He has cleaned the carpets in my 5 unit apartment building located in the Rockridge area of Oakland, CA as well as the lobby stairs and area rugs. Always on time, professional, and makes suggestions when needed. I love the Chem-Dry cleaning process because it doesnt soak the carpets like other cleaning processes. Great service!!
