all of which offered zero discussion of the downside of just a glass repair versus an assembly repair!They are now a permanent vendor for my friends and family, highly respected and recommended!

I went in to get my iPhone XR replaced a week ago because I wanted my phone fixed immediately vs waiting for insurance to send out a phone the next day and its was only about a $55 dollar difference ....... I originally was told it would take about a hour to repair my screen so I lingered around and came back only to be told they were swamped and he would need another hour and a half .......I came back and got my phone it worked fine for one day then the next I noticed a light line coming in and out of my screen I thought weird but ill take it first thing in the morning to get fixed when I woke up the next morning it was way worse because not why whole screen is going in and out and not working so I went back I was told he had Nomore parts a shipment would be in the next day and ATLEAST my phone worked a little Im a very kind and very patient person when honestly sometimes I dont need to be but my granny passed and I just couldnt find it in me to demand my services to be done correctly now ive paid $136 dollars for my screen to be fixed within one hour and here I am 3 days later with a broken phone and honestly they didnt seem to care .......now its Friday and im calling and calling because At this point im tired of my phone being broken and its literally stressing me out .......after calling a thousand times and leaving vms someone finally calls me back and he tells me he can put a old screen that has a line in it to get me through the weekend until the parts that were supposedly out for delivery the day before come in on Monday and I had alot going on couldnt afford to be without a phone so reluctantly I agreed I come back to get my phone and the screen that he gave me to make it through the weekend was cracked and literally had tape on it ........this is horrible....... now Monday rolls around and im calling and calling no answer finally After a hundred calls he answered and told me the screens still havent come in he will shoot me a text when they do as if this mess is okay and leaving me no choice but to just deal with my now cracked taped glass that he put on my phone and some buttons didnt work he told me to turn my phone side ways .......a service that I paid $136 for that should have taken all of a hour has now taken a week .......after I hung up i was so angry and frustrated because had i known id go through this I would have just had my insurance send me a phone I went with what I thought was the quicker option and boy was I wrong so I started calling and calling no answer for at-least a hour cause if my phone wasnt going to be fixed today i wanted a refund I never got an answer and at this point I had wasted gas 3 times going up to this place and I left a vm suddenly I get a text saying the parts came in I dropped my phone off and it took yet another few hours and I finally was told to come pick it up when I got there he proceeded to tell me my frame is bent and to be extremely careful cause he couldnt get one side of my screen completely down and that I cant press to hard or put my phone in my back pocket because warranty dont like to replace screens back to back as if it my fault that it went out basically I paid $136 for him to put a screen on my phone that mostly will not even last cause he couldnt really replace it because of my frame when if thats the case he could have left my phone be gave it back and let me take it else where now my FACE ID is no longer working and im so tired of wasting gas and leaving my phone for hours im just going to get another phone so now Im coming out paying double the money I was offered nothing or not even a apology for all that I had to go through with this company I recommend you do NOT GO HERE !!!!!

I would rate them as 5 stars but Im writing the review to let you know how up front they are (in a good way). I called to ask about getting a broken screen fixed on my Samsung S8 and the person I spoke to told me that honestly, it would cost as much as the phone itself so probably wasnt worth it, and the best option would be using cellphone insurance if I had it (which I dont). Honesty is breath of fresh air (4 out of 5 stars and I didnt even get anything fixed !)

I went to the shop with what I thought was a cracked screen on my Galaxy Note 4, and was pleased to find out that the only thing broken was my screen protector! Even more pleasing was the fact that I was given this news without a charge. Sadly he didnt carry my the replacement screen protector that I needed, but thankfully, I didnt need to pay for an unneeded repair. Thanks so much for great and friendly service!

