Couldnt recommend this business enough.I walked in with a laptop that wasnt charging. As a student I was very stressed that I would be unable to finish school assignments this weekend. The whole time I was there today I was kept informed of what was being done to my laptop. I was kept in the loop and the worker was transparent.The location is great and they have an awesome little basement space for their business. They answered all my questions and helped me out massively.The owner is a really great guy with a great sense of humor. There was a really family friendly vibe when I was waiting and felt comfortable the entire time. The business is highly responsive to messages. They now their stuff and they are comfortable in what they are talking about.The pricing was incredible and I spent far less than I expected. Super great service in a great location on Main Street in Rexburg. Inside Kick It! 100% will be returning if I experience any further tech issues. Also picked up a free pop socket!!

No joke, if I could give this place more stars I would. My computer was having charging issues and they were able to fix it within 30 minutes. They are very friendly, professional, and know what they are doing. They are also VERY reasonably priced, as they know that most people that are coming in are college students. I would recommend this place to anyone with any computer issues!!!!!!

Bernardo and his staff care so much. I love their mentality that if they didnt do anything extra to your computer then they usually dont charge, but even when they do they are incredibly reasonable. They are very professional and willing to help. Bernardo was even kind enough to stay a few minutes late to help me since I have a demanding work schedule and could only make it basically when they close. They give great products too. I got my entire RGB set u figured out and all with great quality parts.They gave me a really good deal on some trade in RAM too. Overall this is by far your best bet if you are a new or experienced PC gamer. If youre wanting to do your own build they will consult you too, I just cant say enough about how amazing this group of guys is.

No paid reviews here, just the reflection of honest and value work by the Rex Tech.They got me a great deal (even with the current pc market limitations) and built me a pc that would be future proof.They talked me through the whole process and gave me honest recommendations, not advice tailored to me spending more money. Honestly I couldnt believe how they have just five stars review but I went here myself to get my laptop repaired. Honestly I thought my laptop was dead(super slow) and needed a new one. But now its just as fast as if I just brought it brand new. All for about $75 repaired and I went three months ago and its still running great. 100% recommended this place if your computer is running slow.

Bernard is the owner, and he’s a really great guy. He is super honest and willing to talk about anything that is going wrong with your computer or device that you’ve taken into. Every time I have gone in and needed his help, he’s more than happy to help and speak to me as long as I need to so that I can get my question answered and feel more comfortable with whatever he’s fixing, whatever he did to the computer, or how to possibly prevent or fix the problem myself in the future. If I could could rate this place 10 stars I would. Bernardo was fantastic when it came to solving the issues in my computer. I thought I had checked everything until he took a few minutes to look at everything at saw the issue immediately, busted CPU pins. I had watched countless hours of YouTube and thought I was an expert by now at this stuff but I am far from it. He had great deals on CPUs and I ended up buying a new power supply and motherboard to go with it and Ill never look back. Christmas has definitely come early in my household and I cant stop grinning at the new case he included on the house. Without a doubt the only place Ill be buying anything from or if I have any other issues. 10/10 Staff and an absolutely amazing experience.

I can only recommend TheRexTech, I went in and the staff was super helpful and fast. I dropped my computer off to figure out what was wrong with it and they were able to tell me that night what my options were to repair it. Once the problem was determined they told me what my options were and helped me understand the pros and cons of each. I ended up needing to replace a fair amount of the components but was given an amazing price for the upgrades, which themselves were upgraded free of charge. These guys, (sorry Ive been there only once, so I cant remember names), were the saving grace of my friends build. We were just about to put in the final component into my buddies pc, a gtx 1050 ti, and we realized it had no power connection... it had broken off. So I looked on craigslist and saw a 1650 super for 200 and some change, called the seller, and lord behold it was rextech. Rex Tech are wizards!! They magically made my dead MacBook Pro useful again—it was so agonizingly slow that I just stopped using it.
