Wes was great. Had my wifes cars new catalytic converter installed fast and stayed late on Saturday to do it. Would recommend.

Snow saved me about 500 dollars on what I was told by another garage mechanic that my oil pan needed replacing on my Honda Accord. My Uncle recommended Wes Snow and his garage and I’m glad he did. Snow called me back today while I was expecting an oil pan replacement during service and told me I didn’t need to, the bolt and plug needed replacement but the threads were fine. So I ended up paying considerably less, roughly 50 dollars total for the bolt, plug, and oil change. Snow is a honest guy and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend him and his team. The other garage I took my car to first was for a routine oil change as well as to change the transmission fluid. They wrote me an estimate for the oil pan replacement for close to $600 for everything. This was in the month of December near Christmas time, so yeah I wanted a second opinion on this. I called Snow’s automotive and he scheduled me the following week and I’m leaving this review today to let others know he’s a great mechanic, honest, legitimate, he’s the real deal. Give him your business if you are in need of honest mechanic work. I can’t say he will save you $500 dollars but he could save you some money and headache. Give him a call if you need some mechanic work, he’s the best in town!

So, once again Snows automotive has come to the rescue! I took my truck to Wes for what I thought was a brake issue. Turned out to be a transmission issue. The warranty company I have was no help, but Wes pointed me in the right direction to get my truck fixed at absolutely no cost to me!Snows is hands down the best automotive shop in Madison County and possibly the world! They treat you like family and I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else

Snows is an amazing place to go for any automotive issues! They are professional and meticulous. Wes and his mechanics were able to save me potentially thousands of dollars of future work by resolving an issue that was extremely hard to pinpoint. Best engine repair shop Ive been to! Two years ago I had a vehicle that 4 other repair shops couldnt fix. Wes at Snows figured out the problems and fixed it quickly. My boyfriend and I were on a road trip from Michigan for our anniversary when we broke down in Richmond. Every shop was either closed or about to close. Panicking, I called around just to see if anyone would be willing to take a look for us, and unfortunately nobody would. I took a risk and called Snow’s Automotive, which was due to close in about 20 minutes. Despite that, Wes told us to come on down and he’d check it out. Almost immediately upon looking at it, he diagnosed the problem and explained it thoroughly. He’s got years of experience and it shows in everything he says. He offered to work on my car first thing in the morning and even gave us a ride to our hotel. Our car was finished by 1 the next day. He also texted to make sure we got to our destination alright. Wes made our dream vacation possible again and turned a stressful situation into an adventure! This man is possibly the most genuine, kindest person I have ever met. If you ever have any car troubles, Snow’s should be your first choice!

I broke down on the interstate this evening and they towed my car to Snow’s Automotive. They had my car fixed within no time. They even offered to stay open and wait on me to get there. They were super nice and they exceeded my expectations. They made a horrible evening much better. I HIGHLY recommend!!
