Never disappointed with the great management and awesome cleaning ladies of Maid Brigade of Richmond. Accommodating of schedule and super-nice and thorough cleaning crew. I requested an extraordinary deep clean effort in my home and the ladies did exactly what I wanted and needed. And I am meticulous about this. One of the things which makes this service very unique is that the place is not left smelling like cleaning chemicals due to the use of environmentally-friendly products. The solutions used by MBR do the job and left my home smelling fresh and clean. Thank you!!

Company was quick to get me an appointment before the weekend and workers arrived on time and were friendly, however quality of work was a miss, especially for a pre-list / deep clean. Large section of baseboards were covered in dog hair, kitchen floor and interior windows were not touched despite it being listed in their own contract as items to be cleaned. A shower head was still covered in painters dust from the week prior. Water stains and fingerprints still on appliances. Dirty prints still on inside of front door. All these items were later brought to the attention of the company resulting in price being dropped by $50 (they did offer on Monday to come back and clean, but by that point it was too late). Unless you’re going to hover and point out each item to clean as they’re there, I wouldn’t recommend Maid Brigade for a deep clean or regular service. Spent $185 and ended up cleaning everything except the toilets, sink, and tub/shower myself.

They did an excellent job. They took care to clean everything and even got all the little things that other companies overlook (like wiping the walls near the light switches-which get surprisingly gross). There are two of us working from home, and they worked right around us without interrupting our workflow at all. We are thrilled with their service.

Severely disappointed in my experience with Maid Brigade. I was moving into a house I recently purchased. everything had already been cleaned and scrubbed, there was just some dust and cobwebs I wanted cleared out as I would never have another opportunity to get the house clean as I would when it was 100% empty. I explained what I wanted done, was given an estimate (and told it wasn’t guaranteed, totally understandable) and set the date.I was told when the cleaners arrived (10am) and informed when they left (3pm). Five hours for a 1511 square foot house. I have no problem with that and was excited to see how clean everything was. I walk in the house and it looked exactly. the. same. a layer of dust was still present on most of the countertops and baseboards. the closets weren’t touched and still had cobwebs in every corner. and the worst part: they didn’t even enter one of the rooms, the room I had made specific mention of on my scheduling call. I am very wary of companies like this due to past negative experiences and placed a small foam ball in front of the door, then slowly closed it. I would know if they entered the room based on where that ball was. when I peaked through the door, the ball was still there.the two star rating is SOLELY because scheduling wasn’t super difficult and it was easy enough to get in touch with someone. this rating does NOT reflect the service itself, which I would rate ZERO STARS if I could. Five hours these three women spent in my EMPTY house doing... what, exactly? I will never use this company again and HIGHLY recommend anyone considering them to look elsewhere. surely you can find an incinerator to burn your money rather than paying people who have no business calling themselves professionals.

I LOVE Maid Brigade DAY! I have used their bi-weekly cleaning service for my home for just over a year now and they are extremely professional, love on our two dogs every time they come, and go about their work very efficiently. I work at home full time and there is no disruption to my work at all. Brenda and Angelica are my regular team and even when they bring a new trainee they still service my home professionally and in the same amount of time. I highly recommend them! I dont hesitate to refer friends and neighbors. It is well worth it!

David and his team have reliably (never missed one appointment!!!) cleaned my house for over five years. My house is cleaned weekly and we have three cats, so its no easy task! I have been consistently pleased by how well the house is cleaned and how quickly the team of two ladies gets it done. The ladies are always friendly, competent, thorough, and quick; and one of them has been with the team each and every visit since we started. The quality of their work has not declined over time as happens with some cleaning companies. We get a hotel quality clean every time! And theyre green, too, as an added plus.
