Replaced a one-piece fiberglass bathtub/shower with new walk-in shower with glass doors. The initial sales call was well presented and, frankly, quite enjoyable. The product is beautiful and well made; the demo, prep and installation was careful and professional; final cleanup was thorough. We are very happy with what we got, although the project was pricier than I would have liked. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitter.

I made an appt online for a free consultation, they called me the day before and asked me an array of questions. One being if I owned the house myself (yes) and two if I was married (yes) They would not come to do my free consultation because my husband was not going to be home???? Her response when I told her it was inconvenient to change to a later time so that he was present she said well just so know the average cost will be $4,000-$7,000 I said ok????? She then PRETENDED to tell me that my appointment I made a week prior was no longer available to me. She said oh actually, because you didnt answer the phone yesterday, we will no longer be able to come tomorrow Very unprofessional and insulting to think I cant make financial decisions for my family without my husband present and to throw the price at me over the phone without even taking a look at my bathroom or knowing what we would want done. Definitely wouldnt call them again, you might want to consider updating your phone questionnaire.

They did a awesome job the installer he was so professional and nice he is the reason why I would go back as long as he is my man Thanks Kevin for what u do.

I had a great experience with the sales man Blake (definitely recommend), but customer service was bad by the phone agents. After I signed a contract for a 7000 dollar tub overlay, back at the beginning of November. They said in the contract the very latest they would install the tub by was January 15th. However they now told me the soonest they can do it is the 29th and wouldn’t offer any sort of discount even though they didn’t uphold their end of the contract. They then told me they could put me first in line on the waitlist for if someone cancels their installation. So that I could be next up to get that time slot. I agreed. Weeks later, When I’m not expecting a call from them this morning they called me to tell me they had an open slot. I didn’t have my phone on me, but called them back less than 2 hours later to try and accept the time slot. And the woman on the phone RACHEL was super rude and said she had to make sure she had time to go on lunch so she couldn’t “WAIT ALL DAY” for me to call back and she gave the slot to someone else. Even though I was first on the list and it hadn’t even been 2 hours. And during my initial meeting with the sales man, when he called a neighbor to have them give a personal review of how their experience was when they got their tub done, the neighbor had told the sales man that the installers busted a whole in their wall they never fixed and that since the first day the water leaked from the bottom of the faucet and shower head at the same time. So at this point after the bad service I received so far and the review the neighbor gave over the phone, I can only imagine what the installation is going to be like IF they actually decide to deliver it. While I hope they still deliver a quality product, I would NOT recommend them. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND WITH THEM THEY TALK ABOUT HOW ONE COMPANY IS IN CHARGE OF MAKING THE PRODUCT, INSTALLING, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THOUGHT THAT WAS GOING TO BE A GOOD THING UNTIL I REALIZED HOW BAD THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. If I could have remade the decision again I would NOT HAVE made the decision to go with them. For how much money I am spending I expected a lot better than this.So I wanted to add to this review after it’s been a couple months. The installation, once it happened, went smooth, the installer was nice and diligent with his work, the tub looks great, the water pressure is still good. It’s been 4 months that I have had the tub and I love it. While the experience before I got the tub with customer service was bad, I would recommend them for a good quality product, just maybe not the best customer service. After I wrote the review above, 2 people from the company called to hear my story, but they didn’t actually do anything about the bad service. I bumped my rating from a 2 star to a 4 star because while the customer service is bad, I love the product. I would actually probably still use them in the future, I just wouldn’t expect to be working with the friendliest phone reps.

Kevin our installer is a machine. Guy was on time, clean , clear, accurate, and knowledgeable.We are very happy with our shower.

Very professional and courteous, keep their promise of one day work done.

Great work on my tub and wall

These guys might do great work, but I was so annoyed by the fact that they call incessantly (from multiple numbers) and never leave a voicemail or identify who they are that I ended up hiring someone else instead. They are still calling multiple times a day while I am at work- with no voicemail. I only find out it is them when I call back. This strikes me as rude somehow.... but maybe thats just me. And I know, I know, at some point, I should stop complaining and just pick up and tell them I am no longer interested.

I am very pleased with my new shower! I decided to take out the existing tub and the amount of room in the shower is amazing. Its huge.The crew was on time which is no small feat because of my homes location.When deciding on the style the representative gave me a lot of information and feedback and listened to my concerns.I will definitely use Bath Fitter for my next bathroom update.

I had just a bath/shower install and it looks amazing. The tech Sal was very professional and he did an amazing job. He worked really hard and I’m so pleased with the results. I can’t speak for the other techs but I can promise you if Sal comes to do your install, you won’t be disappointed. So a big thanks to him.

I explained to my installer Kevin, how weary I was to get this done, especially after the last company did a botched job and went out of business along with the warranty to fix their mistakes. Kevin was patient and kind. He answered my questions and assured me his installation will be done professionally and corrected. Kevin did an excellent job and his clean up was superb. I have bragged to all my friends that Bath-fitter is the company to use. Hopefully they will get Kevin as their installer! Thanks Kevin for easing my mind☺️

The gentleman who installed our new tub shower combo did a terrific job. He took his time and cleaned up beautifully. We could have not ask for a better job.Thank you very much.

Great experience from the sales rep,whom was very knowledgeable about the product and the options to the installer. The installer wasnt messy and completed the task in a timely manner. Most importantly in a world that is getting away from people skills,they were very people friendly.

So far Im very pleased! Good quality, good workmanship. The installer was awesome. I do feel he should have had a helper. He worked at least 12 hours, pretty much non stop. Gumspring, Va.

Salesman was entertaining, the job inspector was very thorough and the installer was the hardest working man I’ve seen in years, completed the job in one day as promised. It was perfect.
