We had our oriental rug cleaned by C-L. Staff examined the rug thoroughly in front of me. I liked that. Had a dog urine stain at one end of the carpet. Paid extra for the cleaning treatment.Brought the rug home and unrolled it after the cleaning. The color red had bled. Pink was now over 40% of the carpet. Expensive rug is now ruined. I still have questions. Did the information concerning the urine stain reach the cleaning crew? Does the cleaning crew know how to clean a rug with a urine stain? From our experience, administration and the cleaning crew dont talk. If they do, I would have been told about the color bleed when I picked up the rug. Maybe when I picked up the rug they didnt want the confrontation? With hindsight as my guide, the cleaning process applied to the urine stain created the problem of color bleed. I dont think C-L knows how to clean rugs with urine stains.I have uncovered more reviews that are exactly like mine from up to 3 years ago. Beware!
