I am mostly satisfied with the service. Both, Kim and Cam were professional and courteous. Kim was very friendly and warm. She is excellent at building rapport and providing excellent customer service! As long as I was present, she communicated and set accurate expectations for me. The cleaning was good. There were quite a few areas(floors) that I have had to go over and clean to my liking and the bathrooms were not as clean as I expected them to be. Aside from those things, the house smells clean and there is very little dust still remaining. I have a new home, now, and I am willing to try the service again.

Very thorough and professional cleaning, pricing was good, cleaner was friendly. The apt. smelled so fresh and the floors and bathroom sparkled afterward. I wish it could stay like this but not while working from home and my two kitties in/out the apt.

They were professional and did a good job cleaning our house. Bri & Emily were very polite. Even when I pointed out areas they missed they just apologized and got it done. I especially appreciated the supervisor coming at the end to inspect the work. They took a load off my shoulders cleaning this house and Im glad I called them.

Edit-Upon further inspection, the whole house was not vacuumed or mopped... What a wasteOrdered a top to bottom deep clean, did not really get that. The floors showed no evidence of being mopped. Dust and debris still underneath the coffee table and by my kitchen counter area (I specifically noted those areas)... For what I paid Im disappointed, Im going to have to further clean myself. Coffee table wasnt even wiped down either

Overall we are very satisfied with our experience. The scheduling and payment was handled efficiently and was very easy to navigate. We were quoted the exact price and received very timely communication. We were asked all questions necessary to perform the cleaning, and were treated with nothing but professionalism regardless of my major delay in getting back to them. We left a checklist for the cleaners and they marked off everything they were able to get done, and it looks great. We will certainly use Two Maids in the future and will definitely recommend them!

We had them come and give us a quote of what we wanted done. They did not complete the job. They came in to do the work and did not introduce themselves. The did clean but missed several spots. They did not even touch certain areas that were specified. They were suppose to meet with us after they completed the work and do a walkthrough but these guys left and did not even let us know. For the price the service sucked.

The two gentlemen that deep cleaned our house did a thorough job. I am pleased with the quality of work they provided.

We signed up for a deep clean of our house as a holiday gift to ourselves and while it seems they did wipe the surfaces of most things, it definitely wasnt a deep clean. The whole house smelled like a dirty mop bucket - which was odd because it didnt look like anything was mopped at all. Windowsills and baseboards appeared to have all the dust pushed into the corners and the oven cleaning just relocated everything from inside the oven to the drawer underneath, dirtying all the pans in there. Ronnie, the manager, was very responsive and apologetic, offering for them to come back and re-do everything that was missed, but I had already started cleaning back over everything. We were refunded $170 of the $250 we paid, so I suppose that $80 was reflective of what they did do. In two hours, I could have deep cleaned the house myself - which I now have to do. Maybe they thought we got the basic clean instead? That would make sense based on what was done.

Either the house was not cleaned or whoever cleaned it did not do a thorough job. The cabinets and refrigerator were filthy. Dust was not removed from any of the surfaces. The hood on the stove had grease and dust on it. The bathroom looked like it had not been touched. There was residue on the tub, sink and toilet had a mildew ring. Dust remained on all surfaces throughout the house including light fixtures, blinds and windowsills.

This wasn’t our first experience with a cleaning company, but was hands down our best. We had never used Two Maids & A Mop before, but based on google reviews and personal recommendations by others, we decided to give them a shot. We were not disappointed!Being a family of 5 with 2 of our children under 10, and a 160lb Great Dane in the house, we were overdue for a good cleaning. Tack on being in the middle of a move, you can imagine the mess that accumulates. From start to finish this company was professional, thorough, and affordable on top of it all. Ronnie walked us through the entire process, helped us pick the right package for our needs, communicated arrival times, what to expect, and so on.. The crew that performed the cleaning was on time, hospitable, and went beyond our expectations laid out upon their arrival.10/10. 5 Stars. Will not be using another company for any cleaning needs from here on out!

