It is not that easy these days to find a good cleaner who will actually get the job done right how you need. I have very expensive area Persian rugs that I am so worried about touching during cleanings as they are very sensitive, they however, assured me on the phone that they have the steam cleaning procedure that is safe enough to clean the fibers and remove all stains and spots. I was very impressed with the way they cleaned it out fully.
