I started as an IT Recruiter here just 4 months ago and Ive really enjoyed working with the team and owners of OIS. Working for a small privately held company where the owner is in the office next door is awesome. Ive been impressed by the tenure of the consultants on staff - one came by the office with Donuts and Coffee to thank us on his 3 year anniversary! Hearing from someone in the field how much they like working for OIS and how supported they feel was great to hear as the newest team member. We dont have fancy offices or lots of perks but we have great people who support our clients and hire great IT Professionals to help support them!