I have has this company come to my house twice now. I had 2 different groups of ladies each time, and both times they were efficient and easy to talk to. I have a 100 year old house so I was impressed by their expertise and execution. I also have 2 cats, whom they were very kind to, and they did a good job at removing their hair! Lastly, I appreciated that they let me know when they were en route. I would recommend these guys. Give them a shot!

Never, ever have we had a maid service that cleaned so thoroughly every single time. Everything really is clean; not just dusting and mopping, but baseboards, cabinet fronts and the inside of the microwave. They have a notebook for our house that lists the things that are important to us. Everyone, including the office staff, is friendly, accommodating and professional. The price is very competitive. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I took a chance and hired this company based on its Google rating. You never really know if those are accurate, but I decided to take a chance. Ronnie took my call, addressed all of my concerns and got me on the schedule right away. The communication was awesome throughout and his crew did a fabulous job. I called the owner Wendy who came over the next day at 7 a.m to ensure everything was cleaned properly. And she did a fantastic job.Sometimes cleaning crews can miss places and each crew is different. But what is important is what the owner/company does to ensure the job is completed to your satisfaction. From my experience, I know that Two Maids & A Mop will ensure you are satisfied with the job. Very straightforward and easy. Great model that they’re paid more based on performance. That said, actual cleaning on the day was OK not great (had to redo a few areas afterwards).

Ronnie and Susan were a 10/10! Even though it was a deep clean, they were fast and thorough. They also made sure to check what areas we were most concerned about, and asked us to check their work before leaving to ensure we were satisfied. They were also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely go with two maids and a mop in the future.

I have had the best experience so far with the Two Maids team. They have been great to work with not only on the housekeeping services, but also with changes that Ive needed to make with our schedule. I also love that it has not been a rotating group of cleaners like I have seen in the past with other companies where you never know who is going to be entering your home.As for the cleaning they have been awesome with keeping our wood floors looking great and getting the dog hair out of everything (we have a Lab/Sheppard mix who sheds a sweater a day of fur). Even with daily sweeping we have dog hair in the corners and under our desk and they always leave our home looking like new!

Ive never had such a bad cleaning. The bathroom had dust all over. I had to ask the crew to clean it again. There was dust underneath the bed in the master bedroom and underneath the sofa in the living room. The bar chairs in the kitchen had dust on them. The oven was not cleaned. I paid for a full cleaning that included baseboard cleaning. Whenever I asked to redo something, the maids said they tried but could not clean it. Excuses only. I took a cloth and was able to clean stuff myself without any effort. Unfortunately, I feel like a waste of money. I read positive reviews and ordered a cleaning with them. The reviews were not adequate to the quality of cleaning.

Told them they did not have to do one room as it might have cat poop. They tried the room, saw some poop, and then told me the house was full of it. Our house is definitely not full of poop. Then they said they had somewhere else to go, and left in a half hour.I get that they dont do poop, but why lie about the house being covered in it? We had one sick animal shortly who we let have that room. I asked if they could try the room because we have not had the heart to clean it ourselves because it brings sad memories.This was a waste of time, and seriously, why lie?!

My first experience with Two Maids & A Mop. I requested the premium cleaning. I received a call from the owner who provided details on the process and then a welcome packet. The crew arrived 1/2 hour early which was good for me since it was the end of the day. I felt like I had moved in a new house for the first few days. The bathrooms were spotless. There were a couple of places missed with cleaning windows and those that had a little dust but nothing major. Would request their services again.

Wendy apparently is no longer in charge and YOU CAN TELL! The last 2 cleanings have been horrible and at 300.00 a pop, I expect a clean house.I was given free cleaning because of the poor job they did the last 2 times. I dont want free make up cleaning, I want what I pay for. Simple as that. They are now fired and looking for another company. One of the ladies slammed her hand in the trunk of her car getting the vacuum out. What? Yep, that should have been a clue. Dusting is horrible, oh, and they cleaned my floors with dirty water, which the new manager said he retrained them.Really, you have to tell cleaning people to use clean water?They once asked my son to stick his hand down a disposal to retrieve a glass they broke. Do I need to go on? Stay away. I dont know who endorsed them with these awards on their site, but its not this crew.