After a very hard week, I discovered that my phone would, for some reason, no longer charge. In a tight spot, as my car was out of commission, and it was left to me to take care of my father the following weekend, I took my phone to the cell phone technicians. My girlfriend had taken her phone to them beforehand, and they treated her with great respect, courtesy, and honesty; so, I thought that Id give them a shot. Andrew, the professional who assisted me when I walked in the door, absolutely astounded me with his clear and direct communication of exactly what needed to happen; however, I was impressed further still, as when I got back to pick up my phone, he and the other professional had gone out of their way to save me money. Despite the fact they would have made more money off of me by replacing the charging port and screen as I had asked, they discovered the problem was not what I thought it was, and, through their delicate care, I only had to spend a fourth of what I thought I would. I could not more highly recommend a place to get your phone repaired, and I cannot express my gratitude.

IPhone 6 broken screen repair. The proprietor, Erin, was clearly very skilled and experienced and repaired my phone promptly and courteously. Im perfectly satisfied with the service and would definitely return and recommend.Of note, this repair occurred after a less-competent shop nearby, whose main business is not electronic device repair, falsely proclaimed that my phone was bent along the back and that they would would not honor the repair warranty at the moment I walked out the door if I did proceed with the repair. Cell Phone Technicians confirmed the back of the phone was not bent. A small, differently located dent along the top edge of the phone was repaired for free, and a full warranty for the screen repair was extended to me.So the lesson is: if you want to have your device repaired for sure, without hassle, on the first stop, just go to Cell Phone Technicians first.

A great concept. Very nice people to work with. Hopefully Ill never use them again. I wanted to do better than the phone insurance and its $100 deductable and two day wait. They said it would be an overnight fix. They didnt have all the parts. Had to buy a used phone from them so I could still work (nice service by the way). When they did fix the cracked touch screen it was done improperly and needed to be redone. Still has a dead area, and the battery wont sit flat so the phone back pops off. Six days and double the cost later (the fix, overnight shipping, temp phone and multiple car trips to their shop and Sprint) Im living with what I have rather than go back. Too bad, I liked having an alternative to dealing with the phone company.

Dropped my phone and broke the screen so I took to ATT whom in turn told me to go here. He took the screen off and replaced it and we discovered some water damage from when it previously got wet. Because of the water damage the phone still glitched so we discussed some options and he was honest and upfront about the situation. So in the end I bought a new phone of the same make and model cheaper than it wouldve been fixing the phone! Now everything works great

Gave me a warning that if the lens was scratched or something what i could do to fix and who could help me out. I could not have been happier with this place. My iPhone 6S was soo very cracked. The nice man Aaron fixed it with no problem. It only took about 2 hours at the most. I even left with a 40 dollar otter box. The whole thing was about 230 and my phone looks just about brand new! So happy that I visited them at the busy street location! I had spent an hour at Verizon trying to solve my problem( my phone wouldnt allow me to dial out or receive calls) after Verizon put in a new SIM card and couldnt figure anything out I was feeling very frustrated. I called the busy street location and he told me to come by and let him take a look to see if he could help. Although Verizon had told me my phone wasnt reading my SIM card, that wasnt the case. First I stood in a line of five people. The one guy working there would not look up to make eye contact with anyone except for the one person he was currently working with. So for the 20 minutes he worked on this persons phone the rest of us stood around. The same pattern continued for each person. Yes I was number five at over an hour later. They replaced my broken touch screen at a fair price ($150). However the repair caused more damage. When I got the phone back there were several places on the screen that no longer respnded to touch, even though they did with the broken screen. Also my memory card was corrupted and all of my media was lost. Every time a repair was supposed to take two hours it took two days. They never call me, I always have to call them. Currently I have bought a new phone (DroidX is sweet!), and given my Storm 2 back to them to fix. The Tech said it would take a week or so. I just called them to get an update a week in, and they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. This has been an inconvenient experience from start to finish. Buy the insurance from your service provider or just buy a new phone. Currently has been two months since I broke the phone.

I usually never get mad at people who have to deal with customer service as I know first hand how frustrating it can be. However the man at the store 1. lied about the time it would take to get the phone fixed(changed his story after I came in). 2. lied about the condition of my phone when it came in(as to not honor his warranty). 3. Interupts people while they are talking. 4. Got angry far to quick (around two mins flat while I was just talking in an even tone). 5. Cursed at me multiple times. 6. Insulted my dad for looking out for my best interest.I can understand If he thought I was in the wrong. This is not the point of my review. The point is my experience was more than unpleasant. It was unreasonable and left me in awe at how poorly I was treated.

