They do a really good job and are good about staying within my budget. I dont feel like Im being gouged when I go there and they have a good turn around time. I have three cars and JJ is always my first preference.

Ever job jj has done on my car has been in complete. Then I take my car back he gets very rude. And he has the black guy there doing his dirty work he will never touch my car again. He has played me out of so much money and tried to charge 50 for a oil change. His place is filthy and classless Go down the street to J and E 23 in Roosevelt

They messed up on my bmw dont bring any of your luxury cars to this place. They broke something on my car and lied about it and never refunded me plus they over charged me this place is a scam Im warning you

Ive been going here for more than 20 years since i moved to Richmond in 1998. Always had great service. Very honest people - never try to fix something that is not broken. Keep coming back here with all our cars even though i moved to El Cerrito and El Sobrante.

Just went there today for first time. Service was great so far price reasonable. Much more reasonable than u would pay at other places. I am going back tomorrow june 12. To do the job they order the parts can get it within an hour. And they do the job. I had no issues so far. Check it out for yourselves.

Ive been going to J&J for years. What is great is that service is never suggested unless needed.

We had our car broken into last evening. We were very lucky to find Auto Glass Express. I have to be honest, I mostly chose them because they have two dogs on their website that look like my current and previous dog. I was really happy I did. I called at 8 am and they had me in at 2pm and out by 3. Glass looks great and everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. They also worked with my insurance.

Best auto shop in all of richmond and 1 of the best if not the best in hole of california just got my tires and windows done, very very nice people to work with and won’t let you down!

Awesome place the can get the job done and for a good price plus they are friendly and kind I will defiantly be going back here again soon

Depending upon their mood, someday day it’s $40 for oil change, some day it’s $50. Shady business.
