GXA service varies significantly based on which technician is assigned to your ticket.Some of their technicians are very knowledgeable, helpful, and respond promptly to questions. Others are only there to type in their administrative password to let you install programs, and the rest is up to you.GXA is not the worst third-party IT company in the world.

Prompt service. The on-boarding process of a new employee seems unusually long. If new employees are mirroring other existing employees, it seems that programs are missed or not loaded. It may also be an internal issue that we should be able to work with GXA on.