Always very honest- went in to (finally) get my screen fixed after spilling a drink on it was causing other problems with my phone turning off. They cleaned the water damage, but advised waiting to fix the screen to make sure the problem was fixed, as only time would tell. Very honest, and we bring our phones here no matter what is needed!

These guys are great. I had replaced my cell phone glass 3-4 months ago with Broadway Wireless on Broad St. And I had problems from the start. I would mute people unexpectedly, no selfies, color was off but wanted to get my moneys worth out of the repair. When the home button fell out and the screen broke I took my phone to Cell Phone technicians where Erin explained what was wrong and he corrected everything Apparently Broadway did not do their job. Cell Phone Technicians is the Bomb. Dont waste your money with cheap imitations!!!!

My S8+ has a cracked screen and is under warranty. The warranty company has agreed to pay to fix the phone, I just need a quote. The man at Cell Phone Technicians told me he doesnt like working with warranty companies and refused to quote or fix my phone (he told me warrantys are tough for them to deal with but Ive used the same warranty on a different phone and the process was: get quote, warranty company sent me check, gave cash to cell phone repair place to fix phone)If youre paying cash possibly give this place a shot but they turned away my warranty job.

When my daughters iphone screen shattered, I called multiple repair shops to inquire about cost and time needed for the repair. While Cell Phone Technicians wasnt the cheapest shop, they were within $5-10 of everyone elses cost & they were definitely the nicest of everyone with whom I spoke. I took the phone today to have the screen replaced - and I am glad I did. I quickly learned Cell Phone Technicians is also a very honest company.When wed first purchased the phone, I laid a ballistic glass protector on the screen. I was concerned about trying to remove it myself at home for fear that I could actually do even more damage if the screen itself underneath was actually shattered.The first thing the technician did before I ever left the store was to carefully lift the ballistic glass off the screen. Sure enough - the ballistic glass had done its job and the iphone screen was actually perfectly fine. They had the appropriate tools to do so without scratching the screen, too, which I dont personally have at home. I wasnt charged anything at all for their time.Id hope that all repair shops would have the same level of integrity, but there is no guarantee. Had I left the store, I would never have known that the screen wasnt shattered and I could easily have been taken and charged for repair that was never actually made. It was clear Cell Phone Technicans would never even entertain the thought of such a dishonest move.The next time I have a device that needs a repair, I will absolutely return to Cell Phone Technicians!Lastly, I also now highly recommend the ballistic glass screen protectors for cell phones - and Cell Phone Technicians has those in stock, too, should you need one!

Cell Phone Technicians fixed my G2, the same day they called me I was there to pick up within minutes. my screen had died so the motherboard had to be replaced. the price was fair ; my phone is back to normal even though I have a few problems with somethings that wasnt occurring before the incident. Im not sure if that caused the problem

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED AT THERE OTHER LOCATION ON WEST BROAD ST.WARNING WARNING WARNING THIS GUY TOOK MY PHONE TO FIX THE SCREEN, AN HOUR LATER HE GAVE ME THE PHONE BACK IT WAS NOT TURNING ON PERIOD. HE CLAIMED HE DID NOT HAVE THE SCREEN IN STOCK. I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP TO REPLACE THE SCREEN AND THEY SHOWED ME THE HOW THE MOTHERBOARD WAS RIPPED OFF WHERE THE LCD CONNECTOR PLUGS IN. I CONFRONTED HIM WITH THE FACT THE PHONE WAS ON WHEN I GAVE IT TO HIM AND NOW THE SCREEN DOES NOT COME ON, HE SAID IT WAS A COINCIDENCE. WELL NO BODY EVER OPENED MY PHONE BEFORE !!! WATCH OUT
