My experience was wonderful. I called the day before to see if they had the screen I needed. They checked their inventory and gave me the price over the phone. They gave me great advice on when to come in at a non busy hour. My screen was replaced on my phone in about an hours time and the gentleman who was working was super polite and knowledgeable!

Finally getting around to this!! I brought my 6s in for a cracked screen. Technician was very helpful, pleasant, and very professional. He had my phone fixed in 15 minutes. The price was very affordable($60). It took about less than 30 minutes and he had already put a temper glass on without me checking in! Would definitely recommend.

Took my phone in for repair, was told it would take 3 days to get the parts. Was called later that day, said the part was available early, and the phone was fixed. When I got my phone back it worked again and not only that my phone wasnt bent anymore. I will definitely be coming here in the future to fix any and all my other devices. Excellent service! They really saved me when my hard drive crashed. They were able to recover needed data that was impossible to input by hand. Took my daughters iPad here to get the screen fixed only for them to fix the screen but damage the battery on it. They were so unprofessional when I brought it to their attention. He actually Blamed it on my apps smh. I disputed the charge with my bank immediately and was able to get my money back. Stay away from here.

Quickly repaired my Samsung Galaxy S10+ after I had shattered the front glass screen. Fair prices, excellent customer service. They explained everything up front. Took about 2 hours to complete the service and they have an online service feature that allows you to see the status of your repair. I would absolutely come here again!

I went here thinking I needed the charging port replaced on my IPhone 8 +, technician properly diagnosed my issue and found it was simply my cords at home. Ill change this review if they fix my phone. I took it down there on 9/1/2020 for a tiny crack on the bottom of the screen. Nothing else was wrong with the phone. Everything worked fine. They fixed the screen but broke my front camera in the process. They said theyd fix the camera for free. Ive taken the phone back to them 4 or 5 times now to get the camera fixed and it still doesnt work. Im bringing it back to them yet again today, 12/20/2020. They dont call when they get the part and they dont call when theyre done with the phone. I have to call and check. I do appreciate that they are fixing it for free, which they should since nothing was wrong with it before I brought it in, so kudos on that part. Again, if they fix it Ill happily delete this review and write a better one.So, I took it back down there for the umpteenth time and they still didnt fix it. This time they gave up and told me to take it somewhere else. No refund, nothing. Not to mention yet again they said it would be ready in an hour or two and that theyd call me when it was ready. They never called. I called several hours later and they said come pick it up. VERY POOR SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING ANYTHING THERE!

The person that fixed my iphone was very friendly and knowledgeable of what I needed. After cleaning and checking the screen connections my phone still did not respond to touch. He recommended a screen replacement. I authorized that and my phone is perfect again. It only took about 45 minutes, good and friendly service.

Service was great and they had my iphone 11 pro screen replaced in less than 30 minutes, unfortunately the screen lasted less than a week, it is now completely black and my phone is unusable. Repair person said they had not come across this issue before but that is was not covered by their warranty since it was not a touch issue. My advice is to spend the extra $80 and go for the genuine replacement from apple.

I just used this computer repair company. There office was easy to find, the price was very reasonable and Bernie did a fantastic job fixing my computer when I broke the hard drive. He even helped me put everything back on it (spyware, office 365 and created some nice short cuts for me) because I am not the most computer literate person around. After dropping my phone in the water I thought all hope was lost, after few hours at Mr Fix iPhone Repair they were able to make a complete copy of all my lost data on my broken iPhone and then transfer it onto a new phone. Please read their Terms & Conditions. In the first paragraph it mentions they are not liable for equipment damages during repair. I had my MOTO Power G cell phone camera lens replaced. The phone was fairly new. When I got home after the repair I noticed the back cover had scratches that my back cover did not have. It was either scratched up during the repair or a back cover from another phone.

I dropped off two phones. One with a broke screen and one with a broke back plate. They fixed both quickly at a reasonable price. I will be going back for sure. Great experience.

Took phone in to get cracked screen replaced. While I was in there two separate people either called or complained that their phone screens stopped working after the guy replaced the screen.I should have stopped him before he replaced mine because low and behold my touch screen is not working anymore.The guy even had the audacity to have a setting on the credit card machine that suggested I add a 15% tip- which I did because I am service worker as well and understand the value of a good tip.Not even gonna try to call and get the issue resolved because he was very snark and rude to folks who complained while I was in there.Mr. Fix It more like Mr. Break It.

I stopped by Sunday morning with my shattered phone screen. Bernie was super nice, took down my information, and explained everything clearly to me. Told me to come back in 30 minutes and that I could pay then. Took a nice walk around downtown, and had a new LCD screen with a lifetime warranty in absolutely no time at all. My phone both looks and works just like it used to before I cracked the screen, and if I have any issues with my other tech, Ill be coming here in the future. It was about $68 (incl tax, pre-tip) for a iPhone 8 LCD screen replacement, which is just a little more than half the price youd get at the Apple Genius Bar.

I brought my phone in to get repaired (cracked screen). I ordered the part and paid half up front. I was told the part came in, so I come back to bring the phone in to get repaired but now they can’t find the part! So they ordered another one, I brought the phone in again and the phone was replaced. Luckily I am very patient or I would have went somewhere else. Plus I had a backup phone so it didn’t bother me to much. They did offer me a $20 discount due to the mistake on their part. They repair was good I would rate it 8 out of 10.BOOM!

I normally always come here to get my Apple devices fixed. This was my first time getting an iPad fixed by MrFix, when I went to pick up the devices (the next day because I never got a call) the man told me the iPads only came with 30 day warranty against touch problems. It’s literally been about 5 weeks and my touch is not working. Had he told me before hand I would’ve taken the iPad elsewhere. This really sucks because the screen itself is not cracked. The touch is just not working.

They give your after market screens and charge u the regular apple price for them. The after market screens only last about a couple of months. I have a otterbox on my phone and dropped my phone on the carpet and the whole screen cracked and has visual rgb damages because the repair was done in a poor matter and I was given a cheap screen. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

Honestly, no one wants to have to visit a computer repair shop. Its the last resort after hours of banging on your keyboard in frustration and praying that one more reboot does the trick, followed by haggling with your manufacturer only to learn your warranty has expired (this is definitely not talking from experience). Yet, I do appreciate that we have a good repair place in town that is there in the hour of need. I scheduled an appointment online (but drop-ins seem to be fine too) and ended up with a faulty harddrive that needed replacing (thanks for nothing Microsoft Updates!). A couple days later and everything was good as new, but my wallet sadly a little lighter.

Absolutely love this place, needed my screen fixed a while back and they did it while I was waiting there in about 15-20 minutes and just recently stopped to get my charger fixed. I stopped my galaxy phone 50 feet from a lift at work. These guys fixed my phone and did it for the cheapest price in Edmonton by $40.00. They were straight up with me courteous and fast.
